Nonchalant personal, slitet hotell, vårt rum var väldigt dåligt städat, det låg kvar champagne korkar, gamla förpackningar till ögonlinser, saknades toalettpapper och handdukar. Toalettdörren gick inte att låsa. Dessutom bara en kudde per säng. Spa kostade extra. Det var en sur överraskning, stod inget om det vid bokning. 2 timmars slot tider. Väldigt oflexibelt och inte prisvärt. Jag har bott på detta hotell säkert 50ggr genom åren i olika sammanhang.. men nu vart jag väldigt besviken.

Fint hotel, men trænger godt nok til en gang maling og grundig rengøring. Er klar over at der generelt er mangel på personale. Spa var optaget hele dagen da vi ankom kl. 15. Super ærgeligt at komme til et spa hotel hvor man åbenbart skulle have booket tid før ankomst. Der var absolut ingen mulighed for at komme i spa. Morgenmaden var lidt trist, bar præg af at havde været på bordet dagen før. Vu spiste morgenmad kl. 7.15 så var altså nogen af de første. Hotellet ligger i dejlige omgivelser hvis man er til vandsport. Super flot hotel generelt, man skal bare ikke kigge på glasdørerne eller kanter på bordene i restauranten. Sengene på værelserne glider fra hinanden, ved alm. sovebrug.

Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual.

Great setting in front of the water, with easy access into and out of Tjörn. Great spa with sauna on the waterfront where you can go for a dip in the sea directly outside of the sauna. Hotel seemed understaffed and relied on quite junior members of staff. Hard surfaces in our 2 rooms were dusty at check-in. Children are only allowed in the pool between 7:30 and 9 am (pretty much same time as breakfast) and even then, we were turned away when suddenly a water aerobic class was scheduled in the middle of this slot.

The name of the hotel and the pictures of nice rooms tricks you thinking this is a nice resort. Well it’s not! The rooms are filthy, outdated and the bathrooms and hallways reminds a lot of a institution.. When we first checked in we had to drag our luggage up and down through stairs and corridors, only to find that our room hadn’t been cleaned. We then had to return to the reception again with all our luggage, and then Que up for half an hour! After finally getting a new room we noticed that the bedsheets and pillows were full of hair and stains. We had also been “downgraded” to a room with a view of the parking lot. We returned to the reception to see that there now was at least a one hour Que so we gave up. Our friends that also stayed at the hotel (5 rooms in total), all said that their rooms were dirty but didn’t bother to complain as the reception Que was insane and we had a concert to go to… The lunch restaurant basically only served seafood, and none were especially impressed about the food. Prices were okay, but that’s about it. To sum up this review: the spa facilities were nice, but the rest of the hotel and rooms were super outdated and in need of renovation and cleaning. This is the furthest away from a Yacht Club as you can come, and I’d highly recommend anyone to save their money and stay somewhere else, cause it’s definitely not worth the steep price! If it wasn’t for the friendly staff I think this hotel would done a long time ago

Helt greit opphold.. men frokosten fikk vi egentlig ikke benyttet oss av. For lav bemanning gjorde at det ikke var tallerkner, brød, jucie eller noe når vi kom.. når det var på plass hadde vi for dårlig tid i forhold til utsjekk.. ikke rent på rommet i forhold til standaren rommet hadde noe som vi syns var litt kjedelig. Spaet var helt fullt så fikk egentlig ikke benyttet det slik jeg har gjort før. Spiste på restauranten på kvelden, utsøkt. Service i resepsjonen var også strålende..

Bodde nyligen på Stenungsbaden och tyvärr levde inte rummet upp till förväntningarna. Sängen var väldigt liten för två personer och det fanns inga nattduksbord, vilket gjorde det opraktiskt. Golvet var smutsigt och glasen var inte ordentligt rengjorda, hittade till och med tång som hängde på ett glas. Bra läge men personalen var många men väldigt få som visste vad dom skulle göra. Undantag för Restaurangen Kookaburra där alla var riktigt bra! Maten var väldigt bra där. Tyvärr kan man inte säga samma sak om Captains Table. Många i personalen men ingen intresserad att jobba utan alla ville hem och maten var riktigt tråkig och smaklös.

Bra läge men personalen var många men väldigt få som visste vad dom skulle göra. Undantag för Restaurangen Kookaburra där alla var riktigt bra! Maten var väldigt bra där. I thought i just needed a place to sleep for the night. It turns out what i REALLY needed was a night at the spa. Everything was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Angelina was behind the counter and made everything flow seamlessly. She really went the extra mile to ensure i had a wonderful visit. I truly cannot say enough about this place and the place i found here. I will make it a part of all future travel plans to the area because it was such a positive experience. THANK YOU to all that made my stay so incredible!!

Great setting in front of the water, with easy access into and out of Tjörn. Great spa with sauna on the waterfront where you can go for a dip in the sea directly outside of the sauna. Hotel seemed understaffed and relied on quite junior members of staff. Hard surfaces in our 2 rooms were dusty at check-in. Children are only allowed in the pool between 7:30 and 9 am (pretty much same time as breakfast) and even then, we were turned away when suddenly a water aerobic class was scheduled in the middle of this slot.

Bra Hotel, gode fasiliteter, rommet var meget bra. Frokost var ikke noe å skryte av, en stor og meget innbydende restaurant, mye folk, lite utvalg men det som var meget dårlig var at det kun var 1 dispenser for drikke, lang kø gjennom hele frokosten for å kunne hente seg ett 1/2 gl med juice. Middag på hotellets restaurant var nesten en katastrofe, de hadde kveite og hjortemedaljong, kveita var meget tørr og hjorten var som en skosåle, restauranten i seg selv er meget innbydende men kvaliteten på kjøkkenet trekker ned scoren som hotellet fortjener. Trur faktisk (har ca 200 døgn i året på hotell rundt i Europa) at frokost og middags opplevelse er noe av det dårligste jeg har opplevd, men hotell og rom og service i resepsjonen er 5 stjerner.

Bra läge men personalen var många men väldigt få som visste vad dom skulle göra. Undantag för Restaurangen Kookaburra där alla var riktigt bra! Maten var väldigt bra där. Tyvärr kan man inte säga samma sak om Captains Table. Många i personalen men ingen intresserad att jobba utan alla ville hem och maten var riktigt tråkig och smaklös.
