Swiss Holiday Park Resort

The property is located in a beautiful area, surrounding the alps. But We had issues with how it was presented on expedia, it is advertised as a resort, but when we got there, they put us in what they called as a holiday home. No towels/ toiletries were provided, we had to find a store to buy some toiletries. we had to clean the room and take out trash before we left. I don’t have any problem doing these things, but then don’t call it a resort. The pool is not located in the same building as the rooms and is not very easy to get it, we didn’t get to use it at all. The on site restaurant Siam had really good Thai food.

The pool area, kids room, and children’s buffet were great for our 3 year old, but the room at the hotel lacked AC so we could not sleep well as it was very hot.

War ein schöner Urlaub, waren aber im Landal Park untergebracht nicht im Hotel, dies war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, genauso das Parken 12,- Franken am Tag auch zusätzlich.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier, mit Enkelkindern ist es einfach genial, der Sport Dome, das Schwimmbad, Bowling, es kommt keine Langeweile auf. Die Appartements sind komfortabel, alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder….

Was not very impressed by this property. They charge you to rent towels andthey don’t even make the beds. The restaurant charges for tapwater. They just don’t treat you like a guest and it’s very inconvenient and annoying to be nickel and dime for every little thing. The pool was overly packed with people. The location is gorgeous and kids loved the playground

Service freundlich, Anlage allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung aber immer noch gut. Tipp: Parkplatz mit Fr. 12.00 für Hotelgäste überteuert, daher lieber den ÖV-Benutzern eine Flasche Wein oder so aufs Zimmer, dafür den Parkplatz gratis (Wer reist schon mit Skis und Gepäck mit der Familie im ÖV an ??

Eine sehr schöne Location mit vielen verschiedenen Angeboten. Ich habe das Fitness und Wellnessangebot sehr genossen, aber die Badelandschaft im Aussenbereich ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu klein. Mein favoriten- Restaurant war das Asiatische. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut bedient und das Ambiente finde ich sehr schön. An der Hotelrezeption wurde ich freundlich empfangen und wurde jeweils ausführlich beraten, wenn Fragen anstanden.

The beds were comfy, the view was great, and I enjoyed the breakfast, but the smell was a bit weird near the hostel entrance.

We stayed in the hostel part of the resort and had a room with two sets of bunk beds, which led out to a huge shared deck area and also had a very large common area that overlooks the resort. We had chosen this place for a bit of respite on a backpacking tour of Europe (myself and my two teens) and it did not disappoint. We loved the pool area, there are some nice walking trails, and there is a little farm there. We would eat breakfast in the morning on the deck listening to the cow bells as they roamed the field and enjoy the view of the mountains. The food was good but we really only tried the buffet for breakfast, the pizza/pasta restaurant for dinners, and the pool snack bar/restaurant for lunches. We appreciated we could just charge things to our room by tapping our wristbands. The little store was helpful for additional snacks if wanted. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean, bedding was comfortable. We would definitely return and our only regret was the short amount of time we had there.

Food was excellent. Walls in hostel are paper thin and we had very loud neighbors until 1AM who were smoking marijuana which could be smelled through the walls. System of checking in and going to water park needs to be updated as it doesn’t really make sense… you can’t leave things in the lockers in the locker room if you want a break and then leave the water area because the system won’t let you if you still have things in your locker… Also, the hostel area needs an update as the ceiling is crumbling. Not very impressed overall.

the hotel room is v dated and dark and not non smoking . when i check in my room , its full of heavy and disputing smells fr smoking and also on the balcony full of other guests smoking . the carpets is v dirty too. i didn't enjoy the stay

Area is beautiful. The room has zero amenities. Room feels sterile and uninviting. Stark lighting, dirty furniture and uncomfortable bed and pillows. The outdoor location is very beautiful or I would give 1 star.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt . Alles sehr Sauber und Organisiert. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich . Wir kommen gerne wider .

Die Wohnung war schön gross,sauber und man hatte alles was man braut. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Really small room! We were not informed that we had to share bathroom with others. Great breakfast and great swimming pool.

Up all night from kids and people running around. Originally thought we booked a hotel room, turns out we had to share a bathroom.

This place is a hidden gem in Switzerland. I had a terrific experience from the moment I arrived until the moment i left. The sound of the cow bells, the birds, the view of the mountains, everything was just magical! The room was beautiful and clean, very cozy and spacious.

Room was tiny with no air conditioning but the property is wonderful and the views are amazing!!

Trovo sia una struttura per le famiglie con bambini. Per me e mio marito è troppo rumoroso.

Reception staff were absolutely amazing and service oriented. Food was ok. The pool is great and generally speaking everything was wonderful. It’s not fancy but it’s wonderful place to spend some relaxing time.

Great two-family vacation in a well equipped and spacious apartment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It does have everything kids might need and want during a February holiday.

I wasn't able to go because of a medical emergency and they refused to change the date so lost my money and mussed opportunity to go.

Upon check-in the hotel employee that attend us discriminate against foreign people, that even laughed at us- total unprofessional m. We then ask to talk to a manager, and came the F&B Manager, that was such polite and try to remedy the situation. He is the heart, rock star of the hotel and the staff at the restaurants that where awesome! But that does not erase the fact that they discriminate against people outside Switzerland at check-in at front desk to give you a room. The hotel is definitely made for locals and thats is the way they treat the people that arrive at the hotel at check in. They made us feel like we where not welcome there. To enhance the situation we had a room booked, clearly stated in the reservation information and they gave us something completely different from what we reserved. They gave us an outdated apartment on the back of the hotel on the last building of the premises next to a construction site with loud noises from the next complex. That’s how far away we where, that didn’t had towels, bed clothing and housekeeping-which those services where specified upon the information of reservation at Expedia page and they completely disregard it because they all based there self that we reserved the hotel though out Expedia and not directly with them. Completely different room of what we reserved on Expedia, description, amenities not included. Now imagine this nightmare having with our small children, walking far in the cold to our “room”.

Überrissene Preise. Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Aufpreis für Klettern etc. obwohl für eine Nacht mehr als CHF 800.- bezahlt wird...für dieses Geld hätte ich mehr erwartet!

beau complexe multi activités avec un très bel espace piscine les activités sont en extra, il faut le savoir de même que les linges pour la piscine et pour ceux qui dorment en appartement. Apportez les vôtres... les appartements sont très fonctionnels et confortables. cadre magnifique au bord du lac et entouré des montagnes

We hiked Stoos and this was a great location. All the trail signs in the nearby hills were so lovely. Pricey to eat here, but that is all of Switzerland. A great stop!

Been coming to the swiss holiday park for years since my children were very little and there’s always so much going on for them. Beds are comfortable, apartments clean and functional, staff are helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with young children. Location is lovely, halfway up a mountain with access to cable car at the Stoos or bus down to Brunnen on the lake, easy to take the boat across the lake to Luzern Unfortunately, as my children have grown up now, they don’t take as much interest in all the activities

The resort has good breakfast choices. The mountain views are beautiful.

Definitely bring your own towels! And understand that food in Switzerland is expensive. Other than that this is an amazing location in the hills with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There is something for all ages and you can take a morning hike up above Morschach for more spectacular views. The pool area kept the kids entertained for an entire day. Our family of 6 loved this resort.

Breakfast tasted bad. We had to make our own beds by adding the covers, there was no washroom in the room and the washroom outside was a mixed washroom with boys and girls. The whole hostel smelled bad, it smelled like a dirty washroom/pool. This is not suitable for children. It was overpriced and the room was hot.

Das Essen im Thai Restaurant war sehr gut.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans l’hôtel bâtiment principal et tout était parfait. Pour les enfants c’est le paradis et le coin spa détente pour les parents aussi !!!😊. Les infrastructures sont au top et les restaurants Siam et Suisse sont succulents!!! Merci pour se magnifique séjour . Seul bémol le réseau internet pas très bon et très lent. Je recommande et j’y retournerais

Las instalaciones son bonitas y nuevas. Son habitaciones pequenas, da igual cuanto dinero pagues, siempre pequenas. Las comidas de los ninos estan dentro del costo, y los desayunos son Buffee para los adultos tambien incluidos. Recomendable para familia.
