Great new property with modern decor and wonderful amenities. Rooms were very comfortable. Delighted we found it - will definitely book it again.

The property and rooms were ver clean and new. The gym was stocked and clean. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was hot and fresh. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Great new hotel in Duluth. Super friendly staff (shout out to Cody and Shianne for going above and beyond!) Free parking. Comfy beds. Nice sized rooms and decor. Good breakfast including waffles, mini quiches, oatmeal topping bar. Coffee and tea in lobby 24/7. Nice pool area with plenty of towels. But no hot tub or sauna. We'll be back!

Clean, contemporary, very nice room and property. Would have liked a hot tub. Also, couldn't find regular, 2% milk at breakfast. It was a bit challenging to find the hotel, GPS was confused 🤔.

Could have been a very nice property, but there were some glaring errors. Pros: (1) Property is new and in good condition. (a) The fitness center is good (for a hotel). (2) It's kept very clean. Cons: (1) The room included a PLASTIC spatula with a STAINLESS STEEL frying pan, and the spatula melted a little when I made an omelet. Don't know why someone thought pairing a non-heat resistant spatula with a metal frying pan was a good idea. I had to buy a metal spatula to use the rest of my stay, and when I reported this to the front desk, they didn't even offer to comp me for the new spatula. (2) The walk-in shower had a shower caddy bolted to a wall perpendicular to the wall with the shower head. You had to be careful not to bump your arms on it every time you turned. They could have bolted it to the same wall as the shower head, underneath where they'd put the soap dispensers.

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Wife and I joined daughter’s family of 4 including 3 and 5yo in a roomy room with 2 queen beds. So: 6 adults and 3 small kids. Everyone enjoyed their 2 night stay in this rather new hotel. Awesome staff and cleanliness is top notch.

This appears to be brand new - I think it opened earlier this year. Spotless and comfortable!

Very clean, updated/modern hotel. Loved the larger fridge in the room, option for cooking on the stop and dishwasher. The only negative I would say is breakfast should be offered a later in the morning. It ended at 9:30. Other than that, great stay!

The hide a bed was like sleeping on a rock. Otherwise this facility was all around excellent.

Terrible. We believed the other "great"reviews, however we got no good rest at all before having to be up for the next 24 hours. The place seemed nice. It looked clean. Some of the staff was friendly. The good ends there. The bed was as hard as a rock. It left both of our backs hurting. There was no water to purchase in the building. It was a very hot humid day, being on a higher floor we really needed air-conditioning to be able to try to sleep. The "brand new" air-conditioner was complete garbage. It really did not cool the room down at all. It literally sounded like a rock tumbler. All freaking night. Everytime we tried to sleep the air-conditioning woke us up. When we turned it off for silence we woke up covered in sweat because of the heat. My husband tried to get the breakfast and everything but the waffles was empty or out. When asked if they would be making more they said maybe! He found breakfast sandwiches after coming back from gassing up car. They were nasty. So burnt on top that they were inedible. When my husband checked us out he let the man at the counter know our stay was terrible and how the insanely loud air-conditioning was. To which the hotel employee said, "Yeah we get that alot." My husband said "oh so you know but don't care?" The employee stood there smiling so my husband walked away. We should have just slept in the SUV. This was not the experience we expected from a Marriott, especially a newer one. Next time we'll be staying anywhere but Marriott.

It was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Duluth. Very Quiet. Beautiful modern room.

Brand new suite hotel. Very nice and fresh. Only problem was the ac unit blew right on our heads in bed. We had to shut it off at night, which worked as it was cool the two nights we were there. Good breakfast and good decaf! Did not use the pool or exercise room to rate those. We will stay again when we are in town!

Customer care service at the front desk was exceptional. The hotel was clean. The bed was uncomfortable. The room temperature was very cold and uncomfortable, because the derma-stat was difficult to operate.

Everything else was great . What made it frustrating is we wanted to depart a day early due to a snowstorm coming in and us being 4 hours away. Mentioned it to the front desk the morning prior and he made it seem it wouldn't be a problem. He wanted us safe. So we departed the next morning . Management decided they wouldn't refund 1 night of the 3. Extremely frustrating.

Brand new hotel only open for two weeks before we arrived. Night manager on staff that night was fantastic and helped find a restaurant that was still open late due to a raging snowstorm.

1:30am. Fire alarm. Got dressed. Went downstairs. Nobody at front desk. Other guests milling about. Alarm went on for a solid 20 minutes. No fire equipment showed up. No announcement. Just went off by itself. I worried for the rest of the evening wondering if the building was safe to be asleep in. Got to be a better way.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that they had a map of different food places with in the area.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend to all. Great stay and look forward to staying there again when in Duluth.
