Near Emerald Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside waa there was no water in the rooms and vending machine took my money. When I reported this to the hotel I was told I need to call the number on the vending machine because the hotel doesn't own the machines.

I really appreciated how big and clean the room was. The bed was also large and comfortable and there were plenty of places to put things away. Luke most places we stayed in Ireland, The air circulation in the bathroom was insignificant and not quite up to the challenge of dealing with typical shower humidity, but turning on the air conditioning in the bedroom helped. The food and services were excellent and the location is convenient to the airport. Would recommend.

Nice property and staff . However, there was no air conditioning -and it wasn’t indicated in the original booking- the staff said they haven’t had it in quite a few months so it was a condition that should’ve been disclosed. The hotel staff did bring up a spacer air conditioner and fans, for both rooms , but it really didn’t do the job. I might’ve booked elsewhere if I knew there wasn’t any air, we all perspired during the night. Again, the staff was really lovely and did the best they could.

I was disappointed by the standard of the hotel given the price we paid for our stay. We found the staff very friendly and the service was good but I was very shocked when the restaurant staff member told me not to worry about leaving a tip as this doesn't get passed on to the staff at the hotel. I find it disgraceful that the Management of the hotel would be able to get away with this.

We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting Emerald park & it’s a short drive to the park. The staff were very helpful and the standard of food was brilliant at breakfast & in both the bar & restaurant. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel choice for a family. Convenient. And clean. I was literally horrified at the breakfast however. Awful. Literally awful. I was embarrassed for the country of Ireland when I saw the American tourists faces as they thought the same.

Rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Fantastic walk in shower. Breakfast was good. Dinner was really good apart from the chips. They were way too salty. I don't understand why some chefs insist on smothering chips in salt. Let the customer help themselves to the salt if they want it. We asked for a little taste of the curry sauce before deciding on whether to order it. We were told we couldn't have it.

The staff were brillant , food was gorgeous they only issue i would have is the price of drink in the bar. A bit to expensive.

I really appreciated how big and clean the room was. The bed was also large and comfortable and there were plenty of places to put things away. Luke most places we stayed in Ireland, The air circulation in the bathroom was insignificant and not quite up to the challenge of dealing with typical shower humidity, but turning on the air conditioning in the bedroom helped. The food and services were excellent and the location is convenient to the airport. Would recommend.

The entrance of the hotel and bar area are excellent however the rooms could do with a refresh. Broken tiles in bathroom and stains on carpets and lamp shades. These didn’t detract from our stay at all. The staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent. We had pizza, steak sandwich and kids curry and couldn’t finish it!. Portions are great and so tasty. Kids curry would feed an adult no problem! The rooms are quiet enough however the fan in the bathroom will wake everyone up in the middle of the night if you get up to go to the loo. The noise from the road outside was also quite bad at times but not really the hotels fault. pool area is excellent and welcoming to kids. The rules around wearing caps in the pool are very loose although the staff at the pool make it sound like it’s mandatory and made us purchase a cap, once into the pool these rules only seemed to apply to some. Plenty people in pool with no cap on and staff not saying a word. That was quite annoying and seemed like a way to just make an extra €4. The pool is great but again could do with some maintenance. This hotel and pool area love a laminated sign. They are everywhere with instructions on shoe bootys , caps and diving etc but not enforced. It’s as if a manager has bought an A4 laminator and is getting theirs moneys worth from it. It does make the pool area a little cheaper looking. Having said all that I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

We stayed in a family room with our 2 kids 7 and 10. Room was clean and nicely maintained and well sound proofed. We had a great nights sleep. We used the pool (you need to book a slot but we managed to change ours with ease when we arrived later) and went to the arcade which was small - but was a novelty for our kids. We had dinner, which was excellent and the breakfast was also great. Shout out to the staff at the gym who did an excellent Hyrox class which both me and my husband enjoyed! It was a great stay, and I would go back like a shot!
