L’accueil de la Réception , contrairement à ceux qui étaient devant la porte de l’établissement la nuit et qui sont payés pour regarder leur téléphone 😡

It was the worse treatment I have experienced in more than 30 years traveling around the world and staying all kinds of hotels. I was discriminated bc religion/ gender /mistreated, disrespected, humiliated in public at dinner not once but twice by the very rude impolite man named Muhammad who didn’t have the decency to talk with respect instead screaming around the dinner room out and laud that I walked out and I didn’t pay for the dinner the night before when I clearly communicated with the front desk before get there and was informed that it could be one pay at the restaurant or be send to my room. So as I walked into the room and was asked what is your room number I thought it was automatically sent to my room like manny hotels around the world. But no it wasn’t. Nobody called / text email me instead next night when I went back the rude man screaming right in front of the other man Abed who tried to make better by asking me to go take a walk I left the room and cried by the elevator bc the embarrassment. After I talked with Raya from front desk who was nice. But they did have a chance to demand the Muhammad to apologize in person but didn’t. I don’t need to stay in this hotel I CHOSE IT but never again that’s for sure. Then the other man approached me By the elevator and offered the “be quite gift” of free dinner. I don’t want free dinner I want to be treat with respect as a human first of all. I am grateful that I don’t belong to this kind of society. Good bye.

Great place to stay and great breakfast and I suggest getting dinner too since Jerusalem does not have a lot of dining options that might not fit your pallet if you’re not from there. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and I love the gym they have here.

Fanastic stay in the Dan Jerusalem. The service was outstanding. Nothing too much trouble. The manager Ibrahim and his team were so helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is of a good standard. Breakfast was delicious. And the pool area was beautiful and not too busy. Highly recommended and will for sure be staying there again. Perfect hotel for our needs and great value
