Food very great, room standard OK. Pool towels 20€ and you only get back 5€, would expect them to be included. No lime in the drinks if you have all inclusive, only if you pay for the drinks (extremely seaky)

Väldigt stort hotell, rena och fina rum! För all inclusive var maten bra, maten upprepades en del men det fanns utbud av både grytor, kött, fisk, sallad, dessert, färsk frukt, pizza, pannkakor, pasta, köttfärssås etc. Barnen kunde hämta mjukglass varje dag gratis. Många pooler Nära havet, (sten strand) fanns en mysig promenad längst havet men barer, glass, smoothies, juicer, lekplats etc. Minikyl, ac fanns Man va tvungen att betala rätt mycket för att hyra handdukar till poolen (fanns såklart handdukar på rummet till dusch.) det va billigare att köpa nya så rekommenderar det eller ta med ca om det finns möjlighet. Generellt ett väldigt bra hotell för priset vi gav.

Fin resort for familier med små barn. Mangler bare sandstrand. Standarden på rommene er helt ok, maten det samme, og servicen bra. Det er ikke et sted hvis du er ute etter kulinariske opplevelser og en bra vinliste, men da kan du heller ta turen inn til havna, som tilbyr hyggelige restauranter og barer uten at det blir full fest.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, direkt am Meer, in der Nebensaison im Oktober sehr wenig los, überall Platz auf den Sonnenliegen, mehrere Pools, freie Auswahl, nie überfüllt. Einfach schön! Nur das Animationsprogramm findet gar nicht oder nur spärlich statt. Wer das nicht braucht, umso besser.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer mit Wassersport Möglichkeiten. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und Abwechslungsreich. Mehrere Pools mit Pool Bar. Es gab auch Animation Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne mal wieder.

This is a big resort! Based on the photos we expected a hotel room, but instead we got an apartment, which was OK. The all-inclusive was a bit monotonous, but not bad! In some places we felt that it was not quite 4 stars, but we still had a good time. Supetar and the island are very cozy!

La struttura è davvero molto grande e ben tenuta, curata in ogni dettaglio e sempre pulita. Il punto mare è semplicemente meraviglioso, perfetto per godersi appieno la vacanza. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti e torneremmo volentieri.

Overall, it's good. A lot of pools and animators everywhere, service staff zooming around and keeping things tidy. My kid had an easy time adapting and finding play friends, which is GREAT. The food - also GREAT. Meat, non-meat, fruit, cake, salads...every meal every day something new. So, a big kudos for that. Things that i didn't like - when you finish lunch, if you have an afternoon sleeping child like me, you'll likely miss the snack bar. It closes at 1700. And the bar in the hotel doesn't open 'till 1800. And you have to pay for cofee outside of meal timeframes. It's not THAT important, but there it is. Overall, I deem it worth the money for people who enjoy this type of tourism. For me, it's borderline. Cause, now that we've tried it, i can say for sure it's not my type and we won't do it again. I like a bit more action under the feet (short trips, walks, visiting other places). Yes, you can do it here, but then - why pay for all inclusive? :-) Hope this helps someone.

Close to a nice beach where we hired sunbeds each day. Room was fine. Staff were attentive at meal times and very efficient cleaning and restocking. We liked using the Lenox Club adult only pool for some quiet time as lots of families at the hotel. Shame you couldn't access the all inclusive drinks at this pool though as you paid extra each day to go in there. Also shame it isn't open longer. Overall it was pleasant enough stay. We enjoyed the burger night.

The hotel complex is massive and has several pools, snack bars, restaurants, and a couple receptions, so you never feel squashed together. You are assigned a restaurant at check in, but we did explore another restaurant anyway which was just as impressive if not better than ours. The restaurant is in a buffet style and is tasty, but can feel quite repetitive after while but staying for seven days is fine in respect of food variety. Our room was recently refurbished and looked quite modern, and the room was in a clean state which was a relief. We received fresh towels every other day and a ‘touch up’ once during the week, please bear in mind that the bedding was only tidied and not actually changed. The hot water was temperamental and we had atleast two, if not three days without hot water but this may have just been an issue with our room specifically. The clubhouse was a great touch, which was an adults only semi-indoor pool and relaxation area with a paid bar, although an all-inclusive bar was a very short walk away. It allowed us to relax in a quieter environment with a great pool with views of the sea.

Da habe ich ihnen meine Meinung gesagt und hab das Hotel ohne Rückerstattung verlassen und für den gleichen Preis ein Dorf weiter im Hotel Grand View übernachtet. Das ist ein Hotel! Die Location am Meer und im Ort ist super und tolle Strände. Wir haben ein altes Appartement gekriegt und erhielten regelmässigen Besuch von Tausendfüsslern. Reception-Personal war eher unfreundlich, widersprüchliche Aussagen und english eher knapp (was jedoch ok ist in Kroatien) Unsere Buchung war nicht auffindbar trotz Bestätigungs-Emails und wir wurden gebeten 5 Minuten zu warten und als wir nach 20 Minuten nachfragten hatte dieselbe Receptionistin schon wieder alles vergessen und wir mussten nochmals alles in Englisch und Französisch erklären. Anschliessend erhielten wir ein Zimmer.

Amazing stay, staff was very friendly and professional. Food was great, amenities as well. Only problem we had was that due to the presence of cats, there were fleas on the deck chairs and out door chairs. We were all severely bitten.

Hotellet är fräscht och rent. Med enkel standard. Maten är enformigt med mycket grytor av olika slag varje dag. Bra sallad och frukt buffé. Finns ofta pizza och Nuggets till barnen. Finns pooler och bra med skolplatser. Nära till havsbadet med sin fina småstensstrand som övergår till sandbotten en bit ut.

Food choices were varied, with plenty of choice to cater to all. Food quality was always to a very high standard. The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, could not have wished for more.

Very disappointed! So called 4 star, all inclusive resort. First off all, Not even close to 4 stars, rooms Are outdated (they don’t even have a card, you still have to use the key), Not clean, with scars on bed and walls. No toiletries in the Room (they don’t clean or change towels on sundays, and my wife asked for clean towels on monday the cleaning lady Said no, that they lack towels). We Had thousand of ants in our room. Food was mediocre, and actually they basicly push you out when breakfast/lunch/dinner is over. Drinks that they offer are only cheap ones, but really cheap ones (i Had indigestion the whole 4 day stas there). Wellness part of the hotel does Not exist. Empty pools and brojem saunas only. And i can go on and on and on… fraud of a hotel. Not worth even 100€ a night (and we paid almost 300€ a night!!!???). And yeah, one more thing… the worst of all… the last night there Turned out to be the horror night. My wife, my 6 year old kid and I were atacked and abused by another guest (for talking, Not loud talking, screaming or something but only for talking for 5-10 seconds in front of our Room till we unlock the stupid door), and ofcourse, we complained and the hotel did apsolutely nothing! I mean nothing! No compensation, they barely Said sorry. Sorry for our sleepless night, my childs and wifes fear, they don’t care that that person still walks freely around, nothing! Avoid this so called resort! Don’t be a fool Like we were!

En variation av mat. Stora rum/ strandhus för större sällskap. De städar varje dag och byter handdukar. 9/10

Bokade en junior suite room men fick en standard rum med 4 enkel sängar! Efter klagomål fick ett rum med dubbelsäng plus 2 enkel sängar! Orkade inte bråka mer, receptionist betonade att det var det enda de hade att erbjuda, att det var deras junior suite rum! Vill inte förstora vår 6 dagars resa. Det var en all Inclusive bokning, det var mycket mat att välja på men inte något höjdare. Som tur är finns yoghurt, bacon och ägg till frukost. Mycket aubergine och zucchini och sallad. Hotellets ligger vid stranden och det var det bästa av hela resan, perfekt att snorkla, paddla och simma i.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, but the property itself was a major bust. We felt bamboozled. The resort did not look like the photos - everything looked much older and in worse shape than the photos portrayed. The hallways and rooms were very dark and depressing, and the sound from neighboring rooms bled in so loudly you could practically hear every conversation. Plus, the "all-inclusive" was a joke. It included meals from one restaurant at set times, and only four alcoholic beverages to choose from - all of which tasted watered down and of very poor quality. Pretty much everything you may want or need costs extra. You had to pay for beach towels, use of the safe in your room, any drinks that are halfway decent, and much more. Last but not least, the included WiFi is a hotspot and we were lucky to get five consecutive minutes of connection at a time. Extremely disappointing all around.

Negativt: - service utan välkomnande, knapphändig info - området är en stor förvirring, finns inga skyltar - rummet vi fick var på markplan där vi hade myr-invasion - all inclusive-maten var begränsad och inte tilltalande - matsalen vi blev tilldelade (läs mer info nedan) var en högljudd skolmatsal, samt långt bort från vår lägenhet - allt utöver mat samt dryck på begränsad tid kostar pengar, vilket man inte tror när man betalar för "all inclusive" POSITIVT: - helt okej säng - nära till stranden - nära till Supetar - enkel väg till och från färjan Vid incheckningen var det endast en total förvirring. Ett exempel var när vi lämnade in våra pass för hantering, och när vi bad om att få tillbaka dessa ombads vi att återkomma dagen efter för att sedan vänta i 10 minuter för att personalen inte hittade dessa. Vi hade köpt till "all inclusive" vilket nu i efterhand inte enligt oss kan ha varit all inclusive. På områdeskartan finns det flera restauranger uppmärkta med "all inclusive", vilket man kan tänka då ingår. Första dagen valde vi den närmsta till vår lägenhet men blev stoppade av personalen med korthändig info om att vi inte har rätt att äta där då vi hade ett "grönt armband" (i efterhand kom det fram att vi fått en lapp vid incheckningen om vilken restaurang samt vilka tider vi blivit tilldelade att äta på). Är ni precis som oss, ett par utan barn, välj ett annat hotell!

Wouldnt go back. Save your money - poor customer service, ripped towels,dirty cushions and poor management. We checked in at 6pm and noticed walls peeling, dirty towels and a connecting door to another room that had a peephole facing into our room. We could see light coming through it so we were worried and felt unsafe. Reported to reception and was met with a very dissmissive response from Sonja saying theres nothing they can do until she gets her boss' permission to move our room. Can you give us a time frame? 'No'. But we dont feel safe in that room? 'Have some patience'. We gave her our number and she said she'd call as soon as a room was ready. She came up to us during dinner at 7pm saying 'he'll be here soon' which gave us hope. It got to 10pm and hadnt heard anything so we asked at the desk. Annoyed at us she said we'd 'have to come back tomorrow nd see'. We asked for something to cover the hole like a sticky note. At that point Louiza (who'd been there the whole time) came over and moved us to a different room and said 'she was going home now' very lovely lady but why wasnt this done sooner when we first reported it? The buffet is alright, nothing special - most items arent labelled or labelled incorrectly so risky if you have an allergy or dietary requirement. We came down for dinner on my birthday at 7pm and turned away as theyd made a mistake and have a big group in. We were all-inclusive and despite multiple restaurants on site no alternatives were provided.

Vistelsen var bra. Det fanns olika aktiviteter på dagar och kvällar. Dock var det väldigt många aktiviteter på franska (som den franska resebyrån anordnade. Hade dock varit önskvärt med engelska aktiviteter som alla förstår.) Maten var bra till en början. Bra variation men efter en vecka blev det ganska enformigt. När till stan, kaféer, restauranger och havet!

Die direkte Lage neben Supetar macht das Hotel zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Inland von Brač oder mit der Fähre aufs Festland nach Split. In der ausklingenden Saison war es im Hotel ruhig und nicht überlaufen.

Close to a nice beach where we hired sunbeds each day. Room was fine. Staff were attentive at meal times and very efficient cleaning and restocking. We liked using the Lenox Club adult only pool for some quiet time as lots of families at the hotel. Shame you couldn't access the all inclusive drinks at this pool though as you paid extra each day to go in there. Also shame it isn't open longer. Overall it was pleasant enough stay. We enjoyed the burger night.

This hotel is a solid good hotel and has the potential to be great. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, on the beach with close access to the paid beach facilities so you are very close to the sea, and less than a ten minute walk to the marina. The hotel complex is massive and has several pools, snack bars, restaurants, and a couple receptions, so you never feel squashed together. You are assigned a restaurant at check in, but we did explore another restaurant anyway which was just as impressive if not better than ours. The restaurant is in a buffet style and is tasty, but can feel quite repetitive after while but staying for seven days is fine in respect of food variety. Our room was recently refurbished and looked quite modern, and the room was in a clean state which was a relief. We received fresh towels every other day and a ‘touch up’ once during the week, please bear in mind that the bedding was only tidied and not actually changed. The hot water was temperamental and we had atleast two, if not three days without hot water but this may have just been an issue with our room specifically. The clubhouse was a great touch, which was an adults only semi-indoor pool and relaxation area with a paid bar, although an all-inclusive bar was a very short walk away. It allowed us to relax in a quieter environment with a great pool with views of the sea.

Food very great, room standard OK. Pool towels 20€ and you only get back 5€, would expect them to be included. No lime in the drinks if you have all inclusive, only if you pay for the drinks (extremely seaky)

Hotellet är fräscht och rent. Med enkel standard. Maten är enformigt med mycket grytor av olika slag varje dag. Bra sallad och frukt buffé. Finns ofta pizza och Nuggets till barnen. Finns pooler och bra med skolplatser. Nära till havsbadet med sin fina småstensstrand som övergår till sandbotten en bit ut.

Die erste Unterkunft die wir bekommen haben hatte nichts mit dem gebuchten zu tun.Wir haben uns beschwert und haben am nächsten Tag eine Topunterkunft bekommen.Wir waren das Adritte mal hier und kann sagen das der gute Kaffee und auch viele andere Getränke nicht mehr im All inklusive Paket sind was ich sehr Schade finde. bekommen

Vistelsen var bra. Det fanns olika aktiviteter på dagar och kvällar. Dock var det väldigt många aktiviteter på franska (som den franska resebyrån anordnade. Hade dock varit önskvärt med engelska aktiviteter som alla förstår.) Maten var bra till en början. Bra variation men efter en vecka blev det ganska enformigt. När till stan, kaféer, restauranger och havet!

Tolle Anlage, nettes Personal. Punktabzug gibt es beim Mittag und Abendessen. Egal zu welcher Zeit wir da waren das Essen war immer kalt (ausgenommen Pizza und Suppe) Frühstück und Dessert waren immer sehr lecker

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, but the property itself was a major bust. We felt bamboozled. The resort did not look like the photos - everything looked much older and in worse shape than the photos portrayed. The hallways and rooms were very dark and depressing, and the sound from neighboring rooms bled in so loudly you could practically hear every conversation. Plus, the "all-inclusive" was a joke. It included meals from one restaurant at set times, and only four alcoholic beverages to choose from - all of which tasted watered down and of very poor quality. Pretty much everything you may want or need costs extra. You had to pay for beach towels, use of the safe in your room, any drinks that are halfway decent, and much more. Last but not least, the included WiFi is a hotspot and we were lucky to get five consecutive minutes of connection at a time. Extremely disappointing all around.

Eravamo inizialmente un po’ scettici a causa delle recensioni lette sul cibo, ma la nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva: nel complesso lo abbiamo trovato buono, vario e abbondante, con diverse opzioni ogni giorno. La struttura è davvero molto grande e ben tenuta, curata in ogni dettaglio e sempre pulita. Il punto mare è semplicemente meraviglioso, perfetto per godersi appieno la vacanza. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti e torneremmo volentieri.

Overall, it's good. A lot of pools and animators everywhere, service staff zooming around and keeping things tidy. My kid had an easy time adapting and finding play friends, which is GREAT. The food - also GREAT. Meat, non-meat, fruit, cake, salads...every meal every day something new. So, a big kudos for that. Things that i didn't like - when you finish lunch, if you have an afternoon sleeping child like me, you'll likely miss the snack bar. It closes at 1700. And the bar in the hotel doesn't open 'till 1800. And you have to pay for cofee outside of meal timeframes. It's not THAT important, but there it is. Overall, I deem it worth the money for people who enjoy this type of tourism. For me, it's borderline. Cause, now that we've tried it, i can say for sure it's not my type and we won't do it again. I like a bit more action under the feet (short trips, walks, visiting other places). Yes, you can do it here, but then - why pay for all inclusive? :-) Hope this helps someone.
