Overall a nice hotel, clean, easy check in. One possible reason for not returning is we needed a roll out bed for one of our kids. The mattress was essentially a bunch of metal springs covered in a sheet. We have never seen anything like it. We got charged $20 for something that is not considered a bed. The regular beds were comfortable.

Room was mediocre-bent legs on footstool, bent lamp, stand, and broken, hard to get towels for the Spa pool area they never seem to have them out except for once out five days Parking is not easy. It looks like the place has been under construction on the ground floor for years with nothing finished so there is no room to park in there. You have to park from one into the other of a very long parking lot. Food is good. It is a white spot restaurant runs separately from the hotel. It looks like. Staff were doing their best, but I don’t think they had much to work out and they were only on duty to clean every two or three days for longer staying guest as we were five days, so they said they wouldn’t be available unless we asked The place is tired and rundown and obviously they’re low on money as shown by the long-term construction barriers that were up with nobody working
