I would definitely stay here again. Room cleanliness, size and condition were amazing. Fitness center was small and dated and could use more equipment. Bar and food were great.

Easy check in. Very clean rooms, many amenities. Pool is great for kids. We did kot eat the breakfast, however it looked and smelled great. Would go here again.

I have always loved this hotel but don't stay that far South as much. This trip was a reminder to make the effort to go back, TWO pools. It would be nice if they kept them open later. Club access is always a good choice when booking. Highly recommend!

The Hotel has been recently updated and it works the only real issue was the Pool/waterSlide were not operational and a Slightly firmer mattress would have been nice

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, pillows were so nice. The pool was nice, but sad that the hot tub wasn't working. The only bad part was the service at Sage & Co. Service was so slow, and it made me feel like we were doing something wrong by being there. But the food was good, and the overall stay at the hotel was great. Would stay again for sure

2 pools and 2 hot tubs and all are great. Beautiful atrium/spa area. Great on site restaurants. One of our favourite hotels to stay at in Calgary!

Had a great time at this hotel! 2 pools and 2 hot tubs are really unique. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and in good condition. My only complaint was that it was super hot to sleep and the thermostat didn't seem to understand 18.5 degrees is cool, and with no opening windows it was a bit of a problem.

We saw a guest asking to remove a piece of chicken bone they found at the bottom from one of the pools. Disgusting. Super noisy until 2 am, it seems there was a delegation of youth or something, but still : out of control, staff could mot manage. Tv remote control was not working. Beds were old and resorts uneven, peeling off from underneath. But i can say that staff was very friendly. This is a Management problem, the cleaning staff seems to be short or i suppose they do for what they are supervused or paid for? Could not tell... A shame, an hotel that could have the potential.

We ended up switching rooms. Our room takes of urine and the shower was filthy, the AC didn’t work and the room was so stuffy and musty smelling, we went out to dinner and came back to find that the room was directly above the wedding venue and it sounded like a nightclub in the room. We switched rooms and it seemed to be cleaner but still sub par. No fitted sheets, no proper duvet cover and the nice pool closes so early that we didn’t get to use it so we had to go to the other pool and the hot tub is all yellow at the bottom. Just wasn’t what I expected based on the photos.

The food is great, the staff were great but the washroom door of our room doesn't have a lock just sliding door and that's it. There was an old blood stain in one of the pillows. We had free baby crib rental.

Room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 7pm. Gob of hair in the shower, shower head wouldn’t stay upright, Shampoo and Conditioner were both empty. Gob of hair in the teeny tiny little hot tub, thick layer of disgusting foam on top when jets on. Fridge made high pitched noise, they replaced it but the inside of replacement fridge was dirty. Phone didn’t work, they had to replace battery. All of this was communicated to the hotel. Was told hotel manager would call me to discuss when we checked out at 10am. It’s 4 hours later and no call yet.

In definite need of an upgrade. The beds were uncomfortable, woke up sore. Our AC did not work and it felt like the heat was on instead. When we called the front desk for it to be turned down we were told that the other people in the hotel don’t want to be cold so they couldn’t touch it.

My only issue is that i stayed by the pool area and my room faced the pool. It was all you had left which i understand but it was loud. My door was across from rental rooms and lots of workers talking early am passing by my room or hanging by the elevator talking. Than the Pool: kids banging the gate to get in and out lots of screaming and yelling from young children. hard to sleep when that's right outside yoiur door. Would be better if we were forewarned of this. I wouldn't want to stay on this side again.

It was not very busy but they put us in a weird room in the middle of the hotel. No outside windows and smelled musty. My son was not happy about the lack of black out curtains. I was not happy about the accessible bathroom which we did not need. Staff was pleasant but did not enjoy the stay.

I’m still waiting on the outcome of Expedia requesting a refund with the hotel… this hotel was super clean, comfy beds, but DO NOT stay on the atrium side. The noise is excessive and every small noise is amplified by 1000. It was so loud until late at night then began at 6am. The air conditioning in the room was very weak and did nothing to drown out the noise. They really need white noise machines as there’s no other way they can control the noise when it echoes so badly. I could hear every fork and knife being prepped for breakfast and for a wedding. Every voice, pool sounds, everything….! Not a peaceful stay.

Comfort would have been way higher, but our room tempature was so high and very uncomfortable to sleep. When we tried to decrease it on the thermostate, it didnt respond or become cooler. So we had to try to sleep in 25° room when we sleep in about 19. Way to hot and wished the room to be cooler.

This hotel has 2 parts and we usually stay in the main tower. This time we were put in the atrium. It was extremely noisy early in the morning due to our room overlooking the buffet area. Consequently, we did not sleep well at all in early am hours. Better windows and insulation on this side would be needed.

Showed up 90 minutes after check-in and was greeted by someone at the front desk who basically whispered the entire time. I could barely hear anything she was saying. On top of that, our room wasn't ready, so we sat in the lobby for a half hour until they gave us a different room which was essentially on the main floor next to the elevators so you could hear everyone coming and going. We also went to the lobby bar for a drink and the service was slow and inattentive. The waiter forgot us for a while after we asked for a final round and our bill so we sat there awkwardly until we could flag him down. Maybe we were unlucky with the entirety of our experience and this is a great hotel, but I know I'll be booking elsewhere in the future.

The front desk staff and check in process was TERRIBLE After a long and painful process of checking in with incompetent staff I tried to order room service and again was faced with a painfully long process and confused staff I WILL NOT be staying with delta hotels again!

Had a disappointing check in and a broken phone in room. Had to call long distance using cell phone and was transferred twice to wrong area. Last transfer was to room service and no answer. Had to physically walk down to restaurant to order. Just not the delta standard. Rooms were clean and relatively quiet with tons of teams at hotel. Attached restaurant was excellent. Just disappointed with check in and first couple of hours on arrival

Check-in and check-out were a fiasco. Couldn't get the room (King) that we booked and were then given keys to a room that was already occupied. Check-out was no better. Although they discount our room rate due to the issues at check-in, when we left the hotel and I reviewed the printout of the bill, they had charged us $76 for something charged to the room. We didn't charge anything to the room so had to go back in and get the charge removed. Front desk staff don't appear to really know what they are doing.

Showed up 90 minutes after check-in and was greeted by someone at the front desk who basically whispered the entire time. I could barely hear anything she was saying. On top of that, our room wasn't ready, so we sat in the lobby for a half hour until they gave us a different room which was essentially on the main floor next to the elevators so you could hear everyone coming and going. We also went to the lobby bar for a drink and the service was slow and inattentive. The waiter forgot us for a while after we asked for a final round and our bill so we sat there awkwardly until we could flag him down. Maybe we were unlucky with the entirety of our experience and this is a great hotel, but I know I'll be booking elsewhere in the future.

We chose this hotel for it's location and we were definitely not disappointed. Easy access to main thoroughfares in the city without actually being on a main road. LRT station was close by so transportation, other than driving ourselves, was easily accessible. Last but not least, the kids loved the water slide in the pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub.

Great weekend get away in Calgary. Room was a good size. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Washroom shower was clean, updated and good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was included and enjoyed the quality, simple and constantly refreshed. Good quality stay with helpful and accommodating staff.

Very helpful staff, especially in the Sage & co restaurant. I recommend the granola power bowl if you like a healthy breakfast. Great facilities - could do with a second bench in the gym as we were all sharing one and there’s definitely room for one more. Room was cleaned daily and there were endless supplies of water and toiletries. We stayed here and visited Banff/Jasper. Both were easy enough to get to if you don’t mind the driving.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, pillows were so nice. The pool was nice, but sad that the hot tub wasn't working. The only bad part was the service at Sage & Co. Service was so slow, and it made me feel like we were doing something wrong by being there. But the food was good, and the overall stay at the hotel was great. Would stay again for sure

All the pools are open! Such a refreshing change. Get the breakfast package for the Sage restaurant, definite value. Friendly staff, great stay. Would be nice if kids could just access some kid friendly content on tv without requiring signing into a personal service.

Check in was slow due to so many arriving at the same time. The room was clean and we arrived once we made the treck from one building to another and finally found it. Our room was equipted with a "new" type coffee maker that apparently only made three sizes of espresso type drinks with the largest being 3 oz. and was extremely strong. We asked the front desk if there was any place on site to get coffee and she said no. We stated that the machine in our room was not working and she offered to send up maintenance. We also asked to have some more coffee pods delivered since we wasted so many trying to get the machine to produce a simple cup of coffee. The maintenance guy arrived and advised these machines were new and he hadn't really tried working it. We went through the instructions together after he unplugged the machine to hopefully reset it. Again we only got tiny dixie cup sizes of beverages. He suggested he could have guest services send up some coffee to which we agreed. We never had any pods delivered and we also never had any coffee show up. The heated floor in the bathroom was also not working after several attempts to get it to even turn on using the instructions provided. Overall made the stay less than ideal. Very quiet hotel even on the weekend. The breakfast was ok but the $25 cost/person seemed steep. On day two we went to Tim Hortons.

Our room was quite nice and located in the Atrium. Breakfasts were a step up from the usual powdered eggs and sausage. The bacon was delicious. A shout out for Starbuck’s coffee availability. Breakfast staff were excellent! Our biggest complaint is that we observed babies and small children in the hot tub. You can’t convince me that: a) their little rubber pants can contain all body fluids, and b) the water temperature is healthy for little ones. We purposely did not use the hot tub after this observation, which was disappointing. Children under 5 should not be in the hot tub!!! A minor beef: one morning the coffee was unavailable for 20 minutes. Someone wasn’t thinking ahead to brew enough soon enough. Otherwise we would consider staying here again.
