Nice hotel and what you would fully expect at this price point. Very clean property inside and out, including the outdoor pool. Well stocked breakfast with fresh hot bar and ample choices on the cold bar. Convenient location in a good area. Courteous & friendly staff. I recommend and would stay at this property again.

Room was clean and comfortable. It lacked things usually furnished such as cups, plastic bags for dirty clothes. There were no vending machines available. Snack items were available but could only be purchased with cash.

Property was under construction which wasnt an issue. except the fire alarms were covered in plastic and fire alarm in the room had no batteries. Staff said fire alarms still work when covered with plastic bags.

We honestly thought the hotel was closed. It is taped off, half painted and there are roofers working and throwing trash all over the parking lot from the roof. They put us on the top floor and we had roofers at our window and making noise all day and until dark. There was roof debris in the pool and the workers were jumping in fully clothed.

My room wasn't throughly clean. I didn't notice until i was in the shower, but there were no bath towels in my room. One of the comforters on the queen bed had a spot of blood. It just wasn't a clean stay.

Wish I could give it less than one star! Carpets in the main areas were filthy. Checked in and the first room she assigned us room 202 had liquor bottles everywhere and stained sheets and had not been cleaned. Went back to desk girl apologized then re assigned us to room 107 which we opened the door and was impaled by the most awful dog smelly cat urine smell. Went to put down our bags and looked down and saw a big ole pool of why looked like blood. Went back to desk and she was like oh I’m so sorry and wanted to try to assign us another room. I told her after being grossed out by the blood I would pass and find another hotel. She then told me she could not refund my money even though I had checked in literally 10 min before and had not even got to actually check in to a room because they were filthy. Supposedly manager will call me tomorrow but I am not holding my breath cuz clearly they do not care about the hotel, customer service, or cleanliness

The first time I stayed here, there was dust visible on the tables in the room, I thought maybe it was just an oversight so I gave them a second chance. When I stayed the second time I was placed into a room with stains on the sheets and holes. The second room, they placed me in had stains on the sheets and the third had stains on the sheets, as well as the air conditioner being broken. I packed my bags and went to a different hotel.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a sock from the previous guest on the floor along with debris also on the floor; hair in the sink. To make matters worse, there was not a single wash/face cloth in the room. I had to call downstairs to have some brought up b4 I could take a shower. Ver disappointing.

As I was laying in bed, I saw a small bug crawling around on my pillow…. Come to find out these bugs are bed bugs! I told the front desk and they moved me to a different room. I’ve stayed here a few times and lately the cleaning has definitely gone down hill. Stains on the bed, dirty counter tops and dirt in the carpets…. I felt like I had bugs in me all night and was so paranoid about bringing them back home with me…

The property is easy to find. We arrived late and there were still a few dining options open within a 10 minute ride and a Walmart directly across the street. The hotel room and facilities were very clean. I had a great nights rest! The staff was friendly and accommodating; they didn’t miss a beat. I love that they use Dove products too. It eliminated the need for me to use my own…a definite plus and convenience. In all, I was very impressed with my accommodations and the price was very fair. It met and definitely exceeded my expectations…thank you!

I wouldn't stay there again if I didn't have to. The walls are paper thin. We were given a joining room with a family that was very noisy and had a dog. They woke us up at 4:30 am being very loud. The staff was loud in the hallway bright and early. Barley got any sleep.

Property needs work for sure. Beds were uncomfortable. The bed frames make noise when you turn over. There was a hole in the floor in our room. They had tried to cover it but it was still noticeable. I don’t think it’s worth even 60$ a night. Room is small as well. Staff was nice though. There was a younger lady that checked us in and she was nice enough to give suggestions on places to eat. All staff interactions were great. Outside of the property was pretty nice as well. Just the inside needs an upgrade for sure. Can’t speak for breakfast as we didn’t eat there. There was a false fire alarm during our stay very weird not sure what happened. It was fairly clean too. Wouldn’t be my first choice on a place to stay.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The staff were very nice, but the room left a lot to be desired. The baseboard in the corner had fully peeled off the wall, the lamps were crooked, and the mattress felt cheap. The lights in the room were terrible blue lights, something more fitting for an office than a place for sleeping. The rest of the hotel looked updated, so I was expecting more from our room.

The rooms were clean. However, the TV didn’t work in the first room so they gave us a second. Had problems with TV in that room as well and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. Impossible to regulate heat/air in room. It read 57 but was very warm. No clocks were set. Table top ones didn’t work, and microwave clock was off. While things looked nice, little things were neglected. One light and USB didn’t work in the first room. TV in adjoining room was very loud. All the small nuisance items, after a long day on the road, made for an unpleasant stay. We wouldn’t stay there again.

The rooms you could hear every noise possible from other rooms. Dogs barking and waking people up at 2-4am. Garbage truck outside window was loud at 5:30am. Breakfast wasn’t ready until after 7:30am when we were told at check in that it would be ready at 6:30am on a Saturday morning. The rooms were clean and nice but not a lot of space in the bathroom area to have privacy to get ready without waking other family members up.

When I called I was told check in was at 2:30pm. 2:34pm- arrived and was told room was not ready, wait 30 minutes and come back 3:20pm- came back, was given room key and told it might be ready by front desk, went to hallway and saw house keeping was in almost every room, and they said my room wasn't ready and front desk didn't tell them it needed to be cleaned. Then house keeping and front desk staff got into argument and front desk staff later came down and threw key at staff and said a few choice words. Manger came in and was informed by front desk staff as to what happened, she paid no attention to customers in the lobby waiting, including myself. Grabbed the phone and walked off. Pool area was nice. Rooms were clean. Lots of lumber laying around front door.

Staff was not great! First there was no one at the desk and a line of 5 people waiting to check in. The room was not the best with a cockroach walking on the wall while watching tv in the evening. Partial my fault I accidentally booked 3 night and only wanted 2. The person at the desk was not sure how to do a refund for one night so tried to get us to stay longer. Someone was supposed to call me back the next day and never did. I called and left 2 messages about my refund and never received a called back. When I check my credit card, apparently I got a partial refund.

It was truly a comfortable stay!! This hotel was very clean!! I would stay here again and the rates were very reasonable. Ms Sonya was just a joy, her personality was amazing!

Front desk staff Ms. Tabitha was proficient and professional during my stay. If i needed anything she quickly obliged. The hotel is conveniently located near several stores Dollar tree, Walmart, cvs too many to name . Restaurants are close by as well.

This hotel was disgusting and in very poor condition. There was exposed carpeting drywall, and an overall dingy appearance and smell. The woman working the front desk was consistently away for more than 15 minutes at a time. There were multiple times where we needed her assistance urgently, and she was not available and not kind. The continental breakfast was disappointing. Overall, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

Great value for the money. The room was basic but clean. We did not love that the sink was in the room, close to one of the beds, but it worked out fine. The shower glass had a large gap and water got out onto the floor but could be mopped up with the bathmat; we ended up angling the showerhead away from the door and that helped some. We could never manage to get two working keys - it seemed like every time they fixed one, the original one would stop working. Breakfast was decent - the waffle machine was great! The location is perfect - very close to downtown but also surrounded by every type of fast food or chain restaurant you could imagine (if you want that kind of thing) - and also easy access to farms on the east and south sides of town. Seemed like a safe area. One concern was that when we checked in we were told we had to pay $150 in cash for incidentals, but I think it may have been the employee's first day, as she called her supervisor to confirm that we could just leave a credit card on file. Overall, a good experience and I would stay here again.

The property is easy to find. We arrived late and there were still a few dining options open within a 10 minute ride and a Walmart directly across the street. The hotel room and facilities were very clean. I had a great nights rest! The staff was friendly and accommodating; they didn’t miss a beat. I love that they use Dove products too. It eliminated the need for me to use my own…a definite plus and convenience. In all, I was very impressed with my accommodations and the price was very fair. It met and definitely exceeded my expectations…thank you!

Rooms were under construction, and second room was dirty. Breakfast was dismal and was completely lacking. Staff was not at front desk during check in and took more than 15m to show up

Nice hotel and what you would fully expect at this price point. Very clean property inside and out, including the outdoor pool. Well stocked breakfast with fresh hot bar and ample choices on the cold bar. Convenient location in a good area. Courteous & friendly staff. I recommend and would stay at this property again.

Get what you pay for. Older with stained carpets. Beds we're fine, clean sheets and towels. Some staff were fine, others not. Breakfast better get to it earlier, an hour and half after start-no coffee, no juice, picked over and no one in any hurry to restock.

The front desk employees were very nice however after checking into my room I discovered the sheets haven’t been changed from the previous guests, as in a full face print of makeup was on the sheets. Food was in the floor between bed and night stand and the room reeked of weed. They did switch me to a slightly cleaner room, however it was still gross and luckily I had travel Lysol. Their “breakfast” area was sticky and had trash everywhere and not sure what it was they were trying to pass as coffee. To call this place a roach motel would be an insult to roaches.

The rooms you could hear every noise possible from other rooms. Dogs barking and waking people up at 2-4am. Garbage truck outside window was loud at 5:30am. Breakfast wasn’t ready until after 7:30am when we were told at check in that it would be ready at 6:30am on a Saturday morning. The rooms were clean and nice but not a lot of space in the bathroom area to have privacy to get ready without waking other family members up.

Room 105 - excellent in terms of check in, friendly front desk staff, room cleanliness, bed/pillows were excellent, adequate towels, ability to walk dog near green space, and breakfast. The dial in the center of the water control knob fell off and was difficult to replace.

room was clean and staff very friendly. Out Dog was welcome and breakfast was pretty good overall a good stay the only issue was the AC unit was very loud. mentioned it to staff and they said it was new and the would look into it, I would definitely stay here again

I liked that the floors were hard surfaces and not carpet- that made everything feel cleaner. The bed was very comfortable- but it was very high- I am 5’1” and it was difficult to get into the bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our arrival was late in the evening on a Saturday. Although the location had complementary breakfast, our breakfast on both Sunday and Monday breakfast was cold. Tuesday evening after we spent the entire day out our bathroom wall decided to give way to loose and falling tiles. Our room phone did not work and for client amenities for laundry service, three out of four machines were out of order and we spent our visit time in a local laundromat. I would not recommend this location for another stay.
