We absolutely loved the resort and only left it to eat dinners at the restaurant a block away. It was rainy, but with a jacuzzi pool attached to our patio we hardly minded. I imagine this hotel is nowhere near as nice if you are in an upper floor. The water features are what Sugar Marina is all about. Gorgeous rooms and super nice landscaping throughout. We did not travel with kids, but this is a great place for them, with an awesome kiddie pool and play zone.

When booking on-line it stated that this hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. This is one of the reasons I booked it. However, upon arrival, they said that is not the case and I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the airport. The gym was unavailable due to maintenance. The breakfast was average. Upon arrival, I received an email from Expedia stating that I had received a free 'mini bar', however, when I showed this to the front desk they said it was an accident as my room was a Superior room. So that is an error from Expedia. There should be some beach umbrellas by the pool for guests who do not have a pool side room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay if you are transiting through the Phuket airport. Very quiet location. Everything is new, comfortable bed and pillows. Small but adequate Fitness Center. Very good breakfast. Professional and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

The property was stunning and absolutely value for money spent on it. We stayed here for an overnight stay while travelling from delhi to koh lanta (taking a night pitstop in phuket near the airport). For our purpose, the location of the property was good but not super close to the beach and where there are a lot other restaurants etc. It was overall convenient though with a small grab ride away. The service, staff and everything around the property was amazing. The rooms were slick and clean… super modern. We booked a room with an attached private pool and jacuzzi (Most villas have this feature) and it was do refreshing to have a small waterbody closely attached to our room. Have it a very serene feeling. The highlight of the property was its fitness center and kids activity center. Just amazing with great equipment’s and beautiful kids area. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed in the play area while I explored a nice workout in the small yet amazingly decked gym. The breakfast was overall good but not the best breakfast buffet. Could have been better with better bakery items, more breakfast options… but i guess for the size of the property this was fine. Overall great stay and I would not mind staying here again anytime when the need of the hour is a little luxury but also value.

Hotel is in quite a remote location with limited options nearby therefore transport required for any outing. Unique pool concept works well but standard rooms are small and accessed via a dingy corridor - worth upgrading to a lagoon villa as these are spacious and attractive. Strangely sun loungers are in the open with no protection from sun/rain. Breakfast was good but understaffed so tables not cleared. Bar/restaurant closes at 20.50 which is not great in such a remote location. There is a local restaurant on the corner with the main road which is cheap and very friendly.

I recently stayed at Sugar Marina Lagoon and had an amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful, with a private and peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was lovely, including a cute children’s pool where kids can enjoy themselves. There’s also a fitness room in the center of the hotel with a great view of the pool. I loved that there was ample parking available. I’ll definitely be coming back for another stay!

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht bevor wir von Phuket geflogen sind. Wir waren zufrieden. Der Pool befindet sich vor einigen Zimmer und es gibt keine allgemeinen Liegen oder Sitzmöglichkeiten am Pool. Es gibt einen Shuttle zum Meer. Das Personal könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein und feierwütige Gäste etwas im Zaum halten.

The hotel is a convenient location to Phuket airport, only 5 minutes away and they offer a shuttle bus to both the airport and local beaches. The bathroom shower has fantastic pressure and the beds are comfortable with crisp sheets. The pool is good although the water looked a bit cloudy during our brief stay. Floating breakfast was delivered on time, a nice selection of fresh food. A great family owned thai food place is located outside the entry to the hotel, simple and clean but delicious food.Overall our stay was great & would definitely return especially if you need a night close to the airport.

Étions dans une « villa majestueuse » : grande chambre avec plusieurs lits confortables. Accès piscine et jacuzzi privé. Cependant, quelques choses sont à améliorer : Rien pour étendre les affaires mouillées, pas de savon dans la salle de bain, les murs de la piscine à nettoyer car remplis d’algues. Sinon, petit déjeuner très varié avec produits frais et personnel très agréable. Salle de sport non testée car au centre de l’hôtel et avec des grandes baies vitrées donc tout le monde nous voit. Point négatif : très loin de tout donc scooter ou voiture obligatoire mais proche aéroport.

Das Hotel war im Großen und Ganzen okay. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war in Ordnung, in der Anlage, vor allem im Kidsclub und in der öffentlichen Toilette am Empfang ließ sie aber sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schade war auch, dass es in 3,5 Wochen der einzige Aufenthaltsort in Thailand war, an dem keine pflanzliche Milchalternative zu bekommen war.
Das Hotel war im Großen und Ganzen okay. Wir waren für eine Woche da. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war super freundlich und auch das Essen war gut. Es wurde viel angeboten und vor allem die kostenlosen Fahrten zum Strand waren super! Es hätte hier und da noch sauberer sein können aber ansonsten war es top.

Lovely place to stay near to the airport but you wouldn’t know it. Rooms are very comfortable and clean with swimming pool outside your patio doors, They have piped music which is lovely but not at 7:15 am! Only downside but apart from that- excellent

We booked a room with an attached private pool and jacuzzi (Most villas have this feature) and it was do refreshing to have a small waterbody closely attached to our room. Have it a very serene feeling. The highlight of the property was its fitness center and kids activity center. Just amazing with great equipment’s and beautiful kids area. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed in the play area while I explored a nice workout in the small yet amazingly decked gym. The breakfast was overall good but not the best breakfast buffet. Could have been better with better bakery items, more breakfast options… but i guess for the size of the property this was fine. Overall great stay and I would not mind staying here again anytime when the need of the hour is a little luxury but also value.
The property was stunning and absolutely value for money spent on it. We stayed here for an overnight stay while travelling from delhi to koh lanta (taking a night pitstop in phuket near the airport). For our purpose, the location of the property was good but not super close to the beach and where there are a lot other restaurants etc. It was overall convenient though with a small grab ride away. The service, staff and everything around the property was amazing. The rooms were slick and clean… super modern. Hotel is in quite a remote location with limited options nearby therefore transport required for any outing. Unique pool concept works well but standard rooms are small and accessed via a dingy corridor - worth upgrading to a lagoon villa as these are spacious and attractive. Strangely sun loungers are in the open with no protection from sun/rain. Breakfast was good but understaffed so tables not cleared. Bar/restaurant closes at 20.50 which is not great in such a remote location. There is a local restaurant on the corner with the main road which is cheap and very friendly.

Our flight got cancelled so we looked for something close by the airport. The stay at Sugar Marina Resort was even better than we expected! Wish we could’ve stayed there longer! The room was super impressive, really spacious, and the bunk beds were a great size too. The best part was definitely the pool access and jacuzzi. If you’re staying here, definitely go for a room with pool access it’s so worth it. The restaurant had loads of options, from Thai food to Western dishes. Even though the hotel was nearly full, it didn’t feel overcrowded. The beaches nearby were gorgeous, just a 5-7 minute ride on the shuttle bus or get a Grab/ Bolt (€5). I also really appreciated that the TV had a decent selection of English channels. It’s always nice to have that option when you’re relaxing in the room!

The room was beautiful and big for me and my family of 6. We were extremely early for the 3pm check in but they accommodated us rather quickly. We ordered a massage to the room, which was phenomenal.

The staff were quick to check us in and offered to escort us to our room taking our suitcases for us. The room was gorgeous with a view of the pool which was huge. She also took the time to explain breakfast times and other avaliable amenities. They have cute little robes and flip flops and beachtowels avaliable too for exta comfort

Gorgeous hotel, the staff were amazing and so nice. The pool was quiet and it was all beautiful and peaceful. 7 11 at the end of the road and the hotel food is unreal, so much choice. I will absolutely be booking again!

I would the only thing that I found hard was knowing what is halal and what isn’t so for customers who are Muslims it came across very hard to find halal food. I had to keep repeating ask the staff if what I wanted was halal or not that is the only thing I would rate the service 3/5 for everything eles is beautiful the staff were friendly and the place was beautiful I can’t complain

After 22 hours of traveling. We arrived to the hotel which was very beautiful from the moment we pulled up. Also, they are very close to the airport. We were greeted with a wonderful smile and wonderful welcome from Aom and Lego along with complimentary, welcome drinks. They helped us check-in and gave us all the information that we would need. The hotel has a app which was very helpful with scheduling room cleaning and ordering food. Breakfast was amazing. Later on that morning, they were pretty helpful in guiding us with tours around the area. And the easiest way to get around.

Honteux ! Nous sommes arrivés à 1h hier soir, on nous a dit qu’on devait partir à 15h on a bien demandé en montrant nos doigts pour être sûr que c’était bien 3 heures (15h). Et à 13h30 quand nous sommes aller à l’accueil pour montrer que nos cartes ne fonctionnaient plus on nous a dit qu’on devait partir depuis 12h et qu’on devait payer 60€ de supplément et qu’on devait être parti dans 10 minutes. Une honte on nous fait passer pour des menteurs ! On leur a dit de regarder les vidéos de surveillance et bizarrement ils nous ont dit « ok c’est bon vous pouvez y aller » déplorable ! De plus à 10h coupure de courant pendant 45 minutes on a payé les petits déjeuners et on a pas pu avoir de boissons chaudes, ni de gaufre car plus de courant. Donc on a payé le petit dej sans pouvoir en profiter, fin juste en partie. Je déconseille ! Le service client est médiocre.

Amazing short stay. Hotel is close to the airport and offers a boutique relaxing stay in lovely surroundings. Room is beautiful and has direct access to swim up pool and jacuzzi. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Shuttle to airport or beach. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. An ideal location for a short or longer stay.

The hotel is a convenient location to Phuket airport, only 5 minutes away and they offer a shuttle bus to both the airport and local beaches. The bathroom shower has fantastic pressure and the beds are comfortable with crisp sheets. The pool is good although the water looked a bit cloudy during our brief stay. Floating breakfast was delivered on time, a nice selection of fresh food. A great family owned thai food place is located outside the entry to the hotel, simple and clean but delicious food.Overall our stay was great & would definitely return especially if you need a night close to the airport.

When booking on-line it stated that this hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. This is one of the reasons I booked it. However, upon arrival, they said that is not the case and I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the airport. The gym was unavailable due to maintenance. The breakfast was average. Upon arrival, I received an email from Expedia stating that I had received a free 'mini bar', however, when I showed this to the front desk they said it was an accident as my room was a Superior room. So that is an error from Expedia. There should be some beach umbrellas by the pool for guests who do not have a pool side room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely property and helpful staff. But the hotel room lacked basic toilet amenities and food was major disappointment. Most of the stuff on the breakfast buffet was quite cold and bland. But would definitely come back just for the room.

I recently stayed at Sugar Marina Lagoon and had an amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful, with a private and peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was lovely, including a cute children’s pool where kids can enjoy themselves. There’s also a fitness room in the center of the hotel with a great view of the pool. I loved that there was ample parking available. I’ll definitely be coming back for another stay!

Das Hotel war im Großen und Ganzen okay. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war in Ordnung, in der Anlage, vor allem im Kidsclub und in der öffentlichen Toilette am Empfang ließ sie aber sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schade war auch, dass es in 3,5 Wochen der einzige Aufenthaltsort in Thailand war, an dem keine pflanzliche Milchalternative zu bekommen war.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but the floating breakfast is amazing. The flies are irritating in the lobby. Staff was extravagant. Rooms were amazing and very clean

I recently stayed at Sugar Marina Resort - Lagoon - Villas, Naiyang Beach and overall I had a really great experience.From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. An employee immediately helped bring my luggage into the reception area, and check-in was smooth and easy. I was also offered a welcome drink, which was a really nice touch after traveling.The lobby itself was very clean, aesthetic, and relaxing. Once I got to the room, I was honestly impressed — it was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The hotel overall had a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciated that it never felt overcrowded or noisy.One thing that made the stay even more special was that I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday for me, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. A special thank you to Aom, Pin, Reena, and Nie for their kindness and hospitality throughout my stay.The hotel restaurant was also very good, and the restaurant staff were always kind, patient, and welcoming throughout my stay. It really added to the overall relaxing experience. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and the property itself was very well maintained. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a full-length mirror in the rooms, as there was only a mirror in the bathroom. Another thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located closer to the airport and farther from the main activity areas such as
