Bon rapport qualité prix pour la proximité de Paris et de La Défense. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. L'information sur l'absence de réception et sur le caractère potentiellement bloquant de l'absence de check-in en ligne à faire au préalable. Ce n'était pas vraiment clair sur le site hotels.com et dans les messages reçus. Bonne réactivité cependant de la ligne de contact téléphonique mais l'arrivée a été stressante. Dommage car l'endroit est bien tenu et calme

Impossible to contact the owner. The air conditioner did not work and there were ways to contact the owner but the owner never answered.

It was a very safe neighborhood! Near lots of cafes ! My family loved the Lebanese cafe/ restaurant! The owners were very friendly and healthy foods!!! Specialties Libanaises Karake is the name of the restaurant!!! Amazing food and pastries! The Hôtel apartment was not easy to communicate with initially ! However, when we arrived we were well served ! We loved our stay !!!

This apartment hotel overall is worth the money. Pros: The neighbourhood is good and safe. Located 10 min away by walking from the subway. The rooms were nice and clean. Cons: The contact phone number that was supplied to us by Expedia belonged to an employee who no longer works there. We had no way of communicating with the property. We only received the email with instructions 1 hour before check in when they were supposed to send it 24 hours prior. The lock box didn’t not open using the code provided so we had had to find the maid who luckily for us she was still working there and assisted with the lock box. Other than that all was good.
