Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk onthaal en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden, stevige matras. Spa is extra te betalen en het zwembad is niet het hele jaar door open. Enkel buitenzwembad. Ivm lawaaihinder van buiten best met het raam dicht slapen (eventueel met de airco aan, toen wij er waren, was dit niet echt nodig, het was nog niet zo warm).

Our room was great. Any time there was any small issue a call to the front desk would rectify it promptly . Surprisingly getting water to accompany a meal was always an issue however it could always be purchased with dinner. There was no parking for the vehicle that I rented for my 2 week stay

Lovely location, exceptionally clean, food fantastic & staff very attentive. Spa only open if you call the operator the day before. Nothing much else open until season starts in April so very limited choices for eating elsewhere. However food in the hotel is excellent & great value

Hervorragende Küche. All Inclusive lohnt sich. In der Nähe ist der Palm Beach Club, fußläufig erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil, sehr kleiner Pool der nicht schön ist und etwas ungünstig platziert ist. Alles in allem sehr freundliches Personal und angemessenes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

All in all a good place to stay, although well unfortunately won’t consider staying there in the future. Following aspects didn’t meet our expectations/were inconvenient: 1. Pool wasn’t heated (bad in autumn/winter) 2. Drinks in all inclusive were cheap rebrands. Furthermore you couldn’t access the drinks yourself 3. Staff at the bar weren’t friendly at all and looked as if it was the worst thing to serve drinks 4. You have to pay for the beach and umbrellas 5. Rooms aren’t soundproof. Neighbors were stomping and shouting around at ludicrous times. Room service team rumbled around at 6am in the morning. Not very respectful

So good we are staying for 3 more days before travelling to Athens. Great modern hotel adults only andn all inclusive. Water supply can be temperamental but not a real problem. Food good as is service in the main restaurant.

Pool / room was great nice place to chill and was big for a couple! Food was average but for the price is definitely worth the stay would visit again. Great Spa and services offered.

L'accueil a été parfait et notre chambre correspondait bien à ce que nous avions réservé. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. Petit bémol les couloirs qui restent allumés en permanence (Energie) et l'insonorisation des chambres qui aurait largement pu être amélioré - prévoir bouchon d'oreilles pour la nuit ! Le buffet est correct mais sans plus. Il était prévu d'avoir accès au parking, mais des travaux dans la rue empêchait cet accès. On aurait aimé être prévenu en amont par l'hôtel, plûtot que de le découvrir sur place. L'accès au Spa est payant et ce n'est pas forcement bien indiqué sur le site. Mais nous avons passé une semaine sympathique. C'était un séjour hors-saison, donc relativement calme.

The hotel is very good. Excellent location. The breakfast was excellent. It had a little bit of everything. All facilities were always clean and air-conditioned. Staff were polite and always served us with a smile and attention. Highlighting a very tall young man who worked at breakfast and whose name I unfortunately forgot but was always in a very good mood and tried to talk to each guest with great respect. The receptionist, a lady, was also very friendly and kind. I had a problem at check in because I didn't receive the room I had booked, but the manager recognized the error and kindly moved us to the appropriate room, placing an extra bed for my daughter, which I really appreciated. I also liked the luggage storage system after check out because the hotel provides a bathroom so you can take a shower before heading to the airport. What I didn't like was the pool being too small for the size and category of the hotel. The pool being closed in the morning until breakfast is finished at 10:30 and in the evening at 6pm with a heat of 38 degrees is completely a no go. Another even worse thing was not having water when I woke up. Anyone who woke up after 8 couldn't take a shower, go to the bathroom or even wash their face and that for me and most of the guests was terrible. We had to fill water bottles the day before if we wanted to at least wash our faces before breakfast. I wouldn't give this hotel 4.5 stars. I would have to improve a lot to continue in this category.

Séjour fabuleux, TOUT le personnel de l'hôtel est au TOP et très accueillant. Hôtel propre, la chambre était spacieuse et toujours propre avec changement de linge tous les jours. Restaurant vue mer avec un excellent chef qui est toujours disponible. Bref nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Als wir nach Hause gekommen sind, hatten mein Partner und ich einen Hautausschlag am ganzen Körper! Dass kommt vom Jacuzzi, da dieser anscheinend nicht gereinigt war! Wir hatten All Inclusive und ich muss sagen, dass ich nach dieser Woche sehr abgenommen habe, da dass Essen/Buffet wirklich nicht gut war. Für Veganer bzw Vegetarier war kaum was dabei, und wenn, dann waren immer Pilze dabei, was auch nicht jeder mag. Die Nachspeise war eigentlich jeden Tag die selbe. Obst bzw Gemüse war kaum etwas dabei. Die Bedienung könnte auch besser sein, vorallem bei der Bar, kommt nichtmal fragen, ob wir was trinken möchten. Die Gläser waren auch alle sehr schmutzig bzw sehr kalkhaltig/verschmiert. Es gab zwei Kellner beim Buffet, einer davon war sehr nett, aber der andere, der kleine Kellner, war sehr unfreundlich, hat uns nie begrüßt und war kaum bemüht! Das Zimmer war ok, aber meiner Meinung nach einfach viel zu dunkel. Der Kasten war auch viel zu klein, es war nur möglich, einen Koffer auszuräumen, mein Partner musste aus dem Koffer leben. Der Jacuzzi war leider eine Enttäuschung aufgrund des Hautausschlages. In der Nacht hat öfters ein Hund gebellt und es war sehr ärgerlich, da ich immer munter wurde. Die Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption waren alle nett und bemüht. Der dazugehörige Strand war auch kaum gepflegt, überall lag Müll. Leider alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

Overall experience was great. Pool is small. And cleaning can be better.

Palmera beach Hotel ist Ein schönes, geplegtes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal sind Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank!

Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean and cleaned regularly, highly recommended.

The hotel was okay, but the cleanliness was really disappointing. Even on the first day when we arrived, the bed and blanket were dirty, and the towels had stains on them. Honestly, the only good thing was the view from the balcony — it was beautiful. But everything else was just average, and in my opinion, I wouldn’t come back there again.

Disappointing. Jacuzzi suite with sea view isn’t as shown on the photos, loads of unfinished areas, there is a sea view but you have to look past an area of the roof which looks abandoned to see it. Such a shame!

Great hotel in an ideal location. Staff were excellent and helpful. Felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was good, woth plenty of options. The dinner offerings both inclusive and from the menu was delicious. Only real complaint was that the room hot tub did not maintain its heat very well and shut off often, losing water temperature.

My brother and I booked their best and most expensive room, a 'Superior Deluxe with Jacuzzi and Sea View' room. Although the room is beautiful, it turned out that the room is on the fourth floor!!! with no elevator. To our question, why are they not informed about this matter, they did not have an answer. Helena - the receptionist was very nice and offered us a simpler room with a refund for the price difference between the rooms, however the alternative room was much less beautiful. She told us that another room like ours would become available the day before our departure and she could transfer us to it. Without a choice, we agreed to this, but when we got the "same" room that became available, it turned out to be a lower category room. To my question, she answered "You booked a long time ago when it was cheaper, and today the room you booked is much more expensive and your new room matches the price you paid" This answer is strange not to say rude. In the end we decided to give up accepting the difference between the rooms. (We got a cocktail as compensation) The food at both breakfast and dinner was average.

Had a huge problem getting a good night's sleep due to the thin walls and then sliding glassdoors.. or maybe it was just the walls around the sliding glass doors don't know. Very noisy until three in the morning almost every night... People across the alley on the balcony from me love their hot tubs late at night after partying. I could hear hangers being removed from the room next door that's how the walls are. Other than that I loved the cleanliness and everything else about it servers or fabulous, food was great.

This hotel was right by the beach, in a perfect location, accessible to lots. The main shopping street was just up the road, along with bus stops. There were lots of restaurants nearby, including the Palmera seaside which served delicious meals and staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked the superior deluxe suite with jacuzzi and hamam which was amazing. The whole place was spotless. There was a pool, gym, lots of outdoor seating and beds. And a big fave for me…cats galore. Loved them and the place! We would definitely return, x

Did not realize all inclusive bar was until 8pm. Not used to all inclusive having specific times and that early. Some of the bar tenders didn’t take care of you the same that they took care of the people spending. I honestly went outside more for drinks even though I paid for all inclusive. The drinks were not good as well. Waste of money for me.

Had an amazing weekend at Palmera! Check in staff was kind and efficient. The bar staff was not attentive, I was often ignored but it didn’t bother me too much as I wasn’t in a hurry. Unfortunately, there were many extra charges and add ons that I was not made aware of. Many guests and I complained about the fact that we paid for all inclusive, yet most things were not included. A bit disappointed about that, a simple note on the property details would have sufficed. Regardless, the food was delicious and the vibes were great! The kitties were my favorite part! I would come back, but only after April 1st, when everything opens for the season.

Our second time staying here, the fact we came back should say it all. This hotel is beautiful, the staff go above and beyond for you and the private beach is heaven. I slept amazing every night and didn’t hear a peep.

Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion rude/sarcastic. A restful stay overall.

Our stay for our honeymoon was amazing. The staff upgraded us to the most incredible room, and every single staff member is extremely kind and friendly. The all inclusive food was delicious and plentiful. Staff helped us set up taxis and direct us around. We came at the very end of tourist season, so it was exactly the quiet yet adventurous trip we were looking for.

My best friend and I went for a girls trip and had the best time. Though there was an initial mix up on arrival where our room had been given to someone else, they were quick to offer an even better alternative. The room was clean and the private jacuzzi was worth all the money. Location was fantastic and the spa services were great.

The service was impecable! Not bjust one time, but every interaction! We had elderly family members that were treated like queens! My son was married and alot of our friends and family stayed and felt the same.

Palmera Beach Hotel and Spa we had an outstanding experience. Special thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff, Hotel manager Elena and her Colleagues were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. In the restaurant, the Team went above and beyond to fulfill all our wants. Their efforts made my stay and dining experience truly delightful. I highly recommend Palmera Beach Hotel and Spa and will be looking forward to my next visit.

Great location! However, find another beach to swim. We rented the car and drove ti a different great beaches. Staff are not greatest, especially at the bar. But, Vasyl at the restaurant made it up. He is the greatest asset at this property!! He is very helpful, caring and knowledgable. He advised us on the best beaches and towns to go. Just a great person!!

Die ganze Anlage befindet sich mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem am Meer, einfach perfekt. Besonders das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vasyl und Ali waren unsere Lieblingsmitarbeiter :) Wir kommen bestimmt nächstes Jahr wieder ins Palmera Beach Hotel!

Sehr schönes Hotel Büffet war ok. Der Pool des Hotels ist sehr klein, daher lohnt es sich die Suite mit eigenem Pool zu nehmen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, schön ruhig und wenn man ein bisschen Party machen möchte reichen 10Min Fußweg. Ich gebe ne klare Empfehlung!

The location was amazing! Right next to the beach with tons of shops! The staff was very warm and welcoming! Made you feel like family!

We loved the view from the balcony in our room and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would not recommend going during the tourist off season just because most of the restaurants and things in the town are closed and the hotel pool is empty.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem super Zimmer. Der Strand war leider nicht so toll, das Wasser war voller Felsen und man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht ausrutscht. Am Hotel gibt es aber kaum was auszusetzen.

My bathroom smelled like sewer towards the end of the stay. Friendly staff. All inclusive drink selection is very minimal. Could do better on that end. Good food.

Chambre propre, personnel très accueillant, ALL inclusive de qualité, les buffets sont bien présentés et bons.

Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung, die Zimmer sind sauber und die Anlage wirkt gepflegt. Allerdings ist das „All-Inclusive“-Angebot sehr enttäuschend. Cocktails gehören nicht dazu, Eiskaffee gibt es ebenfalls nicht und der Kaffee kommt nur aus einem alten Automaten. Cola wird zwar angeboten, aber es handelt sich um eine billige „Fake-Cola“ – absolut nicht das, was man erwartet. Das Essen ist geschmacklich auch kein Highlight. Vieles schmeckt einfach „nach Meer“, sehr eigenartig und wirklich nicht angenehm – das geht gar nicht für ein Hotel, das mit All-Inclusive wirbt. Besonders unangenehm war das Verhalten eines Hotelmitarbeiters. Sowohl im Hotel als auch im Beach Club wurde man bedrängt und gedrängt, was ein dauerhaft unwohles Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Zusätzlich hatte man das Gefühl, beim Sonnen oder sogar im Jacuzzi-Zimmer beobachtet zu werden – das ist absolut inakzeptabel und zerstört jede Urlaubsatmosphäre. An der Bar war das Personal zudem nicht besonders freundlich, teilweise sogar frech. Insgesamt bleibt daher leider ein sehr negativer Eindruck zurück. Man möchte im Urlaub entspannen und sich wohlfühlen – hier war genau das Gegenteil der Fall.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Essen ausgezeichnet. Leider muss man sagen, dass All inclusive Gäste Gäste zweiter Klasse sind, da der Teil des Restaurant auf der Meeresseite nur a la carte ist und den Gästen mit all inklusive nur mit Aufzahlung ermöglicht wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber sehr auffällig war die bevorzugte Behandlung der zahlenden Gäste, wobei all inclusive ja vorab auch schon bezahlt wurde.
