The room was warm and musty when we first arrived, Ac helped but the room seemed extra damp , sheets etc. it was hard for me to get comfortable

Crew is constantly cleaning. They offer complimentary hot breakfast. At my time of stay it was cheese grits, eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles. They also had juice, toast, yogurt, oatmeal options. A super fancy coffee machine that makes regular coffee to fancy coffee. They also offered a small hot dinner option. Hotel is pretty quiet for being right near the highway. Elevator is fast. Rooms were clean. My room did not have a closet but gave you various hooks throughout the room to hang items. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Staff was fine. Room was clean. Air conditioning leaked on floor( at least there isn’t carpeting in rooms) Breakfast was ok. Not yummy but ok. What I really liked was the Coffee maker at breakfast!!! Made Lattes. Bathroom vanity not big enough! No room on it to get ready. No closets in room and no luggage rack holders. In dining room the tables and chairs are so cramped due to being small that you couldn’t get by the people sitting in chairs to get to the booths. For the price we pd to stay it was ok. But probably will check out other options if we come back.

First off, the hotel is new, but unfortunately, it is not being maintained to the standards you would expect from a new hotel. The hotel was not very clean, including the elevator and carpets. The rooms themselves are nice, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. The breakfast was good, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk staff. The cook is also very nice, helpful, and welcoming. One major concern, however, is the hotel’s payment system. You have to be very careful because their system can glitch, and it may result in your card being charged multiple times. In my experience, money was repeatedly taken from my account, so I strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your bank account and checking your charges carefully. Overall, the hotel has potential, but they need to improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and payment system.
