There is room for improvement. The lighting in the room and bathroom was not sufficient. I could hear quite a bit of noise from the street, which I found annoying. On a positive note, I was impressed by the very comfortable bed and the free minibar with some drinks. The best thing about the hotel is its central location, right next to the main train station and the city center. Additionally, the hotel offers bike rentals for 10€ per 24 hours, which I gladly used as a great option for exploring the city.

Room was ok as such but only cleaned it every two days. They were supposed to fill the complimentary minibar after two days, which they didn’t. They also only replaced two of four coffee pods then. One of two elevators was out of order for the entire three day stay, which is a problem if you’re going to the ninth floor. Breakfast below average.

Not my first time to stay at Babylon hotel and will probably come back. Very convenient in terms of location, next to the central station, very close to the city center with many dining options, right across a nice park and forest, and with convenient parking garage next door.

Our stay at Babylon Hotel was really nice. The hotel is modern and clean and felt really comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to some of the main sights in the city. You can rent bikes for 10 euros for the day which was quite fun for exploring the area.

Such a great location, right beside the train station and Haagse Bos. There is Sixt car rental in the same building. The offer bicycle rental - 10 euros/day (05/2025). They offer a buffet breakfast in their bar area for 21 or 22 euros per person but we felt that this was greater than the value of the breakfast available. The front desk staff were helpful and polite. I would stay here again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They didn't offer any do not disturb signs and did clean our room once without us expecting it. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Der Check-in (gestern um 17:30 Uhr) hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Erst stand ich 10 Minuten an der Rezeption bis ein Mitarbeiter eingetroffen ist. Ein großer, älterer Mann, hat mich empfangen. Er war sehr unfreundlich und sprach in einem sehr aggressiv lauten Ton mit mir. Auf meine Fragen reagierte er aggressiv. Ich habe mich absolut nicht willkommen gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön und groß. Das Bett war bequem. Handtücher und Duschtücher haben unangenehm gerochen. Die Brause ist nicht gut, es fließt so gut wie kein Wasser. Das Frühstück war gigantisch. Sehr viel Auswahl und sehr lecker. Man müsste jedoch insgesamt mehr auf Sauberkeit achten. Beide Aufzüge waren dreckig, der Boden war voller Staub und dort lag sogar Müll. Beim Frühstücken saßen wir direkt vor dem Fenster. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig und hinter den Aufzügen lag viel Staub.

Leider nicht ganz so, wie auf den Bildern & vorgestellt. Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt. Das Waschbecken hatte Risse in der Amatur & an der Wand vmhatte jemand Schnodder von seiner Nase hinterlassen. Ich würde nicht wiederkommen.

Wir haben das Familienzimmer gebucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind extrem bequem. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab alles in ausreichender Form. We stayed one night in the height of the heat wave. Air conditioning was excellent! Best I've had in Europe. They put us on the park side and the view was beautiful. Such a relaxing night sleep and morning wake up. Also, we arrived super late at night after a rock concert and the night staff were efficient and very nice.

Ansicht war das hotel ganz gut allerdings sind die Wände so dünn das man die zimmer Nachbarn sowohl auch die über dem Zimmer waren sehr stark gehört, das Bett hat gequietscht ohne Ende so das man sich unwohl gefühlt hat. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut 👍.

The checkin required entering a lot of personal information a second time. Positive was free minibar refreshed every day. The bed was very comfortable and the room could black out and was quiet - Until construction started Monday morning. Lucky I was checking out but wouldn't mind some notice about the next door construction interruptions (not good if working remote for example) The bathroom had a nice tub but the sink had a ledge over it that made it impossible to use without discomfort or injury. Very weird. I was given room 911 in the Babylon hotel - with vaguely satanic or baal worshipping overtones, big red lamps and accents. Very entertaining. The LEDs over the bed were annoying and it was impossible to turn them off alone. For a hotel called Babylon it met my expectations and the location was great. The park across the street is a great place to relax, and you are about a 15 min walk from the center.

The hotel is part of the new Babylon development, handily close to the main railway station. It's a modern hotel, like most modern hotels, but with one distinct different that proved to be a real problem for me: the room was very dark. I don't just mean in natural light, but also artificial. At first I thought a bulb had blown or there were more lights I hadn't switched on! This may not matter to you, but if - like me - you needed to work, then the gloom is enough to make working on papers a real problem. I actually had to work in a cafe, instead.

It's a modern hotel, like most modern hotels, but with one distinct different that proved to be a real problem for me: the room was very dark. I don't just mean in natural light, but also artificial. At first I thought a bulb had blown or there were more lights I hadn't switched on! This may not matter to you, but if - like me - you needed to work, then the gloom is enough to make working on papers a real problem. I actually had to work in a cafe, instead.

I loved how close the building was to the station and how friendly the staff were! Had a friendly small conversation about it being my first time in the Hague. It was a great experience to end my first day in the hague and I was even given a free upgrade upon my arrival. I would definitely visit here again if I ever take another trip back out.

I chose it because it takes less than a one minute walk to reach the Den Haag's main railway station where one can also hop on a bus or a tram. I was able to find all kinds of restaurants at walking distances. The staff was always helpful. My room was always clean and quiet. Always felt safe. I will return for sure.

Wir haben das Familienzimmer gebucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind extrem bequem. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab alles in ausreichender Form. Amazing location if you want to be in the middle of every but still have a quiet night. No need for cars. Just 4mn by feet from the train tracks, almost all the trams passes through the main station and to go to the city centre you just need to walk a couple of minutes. One part of the forest isalso just 4mn by feet away. Last but not least the breakfast buffet is great with a wonderful view on the park/forest

Hotel in reasonable condition, with corridors refurbished but some paint etc. scratches in the room.and a broader refurb is probably going to fall due in a few years' time. Has been rebranded to Eden Hotels relatively recently and the staff on the front desk were all very helpful and completely on the ball. Room room doors have had a rather rough retrofit of an anti break-in bar, presumably to deter theft. Bathroom pretty clean. Limited evening menu but staff seemed very busy so didn't try it out. Unfortunately, although it was fine walking round the area and the hotel is only about 250m from Centraal Station, the bit on the front of the station has been under reconstruction for years (building seems to have stopped for now) and is not the most wonderful intro to the city.

Such a great location, right beside the train station and Haagse Bos. There is Sixt car rental in the same building. The offer bicycle rental - 10 euros/day (05/2025). They offer a buffet breakfast in their bar area for 21 or 22 euros per person but we felt that this was greater than the value of the breakfast available. The front desk staff were helpful and polite. I would stay here again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They didn't offer any do not disturb signs and did clean our room once without us expecting it. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het Centraal Station en het centrum is op wandelafstand. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Ook de eerste keer voor mij dat de (weliswaar beperkte) minibar gratis in gebruik was. Een aanrader!

Room was ok as such but only cleaned it every two days. They were supposed to fill the complimentary minibar after two days, which they didn’t. They also only replaced two of four coffee pods then. One of two elevators was out of order for the entire three day stay, which is a problem if you’re going to the ninth floor. Breakfast below average.

The Babylon was close to the station and provided a comfortable place to stay. Our room overlooked the river and a wooded area which was nice. We had breakfast there on our last day in Den Haag and there was lots to choose from, very enjoyable

Firstly, the staff was super helpful. Our door to the balcony was broken and wasn’t latching to close off properly hence the outside noise coming in. The bathroom sink area had an inherent design problem in that if you were to lean in to wash your face you’d hit your forehead to the hard surface/shelf, between the mirror and the sink, built to put toiletries like tooth brush, toothpaste, etc. my solution was to get water in my palms and turn left and wash my face over the bathtub, lol !! The bed was large and comfortable.

Das Frühstückbuffet und die Lage (direkt beim Hauptbahnhof und dem Park, sowie die Nähe zum Centrum) haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das vergünstigte Angebot für den Eintritt ins SportCity im selben Gebäude habe ich genutzt - tiptop: viele gut gewartete Sportgeräte etc.
Das Frühstückbuffet und die Lage (direkt beim Hauptbahnhof und dem Park, sowie die Nähe zum Centrum) haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das vergünstigte Angebot für den Eintritt ins SportCity im selben Gebäude habe ich genutzt - tiptop: viele gut gewartete Sportgeräte etc.

On the plus side, a nice clean and reasonably spacious room with a bath tub and a big comfortable bed. On the downside, the tv screen was quite small, the internal view not very interesting and a breakfast trolly waiting to be cleared away when I checked was still there the following morning.

The room of our hotel was great. Clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. All the facilities we expected just needed to request an iron and ironing board when we needed one, which was promptly brought to our room. The 12PM checkout was welcomed and we were able to extend an additional hour for a small fee which helped with our travel arrangements. The hotels location adjacent to Den Hague central station was ideal for us it made our regular coming and going via public transport so easy. If you have large luggage it’s a very short walk from the train station to the hotel and easy to traverse.
