The room was very clean and modern. I liked the floor that didn’t involve carpet. The room was well lit, unlike most hotels. The beds were fairly comfy. The only negative things were no continental breakfast, and no ice machine. We were aware of those things before we booked it though, so really no complaint!

Half of the property is under construction and not noted anywhere on listing. We had to be refunded because the room we were given was INFESTED with flies. Parking lot has massive pot holes. Do not waste your time booking this place it is not a safe place to stay especially for a family. Also ZERO basic amenities like an ice machine.

Came in to check in and there was no room available. Front rep wanted to put me in a one bed room that was under construction. My booking was for 2 beds and they did not want to refund me what I paid. The whole building was a mess, trash everywhere and under construction.

We were only looking a place just to sleep and shower, overall the rooms were nice and sort of well kept up with but restrooms smelt real bad of what might be mold, my sister who so happened to sleep in a different room said they had mold in their restroom.

oh my god ok so first of all... i paid waaaaaaay too much for this to be legal. I paid 1,185 dollars for 12 nights. half of the time i was there i had no wifi, i had no television, the water BARELY got warm enough for a comfortable shower... the room service kept startling me into a panic attack every morning by BANGING on my door every morning when i requested multiple times to not come to my door while i'm there. I was going to ask for a refund but i just couldn't bring myself to fight for one.

Overall is a great stay big room had the fridge in the little microwave and all that stuff. My only complaint would be housekeeping we come they knock one time maybe twice put the key in the door and open the door if I didn’t respond. The deadbolt didn’t Match up to the slot in the door frame

The manager of this establishment was unprofessional. After her staff sent a pay link to my phone to pay for a stay and received a confirmation booking number, our workers were still asked to pay for the room although it was already paid (double charged). when asked for a refund the manager said she does not do refunds and I had to call Expedia to handle the charge although I had done the transaction (I was calling about) through her staff. We were still charged even though the gentleman checked out the same night they checked in DUE TO POOR SERVICE. They did NOT change the status of the reservations even though the gentleman checked out and asked for him to return to the establishment AGAIN to check out. It was a waste of gas, money, and time.

They overbooked and I ended up not getting a room. We had to cancel our fishing trip and travel back home late at night. Will not recommend this hotel or the Expedia app. Terrible experience they didn’t even try to find another hotel. We. Looked around town but every hotel was full.

We will never stay again! Having staff come out yelling and rude to my husband about our trailer! Room was horrible supposedly on new side but was nothing new about it! Never again!

Eeeeyuck! Roaches in my room !!!!! Paper towel holder missing ?! Floor by the refrigerator was yellow and gunky …. Stains on the sheets (bed was made at least). Smelt like cigarettes. I had my baby with me and unfortunately couldn’t get another room so late at night or else I would have. Will never stay there or smh branch of this place again.

Hotel was filled with gas. Front desk did not help. Smoke alarms shoved in the cabinets. Do NOT come here we couldve died. We did have the fire department involved. And they did absolutely nothing but kept my money.

The only experience I had was just the AC. At first it didnt make noise until like at 1140pm on Friday the AC made a noise. But after maybe 30mins the Ac no longer continue with the noise. Good place to stay.

I booked eight rooms for almost $2000. When we arrived at the hotel one of my rooms had horrible stains on the comforters and the TV was completely missing off the wall. My other room had a TV that they said they would fix and never did. We had one room that did not have any working light fixtures as well as a missing toilet seat where the property owner bought the toilet seat and had us install it. Another room, the smoke alarm did not work one of our children put a corndog in the microwave for 25 minutes and the room was full of smoke, and the smoke detector never went off to alert us. There was a prostitute bag that was left in the grill area where the kids could get into it with dirty used underwear and wigs. We had to pretty much argue with the staff in order to get clean towels. I would highly recommend somebody looking at this property.

I booked eight rooms for almost $2000. When we arrived at the hotel one of my rooms had horrible stains on the comforters and the TV was completely missing off the wall. My other room had a TV that they said they would fix and never did.
