Near Emerald Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside waa there was no water in the rooms and vending machine took my money. When I reported this to the hotel I was told I need to call the number on the vending machine because the hotel doesn't own the machines.

Luke most places we stayed in Ireland, The air circulation in the bathroom was insignificant and not quite up to the challenge of dealing with typical shower humidity, but turning on the air conditioning in the bedroom helped. The food and services were excellent and the location is convenient to the airport. Would recommend.

Nice property and staff . However, there was no air conditioning -and it wasn’t indicated in the original booking- the staff said they haven’t had it in quite a few months so it was a condition that should’ve been disclosed. The hotel staff did bring up a spacer air conditioner and fans, for both rooms , but it really didn’t do the job. I might’ve booked elsewhere if I knew there wasn’t any air, we all perspired during the night. Again, the staff was really lovely and did the best they could.

I was disappointed by the standard of the hotel given the price we paid for our stay. We found the staff very friendly and the service was good but I was very shocked when the restaurant staff member told me not to worry about leaving a tip as this doesn't get passed on to the staff at the hotel. I find it disgraceful that the Management of the hotel would be able to get away with this.

We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting Emerald park & it’s a short drive to the park. The staff were very helpful and the standard of food was brilliant at breakfast & in both the bar & restaurant. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel choice for a family. Convenient. And clean. I was literally horrified at the breakfast however. Awful. Literally awful. I was embarrassed for the country of Ireland when I saw the American tourists faces as they thought the same.

Rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Fantastic walk in shower. Breakfast was good. Dinner was really good apart from the chips. They were way too salty. I don't understand why some chefs insist on smothering chips in salt. Let the customer help themselves to the salt if they want it. We asked for a little taste of the curry sauce before deciding on whether to order it. We were told we couldn't have it.

We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting Emerald park & it’s a short drive to the park. The staff were very helpful and the standard of food was brilliant at breakfast & in both the bar & restaurant. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were brillant , food was gorgeous they only issue i would have is the price of drink in the bar. A bit to expensive.

I really appreciated how big and clean the room was. The bed was also large and comfortable and there were plenty of places to put things away. Luke most places we stayed in Ireland, The air circulation in the bathroom was insignificant and not quite up to the challenge of dealing with typical shower humidity, but turning on the air conditioning in the bedroom helped. The food and services were excellent and the location is convenient to the airport. Would recommend.

Hotel was nice but we paid a premium for facilities like the pool that we thought we could use for the kids. We only found out on 8 hrs before we arrived that the pool hours for kids were restricted between 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, which when we were planning to arrive around 7:30-8:00 and leave at 9:30 am, made it useless to us. These hours should be publicly posted on the website, not just communicated via email again. We also thought breakfast was included in our rate given “full breakfast available” was listed as a hotel amenity and when we were checking in, the staff person said “you can just go to breakfast, don’t need to bring anything”, implying that it would be covered. When we arrived at breakfast the next morning, the staff member was highlighting room numbers only to say that ours did not include breakfast and we were charged an extortionate amount for a buffet breakfast. Felt very much like a bait and switch strategy and when you’re paying a premium rate for a hotel, you’d expect much more.
