For the price it was a good option but the room was tiny with no real amenities and there was one elevator that fit two people. The front desk were friendly and they cleaned the room each day. If you need somewhere cheap relatively close to Athens, it's not a bad option for a few days.

Budget hotel in the center of Athens near many of the tourist attractions. Walkable to some and near metro or tourist bus for others. Room was small but clean. Small elevator available. Surrounding area looked a bit run-down, but we didn't have any problems (unlike the tourist we met who was staying at a fancier hotel near a major square and stated that she saw drug users on the street near her hotel). Room was somewhat noisy, but to be expected on the 2nd floor of a city center hotel in a big city. Staff were not especially helpful. When we couldn't get the AC to work one night, desk clerk had no suggestions, did not offer to take a look at it, or call anyone. We did finally get it working again. Since we were there in the middle of a heat wave, this would have been a bigger deal if we hadn't managed to get it going again. Overall, acceptable hotel for the money to be close to the center of Athens.

Le stanze venivano pulite tutti i giorni ed il personale era davvero preparato e cortese. Reception aperta h24. Friendly and helpful staff, beds were comfortable and windows good insulated. Unfortunately the neighborhood was dreadful and everyone pointed out how it was actually dangerous to hang out after dark, we took a taxi to come back at the hotel in the evenings. The bathroom walls were mouldy and floor always wet because of no shower cabin. Bed sheets were clean and in good condition but the blankets were very old. Walls didn't insulate well and you could hear coughing and voices from other rooms

‼️ BED BUGS!! ‼️ Do NOT stay here!! Terrible service!!! This hotel has a bed bug infestation and cockroach’s in the room. We found out within 2 hours of getting into the room, so luckily we didn’t get any infection on us. The front desk guy was nice and let us change room from 401 to 505, but then we found the second room has even worse bed bugs in the mattress. We left the hotel immediately at 2am even though we booked for 4 nights. When we asked the hotel for a refund, they said we have to go through Expedia. But then they just refused to give us the refund through Expedia and offers no apologies. Even though they are completely at fault and we didn’t stay there at all. Very disappointing terrible experience! See the photo for proofs of bed bugs. There’s one big adult one that I killed, and also many traces of them in the mattress.

Unfortunately, my parents' stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to a severe bed bug issue. My parents’ room was infested, and my dad was bitten several times. They were moved to a different room, but sadly, it also had bed bugs. This experience was extremely distressing, and it’s unacceptable for any hotel to have such a widespread pest problem. I truly hope management takes this seriously and brings in professional pest control immediately to resolve the issue.

Sebbene non mi aspettassi tanto da un albergo a 2 stelle, di certo non mi aspettavo un tal degrado in una zona così brutta, sporca, e non so nemmeno fino a che punto sicura. Durante la notte da fuori alla strada arrivavano urla...la camera vecchia, sporca. cadevano pezzi di intonaco dal soffitto, macchie di umidità ovunque, lenzuola sporche. Il bagno minuscolo con una doccia e il suo piatto in ceramica a terra spaccato, senza una tenda, impossibile non allagare tutto. Puzza nella stanza. Si salvava leggermente il servizio di accoglienza, per il resto un vero incubo

It was noisy and the neighborhood is terrible. Look for another option nearer a subway. The street leading to the subway or touristic place had human feces on the ground. The bed was uncomfortable. But the cleaning was great. No problem with the staff either

Not a clean room . Bugs everywhere . Bathroom is oddly designed with an impossible design feature that you literally chance to be a contortionist to get into the shower . Staff is not that friendly and neighborhood is as alot to be desired . The only good thing is the location. It is overpriced by any amount you pay . There are other choices around the " Omonnia" metra station " that you can stay at this cleaner and more safer .

The room had everything in it that I needed for an overnight stay, including a fridge. However, the hotel has clearly seen better days. The showers base was badly cracked, the basin tap dripped continually and there were notches cut out of the bathroom door to allow it to open without hitting the toilet! The pillows were rock hard, and the guy on reception seemed fed up. All that said, it was a hood price and prefect for getting to the airport by train. (€9!)

The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating is because the shower area is just too small, with a short plastic curtain surrounding the area which means water splashing out into the bathroom floor! Otherwise, I really liked the place (great AC and WiFi), especially the location! It's a short walk to Athen's center, Acropolis, Metro, and everything you want! For short stays, Pergamos is a very reasonable place to stay at!

While the hotel and staff were good. The area around the hotel is...well rough. The rooms are loud especially if next to the elevator. The hotel is fine, but not good for kids. My son was so afraid they we had to book another hotel. There was some lady screaming, someone tried to open our door. I would recommend for people use to big city, and noises. But avoid id solo or with kids.

Conveniently close to the Larissa train station. Neighbourhood seems a bit sketchy though. Small clean room, furniture a bit dated but not a problem for me. Overall, a good choice for one or two nights.

Staff were helpful. Room clean but decor very dated. Although the area is a bit run down its easy to walk to from metro station. Did not feel unsafe although solo traveller. Liked that did not need to be out till midday. Would recommend for budget option

Management was super nice and the location is great, about a 10min walk from Larissis station, plus it's incredibly close to both a laundromat and there are cheap restaurants everywhere. The rooms were pretty solid, shower was hot, ac was quiet and worked very well, we even had a balcony with a table and chairs. Only issue was even though it was a non-smoking room it still smelled slightly like tobacco smoke but it wasn't overwhelming, and you could here traffic just a little bit. All in all would recommend a stay, but the smoke is overwhelming and pretty disgusting. You shouldn’t let others who are killing themselves by smoking, kill other guest who don’t smoke 🚭

As a young woman traveling alone, I felt extremely unsafe and unsettled at this hotel and the surrounding areas. Immediately upon entering the hotel the smell of cigarettes was potent, and the cleanliness and aesthetic of the hotel left much to be desired. Once I got to my room, the cigarette smell was even stronger than the lobby. I intentionally booked a non-smoking room, and the ashtray provided in the room made it clear that smoking was not only allowed, but encouraged. I informed the front desk staff that I would need to switch rooms to which they told me they always told guests to smoke on the balconies and not inside the rooms, as if that would make a difference for the smell. They gave me a new room and there was absolutely no difference in smell. I debated sticking it out as it was only a two night stay, but the smell isn’t where my discomfort ended. As a female solo-traveller, you can imagine how it felt to walk back into the lobby only to be stared at by four grown men, who had stopped their conversation to look at me as I passed through. And on my way out to get some fresh air, I was informed by the desk clerk that it was hotel policy to leave my one and only room key at the desk each time I left the hotel

Once I got to my room, the cigarette smell was even stronger than the lobby. I intentionally booked a non-smoking room, and the ashtray provided in the room made it clear that smoking was not only allowed, but encouraged. I informed the front desk staff that I would need to switch rooms to which they told me they always told guests to smoke on the balconies and not inside the rooms, as if that would make a difference for the smell. They gave me a new room and there was absolutely no difference in smell. I debated sticking it out as it was only a two night stay, but the smell isn’t where my discomfort ended. As a female solo-traveller, you can imagine how it felt to walk back into the lobby only to be stared at by four grown men, who had stopped their conversation to look at me as I passed through. And on my way out to get some fresh air, I was informed by the desk clerk that it was hotel policy to leave my one and only room key at the desk each time I left the hotel

Hôtel à éviter!! C’est un hôtel de passe, dans un quartier mal famé. Nous avons dû slalomer avec la poussette, entre les drogués et les prostitués. La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer (mégots sous les lits, …), et on pouvait entendre tout ce qu’il se passait dans le bâtiment. J’ai changé d’hôtel le lendemain matin, et le réceptionniste n’a pas voulu me rembourser sous prétexte que c’était une réservation Hôtels.com. Et bien évidemment, le site me dit de voir avec l’hôtel. Staff were helpful. Room clean but decor very dated. Although the area is a bit run down its easy to walk to from metro station. Did not feel unsafe although solo traveller. Liked that did not need to be out till midday. Would recommend for budget option

Budget hotel in the center of Athens near many of the tourist attractions. Walkable to some and near metro or tourist bus for others. Room was small but clean. Small elevator available. Since we were there in the middle of a heat wave, this would have been a bigger deal if we hadn't managed to get it going again. Overall, acceptable hotel for the money to be close to the center of Athens.

Le stanze venivano pulite tutti i giorni ed il personale era davvero preparato e cortese. Reception aperta h24. Peccato per la zona in cui si trova molto sporca e poco sicura a causa della presenza di senzatetto e persone che fanno abuso di droga. L'hotel in effetti è anche troppo buono rispetto alla zona; non me lo aspettavo e ne sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita.

The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating is because the shower area is just too small, with a short plastic curtain surrounding the area which means water splashing out into the bathroom floor! Otherwise, I really liked the place (great AC and WiFi), especially the location! It's a short walk to Athen's center, Acropolis, Metro, and everything you want! For short stays, Pergamos is a very reasonable place to stay at!

Conveniently close to the Larissa train station. Neighbourhood seems a bit sketchy though. Small clean room, furniture a bit dated but not a problem for me. Overall, a good choice for one or two nights.

It was noisy and the neighborhood is terrible. Look for another option nearer a subway. The street leading to the subway or touristic place had human feces on the ground. The bed was uncomfortable. But the cleaning was great. No problem with the staff either

Management was super nice and the location is great, about a 10min walk from Larissis station, plus it's incredibly close to both a laundromat and there are cheap restaurants everywhere. The rooms were pretty solid, shower was hot, ac was quiet and worked very well, we even had a balcony with a table and chairs. Only issue was even though it was a non-smoking room it still smelled slightly like tobacco smoke but it wasn't overwhelming, and you could here traffic just a little bit. All in all would recommend a stay, but the smoke is overwhelming and pretty disgusting. You shouldn’t let others who are killing themselves by smoking, kill other guest who don’t smoke 🚭

Terrible bathroom, no breakfast, not even coffee could be ordered. The hotel is in one of the worst areas of the city, full with drug addicted people, very unsafe. Only loud and dirty kebab stores atound, not one reasonable restaurant. Never again.

Budgethotel not so far from the Omonia-square. The neighbourhood has seen better days. WiFi and A/C are good. The shower is small and the position of the toilet is somewhat awkward. It also can be very noisy from time to time. But if you are on a budget, it's good for a few days.

For the price paid, it was okey. Due to my first room next to the elevator I changed room, because I wake up easily. In the next room I slept very good! But the AC/heatpump didn't work properly in that second room (I tried heat, because it was a bit cold at the evenings and night this early in March)😅 We also chose the hotel due to the picture of the view, well what we thought would be a view. But that was not the reality. The picture with the roundabout has absolutely nothing to do with the view from the rooms OR the roof terrace🙈 But that is the absolute worst I can point out. The springs in the mattresses made some noise when you turned around, but the beds wasn't that bad to sleep in☺️ The staff there was polite and smiling. And I wouldn't mind sleeping here again for a later time in Athens. Overall I would say it's a 4 out of 6, for me and my taste.
