Room was clean and comfortable and good location. However, we found that it was difficult to communicate or get help when there was no front desk person. We used the self storage for luggage after checking out and the lock would not open when we tried to retrieve our luggage. Lucky we found a house keeping person on another floor and she was able to help.

Check in 前，先在網路填資料，入住時掃QR CODE，就會給房號及密碼。check out 也是掃QR CODE 。地點極好，超商超市麥當勞都有，車站也很近，可以不用換車到成田機場，出入方便。下次去東京如有優惠價格，會再選擇入住。
