Staff were friendly & went out of way to help. We had been upgraded on arrival with a lake view. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choice.

Clean room, nice lake view from the balcony, above average breakfast. However, the floor makes squeaky noise when walk on it.

What an excellent place to stay! The staff absolutely top notch, so helpful, friendly and very professional. Theon was spectacular and that view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I had in Switzerland, breakfast was good with a decent selection. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the bus line so perfect for explore the city or getting to the train station. I would definitely get a room with a balcony, you definitely won't regret it.
