El personal aunque no hablase español fue extremadamente amable e intentaron buscar la manera de comunicarse con nosotros a través del inglés. Destacó sobre todo la atención de Ramona, la de la directora del hotel y un camarero del buffet un poco más mayor pero con vitalidad y alegría para atendernos. Fue un viaje muy bonito y nos llevamos un excelente recuerdo. Muchas gracias

I had a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. It was a great location on the strip, close to everything. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. My only complaint is that when you pay for half board it doesn't include any drinks or beverages. You have to pay for them. That wasn't made clear in the reservation. I was able to get the 20% off food and beverages expedia discount, but only at the a la carte restaurants. When I requested an iron and ironing board, I was only given an iron, because apparently the ironing boards were only available in the next category up room and they were all occupied. That was very inconvenient. My room keys kept giving issues and the phone in my room wasn't working, so I had to keep making multiple trips to the front desk, which got tiring after a while. The main bedroom light above my bed stopped working on day 2. The bathroom gets soaked when you shower, because there is nothing to prevent the water from splashing everywhere. There were a few of those damp/drain moth flies in the shower. Upon arrival the parking lot was full, so I had to park in a public parking area nearby. The provided parking lot at the hotel is quite small. It can only hold about 10 cars. The food was delicious. Shout out to Nikos, Malamo, Karina and Vasilis for being so courteous and helpful during my stay. They gave me great recommendations as well.

Das Zimmer war überragend mit dem privaten Pool super. Personal war auch sehr gut vor allen Dingen zuvorkommend und sehr Hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit sowie Essen waren nicht zu Topen in zwei Wochen Aufenthalt nicht einmal doppeltes Essen . Das Zimmermädchen machte einen super tollen Job. Wir werden auf jeden Fall in dieses Hotel zurück kehren . Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu Empfehlen.
