Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo - Spa Guerlain

Der Ferseher ging 3 Tage nicht. An der Reception sagten sie das Spa sei offen, aber sauna und damobad sind geschlossen. Ich habe einen Brief bekommen dass ske etwas machen wollen als Entschulsigung. Und den Wein haben sie erst gebracht als ich es gesagt hatte. Als entschädigung schlug ixh 30minmassage oder discount vor , oder ein Essen oder voucher - und sie wollten nur einen Drink spendieren. Ich war aber alleine und trinke nicht - also haben sie am schluss nichts gemacht. Auch der Transfer war schrecklich - der Taxifahrer wollte quf einmal mehr Geld und ich hab fast den Flug verpasst. Obwohl es seit 20Jahren einen Fix Preis gibt - ich habe extra im Hotel nach dem Preis gefragt. Es war echt enttäuschend.

Hotel abbastanza datato ma con posizione eccellente. Personale gentile e collaborativo, stanze pulite e abbastanza grandi, bagni molto scuri e con poca luce. La nota dolente è stata la colazione veramente di basso livello sia per la varietà di cibo che per la quantità. Il buffet era veramente povero e non altezza di un hotel 5 stelle lusso. Da notare che la coazione costa piu' di 50,00 euro circa a persona.

Overall Rating: 10/10 – Highly Recommended! I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The only aspect that was disappointing was the transportation consultation service. On my last day, I approached the concierge desk to inquire about booking a reliable taxi to the Nice airport for an early morning departure. The staff member advised that booking an external taxi might be unreliable and that there was a high possibility the driver might not show up. She then offered the hostel's in-house car service for a fixed price of 250 euros for the trip. This price felt very high. We decided to go to a local taxi stand, spoke with a driver, and downloaded a local taxi app. Using the app for the same early morning trip, the actual cost was only 110 euros. I felt that the information provided by the staff member regarding the reliability of outside taxis was misleading in an effort to sell their significantly more expensive internal car service. While this was a frustrating incident, it was the only negative point in an otherwise perfect stay. Thank you for a wonderful visit!
