The hotel room we were given consistently had an unpleasant smell, similar to a toilet or nearby drainage system. The shower head was constantly dripping, and the hot–cold mixer tap in the shower was not functioning properly. The family room felt very cramped once the furniture was in place. Breakfast was the same menu every day, with no local Balinese fruits included. There were only a few food varieties daily, which were quite limited. Overall, this experience did not meet five-star standards, especially when compared to our many years of staying in similar category hotels across different countries. Although the hotel building itself is old, it requires better maintenance, and several appliances should be upgraded to improve the overall quality and guest experience.

Room was spotless. Staff was amazing. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet! Close to everything. All around good vibe to end the vacation!
