Early check in - stay was perfect

Great stay! Friendly staff and great location. I would recommend to anyone who wants a great stay in downtown Calgary.

I needed to cancel my stay because of the weather last weekend. I would have put my life at risk if I had tried to drive from my home to Calgary on Thursday night. When I tried to cancel I was told I would have to pay because of a policy. The person from the Westin was unwilling to move on the issue. I will never stay at the Westin again.

Excellent staff. They were incredibly welcoming. We had a wonderful night celebrating our anniversary with room service(fantastic value and quality) and the complimentary cake the front desk sent up. The pool and sauna were an unexpected surprise. The photos online don’t do this oasis in the city justice. We live nearby in Okotoks and will be back again for another romantic getaway without the kids soon. Thank you to the wonderful staff who were so accommodating.
