Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was beautiful, but a couple of issues couldn't be resolved and dampened the trip. The master bedroom of all rooms had sheer curtains and no shades and it was like sleeping in broad daylight. Bring your eye masks. The house had a very sour odor and we finally decided it was coming from the laundry room. If these two items were solved we would give it 4 stars instead of a 3 star trip.

So spacious, so comfortable, so well-equipped - right on the waterway and just a short walk to the ocean. Everything from kitchen to bedrooms is just impeccable - and the deck over the water is such a treat! Oh and the quality of communication with the team at Gold Coast was exemplary. Beautiful property. Very relaxing.

This is a wonderful house in a great location! We had a family gathering in Oxnard and this property was the perfect place to stay. It’s large, well appointed and has everything needed to bbq and cook. Very easy to correspond with the property managers. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is just beautiful with all the best amenities. And Remax has been so responsive to all of the requests that we have made. They are friendly and accommodating. We love looking forward to another summer in Paradise and hate leaving when our time is over.
