We had a wonderful experience. The gym staff particularly Salim & Viktoria were amazing. The pool staff were also very attentive to us and other guests. We would definately return to your hotel and have already recommended to friends and family. However, to be picky I would like to see the beach look more appealing, it looked run down and not very inviting.

We had an overnight stay along the way from Beijing to Paris. The hotel/ resort is located in the beach front, very beautiful , like the architecture, traditional courtyard with garden in each villa building. Didn’t have the time to enjoy more , However the breakfast is very good , service is excellent. Wish had more time to enjoy the facilities.

The resort is absolutely fantastic! Villas & rooms are next to all amenities & activities available such as the private beach, pools, restaurants, spa and the kids playroom. The staff everywhere is amazing and lives up to the legendary Ritz Carlton 5 star service known worldwide. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine. Pas de grande tour mais plein de petits bâtiments à un étage. Très propre. Grande chambre avec balcon, confortable et bonne literie. Personnel au petit soins. Grandes piscines chauffées et agréables. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. En bémol : la qualité de buffet pour dîner n'est pas dingue. Le prix des boissons alcoolisés au pool bar est prohibitif.

Great everything. Highly recommend building in a night or two on layover in Doha. I had only 14 hrs but laid out in the beach, swam in pool, a midnight massage in the spa and great villa. Super experience… do it again in a heartbeat

We went during Ramadan, which was a big mistake, all the bars were closed during the day,even for soft drinks. it was difficult to get a feel for what it is like normally. The staff are really helpful and obliging but the service is far from slick. All the loungers, around the pool,were taken by 09.00 which was surprising given the hotel was nowhere near full and the weather wasn't great. The food was good and the portions were absolutely huge. I would probably give it another try.

Die Anlage war sehr schön, ebenso die Lage. Man hat immer kostenloses Wasser bekommen sowie zu den Mahlzeiten kostenlose Softgetränke. Die Mitarbeiter waren entweder sehr nett u zuvorkommend oder waren überfordert (teilweise im Restaurant Bereich). Es hat uns allerdings gestört, dass um 8:30h bereits alle Liegen am Pool reserviert waren. Zum Teil haben die Lifeguards für Urlauber die Liegen reserviert. Ausserdem war das Essen ab ca 20h ekelig angerichtet. Es wurden keine Essensreste die um die Schüsseln lagen aufgehoben oder einfach mal drum herum gewischt. A den Kuchengabeln klebte z B die Sahne der anderen Teile. Oder um den Schokobrunnen war überall Schokolade u es lagen Marshmallows im Brunnen. Die Qualität des Essens war lecker. Doha hat uns gut gefallen allerdings waren wir vom Ritz Carlton Standard enttäuscht.

Vi ble hentet av hotellet på flyplassen og de stod klare når vi kom for å ta oss i mot. Det var super service 24/7. det var veldig rent og ryddig over alt, store rom, høyt under taket. Det er flere gode restauranter på hotellet. Eneste å utsette er at et hotel m denne standarden burde være ekstra nøye med stranden - plukke opp alt som ikke hører til der. Kommer definitivt tilbake.

Værelset var stort, rent, pænt, og lå 10 meter fra stranden. Personalet var imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Det er tydeligt at der tilstræbes et højt service niveau, men desværre var der tidspunkter hvor det ikke levede helt op til forventningerne. Fx. Blev morgenmadsbestillingen forsinket/glemt 3 ud af 4 morgener, og det kunne være lidt svært at få betjening ved stranden. Samlet set dog, var det et super lækkert og hyggeligt hotel. Selvom det lå lidt udenfor byen, var det nemt at komme til/fra med Uber eller på gåben.

Sharq Village was a pleasant surprise. Although not in the trendy area of Doha, it was super clean, friendly, spacious, relaxing, and beautiful. I am planning to visit again.

Hotel was lovely. Breakfast/dinner buffet staff were sometimes a little bit forward/awkward, I would prefer to be left to eat in peace (one instance where we were being asked to sign up for a rewards scheme mid-meal) Coffee machine included in the room, but they could not provide milk for it as it was a paid extra? Seemed a bit stingy for a 5* hotel! Our only complaint was that the lobby area for our room smelt of tobacco, once reported they promptly changed our room to another to sort the issue. Otherwise staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming for what is a lovely hotel, with great pool options and a fantastic beach! Food buffet was decent and provided a decent and comfortable option. We had a good stay at the Sharq Hotel overall.

What an amazing hotel, really could not find fault and in fact it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. All the staff around the whole hotel are very welcoming and attentive (Pool staff and Breakfast staff specifically), but also not overbearing (Which is difficult to do). Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day so much so it felt like it was a new room. The breakfast was delicious and again one of the best we had. Well done to all of you this was a magical experience! Anyone who has done to Dubai should try Doha for a more cultured experience, we fell in love with it!

We had an overnight stay along the way from Beijing to Paris. The hotel/ resort is located in the beach front, very beautiful , like the architecture, traditional courtyard with garden in each villa building. Didn’t have the time to enjoy more , However the breakfast is very good , service is excellent. Wish had more time to enjoy the facilities.

The resort is absolutely fantastic! Villas & rooms are next to all amenities & activities available such as the private beach, pools, restaurants, spa and the kids playroom. The staff everywhere is amazing and lives up to the legendary Ritz Carlton 5 star service known worldwide. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Three of us (sisters) shared the cost of their 1200sqft suite (room 1404) for three nights, worth every penny. Two private bedrooms, each with a huge full bathroom, two soaking tubs, two private showers, separate half-bath, wet bar area, two large balconies, foyer, giant living room, along with breakfast and dinner included (dinner buffet is fabulous). ($800/night total, then split three ways) Outstanding service. A lot of children on Friday and Saturday, so factor that, then on Sunday, it's like the resort is yours. Their prized employee is RAJU. He's your go to man for everything and anything you want or want to see.

Staff are extremely welcoming and pleasant. Service was great. Hotel landscaping is well kept. The hotel itself is looking a little dated compared to the photos but it’s not a deal breaker. We had the buffet breakfast and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

Second stay here. We like it for convenience to airport and rooms are spacious plus kids love the pools. The lifeguards and all staff in dining room (buffet) are amazing and provide great service. Super friendly as well. Housekeeping will handle anything you ask them to with a smile.

We went during Ramadan, which was a big mistake, all the bars were closed during the day,even for soft drinks. it was difficult to get a feel for what it is like normally. The staff are really helpful and obliging but the service is far from slick. All the loungers, around the pool,were taken by 09.00 which was surprising given the hotel was nowhere near full and the weather wasn't great. The food was good and the portions were absolutely huge. I would probably give it another try.

Stunning venue; amazing people who could not do enough to make sure we had a great stay. From reception through to cleaners, all were superb. The staff round the pool were so professional and the concierge team amazing; taking time to guide us daily with our questions. This was one of the best ever stays we’ve had and we will be going back next year without a doubt. I recommend without hesitation. Hotel was lovely. Breakfast/dinner buffet staff were sometimes a little bit forward/awkward, I would prefer to be left to eat in peace (one instance where we were being asked to sign up for a rewards scheme mid-meal) Coffee machine included in the room, but they could not provide milk for it as it was a paid extra? Seemed a bit stingy for a 5* hotel! Our only complaint was that the lobby area for our room smelt of tobacco, once reported they promptly changed our room to another to sort the issue. Otherwise staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming for what is a lovely hotel, with great pool options and a fantastic beach! Food buffet was decent and provided a decent and comfortable option. We had a good stay at the Sharq Hotel overall.

Wir würden jederzeit in diesem Hotel wieder Urlaub machen. Hervorrangende Location mit einfallsreicher Architektur die das Land Qatar respektiert und ein Service das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Schon beim "Early Check-In" (wegen Nachtflug aus Sydney) entgegenkommend und das Zimmer um 06:30 (anstatt der üblichen 15:00 Uhr) erhalten. Wunderbare Restauration (leider wegen Ramadan etwas eingeschränkt) mit Bedienung die alle Wünsche zu erfüllen sich bemüht. Sogar die persönliche Betreuung durch den Chefkoch Mr. Mert Duran wurde uns beim Abendessen gewährt.

I recently stayed at Sharq Village & Spa, and it was a fantastic experience. The blend of traditional Qatari architecture and modern luxury is stunning. The highlight for me was dining at the Iranian restaurant – the flavors and ambiance were exceptional. The spa and beachfront were incredibly relaxing, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway in Doha!

Great everything. Highly recommend building in a night or two on layover in Doha. I had only 14 hrs but laid out in the beach, swam in pool, a midnight massage in the spa and great villa. Super experience… do it again in a heartbeat

Amazing hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Close to a lot of the key sights in Qatar including the museums, souq Waqif, old port, west bay etc. only down side was the food options at lunch and dinner, I would say there is not as much available as you would expect at a hotel.

This hotel was absolutely stunning!!! We enjoyed every part of it! From being greated at the front desk to how the room was prepared as we celebrated our 20 years anniversary they had put so many fantastic details to celebrate us and cake and rose petals on the bed and sweet letter for us and our son and greetings and gifts for him as well. Room service was good. Room was amazing. Breakfast buffet was perfect - enjoyed all the food there, nicely prepared and presented and how beautifully stunning it was! Their Persian Restaurant was also perfect! The pools outside were amazing as well as location on Beach with the bar overseing the city. Grabbing an uber into the city was easy. Front deal People were all amazing and friendly during the days - all of them so kind and helpful. We are definitaely coming back!

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine. Pas de grande tour mais plein de petits bâtiments à un étage. Très propre. Grande chambre avec balcon, confortable et bonne literie. Personnel au petit soins. Grandes piscines chauffées et agréables. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. En bémol : la qualité de buffet pour dîner n'est pas dingue. Le prix des boissons alcoolisés au pool bar est prohibitif.

Die Anlage war sehr schön, ebenso die Lage. Man hat immer kostenloses Wasser bekommen sowie zu den Mahlzeiten kostenlose Softgetränke. Die Mitarbeiter waren entweder sehr nett u zuvorkommend oder waren überfordert (teilweise im Restaurant Bereich). Es hat uns allerdings gestört, dass um 8:30h bereits alle Liegen am Pool reserviert waren. Zum Teil haben die Lifeguards für Urlauber die Liegen reserviert. Ausserdem war das Essen ab ca 20h ekelig angerichtet. Es wurden keine Essensreste die um die Schüsseln lagen aufgehoben oder einfach mal drum herum gewischt. A den Kuchengabeln klebte z B die Sahne der anderen Teile. Oder um den Schokobrunnen war überall Schokolade u es lagen Marshmallows im Brunnen. Die Qualität des Essens war lecker. Die Anlage war sehr schön, ebenso die Lage. Man hat immer kostenloses Wasser bekommen sowie zu den Mahlzeiten kostenlose Softgetränke. Die Mitarbeiter waren entweder sehr nett u zuvorkommend oder waren überfordert (teilweise im Restaurant Bereich). Es hat uns allerdings gestört, dass um 8:30h bereits alle Liegen am Pool reserviert waren. Zum Teil haben die Lifeguards für Urlauber die Liegen reserviert. Ausserdem war das Essen ab ca 20h ekelig angerichtet. Es wurden keine Essensreste die um die Schüsseln lagen aufgehoben oder einfach mal drum herum gewischt. A den Kuchengabeln klebte z B die Sahne der anderen Teile. Oder um den Schokobrunnen war überall Schokolade u es lagen Marshmallows im Brunnen. Die Qualität des Essens war lecker. Hotel was lovely. Breakfast/dinner buffet staff were sometimes a little bit forward/awkward, I would prefer to be left to eat in peace (one instance where we were being asked to sign up for a rewards scheme mid-meal) Coffee machine included in the room, but they could not provide milk for it as it was a paid extra? Seemed a bit stingy for a 5* hotel! Our only complaint was that the lobby area for our room smelt of tobacco, once reported they promptly changed our room to another to sort the issue. Otherwise staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming for what is a lovely hotel, with great pool options and a fantastic beach! Food buffet was decent and provided a decent and comfortable option. We had a good stay at the Sharq Hotel overall.

We had a 12 hour layover here and had to book two rooms for the night as they didn’t provide day rooms. The service was great and without asking we were given a late checkout to align with our flight departure time. That was a nice touch. The pool areas are not pool areas as we would know it. Very disappointing as they were more like water display areas. I can only describe them as crummy and underwhelming. The place was dated and not at all worthy of holding the name of a Ritz Carlton Would not go back until investment is made in updating and upgrading the facilities.

Due to the current political climate the hotel was very quiet, resulting in some of the normal options (swim up bar, restaurant choices) being unavailable… perfectly understandable. But the cost of the stay may not reflect the reduction in facilities and the calibre of the dinner menu, which was ok but not to the level I’d expect from Ritz Carlton.

Das Hotel ist großartig, alle Kriterien für einen super Aufenthalt sind bestens erfüllt. Allerdings konnten wir Vieles nicht genießen, weil aufgrund des Krieges USA/Israel-Iran der Strand und die Poolanlagen dauerhaft gesperrt blieben. Das Personal mühte sich redlich, das Essen war fantastisch.
