House has a beautiful river view with a nice hot tub! Each room has a view of the river so you never feel like you’re missing out on the beautiful nature. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials from cups, plates, utensils, paper towels, etc. check in/check out was a breeze!

The only rental I’ve been to where every single thing about it was perfect! Place was spotless. Hot tub was immaculate (stars were amazing!), house had literally everything we needed and then some. Quiet, peaceful and serene. The entire property was so well thought out and meant to be lived in and enjoyed!3 nights was not enough at this place! I think I spent most of the first night opening cupboards and closets going “omg I can’t believe they have this, they thought of everything!” And truly, they did. Even down to the food coloring I needed for Christmas cookie icing! (There were even fishing poles had we wanted to fish).It was clear right away that this house has had a lot of love and quality workmanship put into it. It felt like someone treated it as their home – not just a rental property – and that makes a world of difference! Sitting on the deck with the heater on every morning, sipping tea and watching the river flow was so soothing. Hot tub was great! It heats up quickly too. Was at 91 when we got there and in just over an hour it was up to temp! Some of the small touches were my favorite. Like the photos of what the property used to look like, board games and a massive bookshelf with books about the river and local area. We were so sad to leave, but grateful for this place and the wonderful Christmas memories it helped create.

House was lovely. Larger porch with propane heater made it nice to sit out and enjoy the view in the early mornings. We didn't have any luck with fishing.Beds were comfortable, and the two master suits made it extra comfortable for myself and my husband and mother in law. Plenty of stuff to cook any meals in the kitchen. Hot tub was clean and did not smell strong of chlorine like so many. Would recommend for sure to anyone who loves the peaceful river. Even though it is on the highway, when you are in the house, even with the windows open, its not loud or distracting. Would not even know when you are outside on the porch.

All was well with the property except the property was listed as having a pool and it didn't . The grand kids were especially disappointed. A very loud fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM. It went off after a minute but we searched everywhere but could not find the source? We were very concerned. Needless to say it frightened the kids and no one got much sleep. The owner was nice and said he was sorry. He said Vrbo had miss listed the property as having a pool and had not changed it at his request? He also said he was sorry that the alarm went off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason and he would look into it. That being said the house was nice. Everything was clean the view of the river was beautiful.

This property is literally perfection! We had an incredible time, much of it spent on the huge back deck overlooking the river! There's anything and everything you could need to have an enjoyable time. The dining table is the perfect size for playing board games, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. 10/10, we enjoyed every minute and hope to be back again!

Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Really clean everywhere. Tall showerheads. Plenty of windows for viewing and airflow. Great fishing - we limited out! Covered deck was well used - even has a heater! Communication with Van was very responsive. Would definitely rent this place again!

We enjoyed a great weekend stay at this comfy home on the McKenzie. Four adults enjoyed plenty of space inside and a beautiful deck with a great river view outside. A very quiet escape! The owner was super responsive. Access was easy, kitchen was well stocked, and the home felt clean and welcoming.

Had a fantastic fishing weekend with my sons. This cabin was spotlessly clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The hot tub was a great way to end our days on the water. Wonderful views of the river off the back deck and decent fishing on the property.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in and communication with the manager was a breeze. Online description matched the property. 3 nice big rooms with comfy beds and two bathrooms upstairs. Big tv room and a bathroom downstairs. Little warm downstairs, there is an AC unit in the window upstairs, and we couldn’t get the sound system to work with the TV, but those were minor issues and we otherwise loved the property.

Big tv room and a bathroom downstairs. What a beautiful home right off the wonderful MacKenzie River. The deck over looks the river and is a gorgeous place to have coffee in the morning and wine at night while listening to the river. We came here to hike and kayak and was perfectly happy with all the extra amenities the host Van provided. Host was very responsive and we appreciated the flexibility of checking in and out. The house came equipped with all the extras and it was very much appreciated. Thank you! Would highly recommend this house!

This property was perfect for our group of 5. We couldn’t have been closer to the river—- and that’s what we wanted! The house was perfect for us. User friendly. Well stocked kitchen, which is important for those of us who like to eat well! Unpretentious place, but totally comfortable. We lived on the deck—- overlooking the McKenzie— I mean seriously, that was the bomb! Grilled yummy stuff every nite— hung out on the comfy chairs on the deck. Laughed. Played games. The outside area of the property is special and is given attention and care, which is obvious. The blue hydrangeas were a color more vibrant than I have ever seen before. The area has burn scars, but the McKenzie is magical! That shines through snd that’s why we were there. We ALL loved our stay there. Definitely 5 stars! This property was perfect for our group of 5. We couldn’t have been closer to the river—- and that’s what we wanted! The house was perfect for us. User friendly. Well stocked kitchen, which is important for those of us who like to eat well! Unpretentious place, but totally comfortable. We lived on the deck—- overlooking the McKenzie— I mean seriously, that was the bomb! Grilled yummy stuff every nite— hung out on the comfy chairs on the deck. Laughed. Played games. The outside area of the property is special and is given attention and care, which is obvious. The blue hydrangeas were a color more vibrant than I have ever seen before. The area has burn scars, but the McKenzie is magical! That shines through snd that’s why we were there. We ALL loved our stay there. Definitely 5 stars! This is a great house on the beautiful McKenzie River. Bedrooms are all upstairs which was a challenge for one of us. Having three bathrooms was nice. The kitchen was excellent and very well-stacked. The absolute highlight is the deck that overlooks the river. One could totally lose themselves watching the river, rafters, and fishermen float by. Not a great place for small children due to the steep terrain and proximity to the river.

Our stay was great! The river is a little strong for littles, but great for plopping down a chair and chilling out. Had a slight issue with the water, but owners were very responsive and on top of it. Would definitely go back! -Jenni

This place was exactly what I've been looking for. I woke up to river sounds and birds. I spent my morning on the back porch swing watching the river flow by. It was so perfect and peaceful.

A nice relaxing place. Sitting on the deck and listening to the river was just what we needed. Lots of hikes are in a driveable distance. I would recommend to bring groceries and cook food. I plan on going back

House has a beautiful river view with a nice hot tub! Each room has a view of the river so you never feel like you’re missing out on the beautiful nature. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials from cups, plates, utensils, paper towels, etc. check in/check out was a breeze!

If you love an awesome porch overlooking a gorgeous river with a pair of bald eagles right in front of you then, this is the place. The beds were firm and very comfortable. recommend that you stop in Eugene for groceries since this place is secluded. Plenty of places to hike or raft with several waterfalls and winding roads. Van is very helpful too. Just go! We would go back in a heartbeat. Found it hard to leave. Mackenzie River station restaurant has great food too.

This was our second stay here. My wife loves to fish and the river has been very good to her! The house is equipped with virtually everything you need, outstanding kitchen and just overall comfort! A great time was had by all! Great bedrooms and privacy for three couples. All around a great deal for a terrific getaway! We will come back again!!!!

We enjoyed a great weekend stay at this comfy home on the McKenzie. Four adults enjoyed plenty of space inside and a beautiful deck with a great river view outside. A very quiet escape! The owner was super responsive. Access was easy, kitchen was well stocked, and the home felt clean and welcoming.

This property is literally perfection! We had an incredible time, much of it spent on the huge back deck overlooking the river! There's anything and everything you could need to have an enjoyable time. The dining table is the perfect size for playing board games, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. 10/10, we enjoyed every minute and hope to be back again!

Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Really clean everywhere. Tall showerheads. Plenty of windows for viewing and airflow. Great fishing - we limited out! Covered deck was well used - even has a heater! Communication with Van was very responsive. Would definitely rent this place again!

Had a fantastic fishing weekend with my sons. This cabin was spotlessly clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The hot tub was a great way to end our days on the water. Wonderful views of the river off the back deck and decent fishing on the property.

My girlfriends and I spent 3 days at this home. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had EVERYTHING we could possibly need, and the ambience of the river was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Cool location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Saw a bald eagle, hummingbirds, and multiple geese and ducks. Wish we had had more time to book a rafting trip on the river, but it was fun waving to those that did from the back porch. Only thing to keep in mind is that there are immediate neighbors not pictured in the listing. This kind of threw us as their property seems to share space with this property.

This was an outstanding house with plenty of space! It was exceptionally clean and the view was stunning. We got out hiking in the mornings and enjoyed the hot tub in the afternoons and evenings. Although it's close to the highway, we could not hear the traffic noise on the back patio and only the rushing of the river. There were even two bald eagles that we saw multiple times soaring up and down the river! This was a perfect peaceful getaway.
