Quaint, quiet property right on the main passage from Breck to the Ski Area. Turn right and Main St shopping and dining are two blocks away. Turn left and go up the mountain to explore the base of Peak 8. The old-fashioned lift elevator for the first two floors is a blast from the past. Two 5-6 person outdoor hot tubs are great for relaxing.

Only one parking space allowed per room because they have a small parking lot, so be prepared for that. Room was clean and had a lot of amenities. Super easy self check in and check out. Adorable boutique hotel with amazing views.

Perfectly located hotel- about 7 min walk to Main Street, and ski access right out the back. Clean, large room, lots of thoughtful touches (hot chocolate, popcorn, oatmeal, coffee, games etc). Nice little gym. Really a great hotel!

I stayed for one night on valentines 2024. This place is so insanely cute! There’s common areas where you can find a gym (completely brand new peloton machines available), couches, coffee/water, glasses for the beverages, and the best part….a corkscrew and bottle opener! The room itself was a king room and it had a very comfortable couch also. There was a large “mini” refrigerator that held our champagne easily in the door. This was super nice to have when we brought back leftovers from lunch! There’s also a microwave, smart LG tv mounted on the wall that swivels, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra makeup mirror, and robes! The room was super clean and the carpet was in very good condition. We also had a private balcony where we could see people skiing behind us over a bridge, which was kind of cool. There are curtains on the balcony door so privacy was totally find when we closed them. Overall, I was very happy with the value for the money and we will definitely look into this location for future stays as well! Also, we received a beer each at check-in from a tap in the office. Super cool owners and employees!

The hotel was clean and the self check-in process was very convenient. The only problem was that the elevator did not work most of the time. This was not ideal since we were placed on the top floor and had quite a bit of luggage to haul.

Wonderful property. The original Breckenridge boutique hotel. Small number (9-10?) of rooms/suites distributed across upper 2 floors of 3 story building. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable. Great bed, cable TV & streaming, Common area & kitchen with free 24 hr tea, hot chocolate, water, instant oatmeal. Locally-roasted coffee is in each room. Hot tub, workout room, ski/snowboard storage room on site. 20 ft outside the back door is an elevated trail that you can use to ski to town. Free ride shuttle stop that takes you to peaks 7 & 8 is 50 yards away from the front door. No onsite restaurant, but there are many within a 10 min walk. Staff were friendly, unobtrusive, and attentive. Quiet hrs from 10 pm - 6 am were respected. For Breckenridge, peak season, the price was right. Great stay!

Such a charming place. The check-in process was super easy. It was super comfortable and cozy and the room was very clean. The hottub was awesome and very clean. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and it overall felt more like a charming B&B. Very quick walk to town and ski in which is awesome. We will definitely be back! Thank you

This boutique hotel was a beautiful stay. Check in was easy. Staff was amazing and helped bring our bags in. The common area was so cozy. I loved everything about this hotel except for the sheets in the bed. There were stains on the blankets and sheets. If not for that, I’d give 5 stars.

This property is advertised as ski in/ski out, it is NOT ski out. You can ski in, but to get to the lifts you either have to walk to a bus stop or ski down to the road then take off your skis and walk to the gondola, then walk further form the gondola to the lifts. NOT SKI OUT! The only reason we booked this place is because this is what it advertised. When I called the concierges to ask about this they said "I’m sorry but I feel like our website does reflect that information. Expedia can falsely advertise however they want". On top of that the rooms are dingy and gross. The carpets are dirty and stained, the bed sheets are not white, the towels are dingy and worn and yellowish, one robe had holes all over it, and the pillows were yellow and in actual pieces. I have pictures to prove these things, but I can\'t add them in this review. I will add them to the hotel website google reviews

We enjoyed staying here. It was such an easy check in process after hours. Location was very close to the main street for Breckenridge. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and loved having a bath robe to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute bed and breakfast vibe and good location, but the rooms were literally 80 degrees without a way to control the temp, there wasn’t staff on site after 4 so if you needed something you were SOL. We got zero sleep because the other guests were up hanging out all night and it was very loud because it is an old house so we could hear everything. Overall, disappointing experience and would not stay here again.

The bathroom for room 9 was very tiny, and I couldn’t figure out how to get shower to work. My husband couldn’t either. And we’re not dummies. Room could use a full length mirror. Bed was comfortable and room was large with two comfortable chairs at end of beds. A pretty straight shot to downtown Breckinridge. Management was very accommodating.

The place is different but quite comfy! Lots of space in the room. Close to Main Street so can walk everywhere. Street noise is loud, but it’s loud for a friend staying at another location as well. Would stay here again.

Furnishings were very comfortable. Loved the public spaces. Draw backs no air conditioning and a lot of road noise so you didn't want to leave door open to get cool air on room.

Quaint boutique hotel with spacious rooms (ours had a fireplace and balcony) and a cozy common area. 5-minute walk to town and free parking so perfectly situated! We enjoyed our stay and will come again!

Very nice, small hotel with a bed-and-breakfast type feel. Rooms were very large with plenty of space in the common area to relax. Road noise was a little bit annoying, but other than that was very pleased with our stay
Very nice, small hotel with a bed-and-breakfast type feel. Rooms were very large with plenty of space in the common area to relax. Road noise was a little bit annoying, but other than that was very pleased with our stay

Property has clearly seen a lot of care from its owners and is very comfortable and inviting. Great location close to main street and right off the ski trail, would absolutely visit again. Jake was very helpful with suggestions for the area and getting around, and it was a much better experience than at some of the other properties I've stayed at nearby

Jake was so amazing, he was super accommodating, kind, and helpful. This was the best nights rest I had during our entire trip, I wish we would have only stayed here during our entire stay. Unfortunately, we only got to enjoy one night. We are already planning our next trip because of this amazing hotel and it’s staff.

I recently stayed at one of the oldest boutique hotels in Breckenridge, and while the experience had its charms, it was a mixed bag overall. No staff at check-in. Had to call for key packet. Toilet was noisy due to consistent running water. Called to get it fixed which could not be done. Switched rooms. Staff seemed very indifferent and uncaring for our situation. I will not be returning to this business.

Such a lovely quaint hotel! Friendly service and 100% helpful with every qiestion. The surroundings are gorgeous and perfectly situated within walking distance for everything in town.

Such a charming place. The check-in process was super easy. It was super comfortable and cozy and the room was very clean. The hottub was awesome and very clean. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and it overall felt more like a charming B&B. Very quick walk to town and ski in which is awesome. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Perfectly located hotel- about 7 min walk to Main Street, and ski access right out the back. Clean, large room, lots of thoughtful touches (hot chocolate, popcorn, oatmeal, coffee, games etc). Nice little gym. Really a great hotel!

The location is really great and staff has excellent communication. Maybe next time we’ll try out the snow shoes but we found the place very nice for lounging after skiing and walking distance to many dining locations even with the frigid wind. Oh check in and check out and parking or public transportation couldn’t be easier and it’s all free!

This property is advertised as ski in/ski out, it is NOT ski out. You can ski in, but to get to the lifts you either have to walk to a bus stop or ski down to the road then take off your skis and walk to the gondola, then walk further form the gondola to the lifts. NOT SKI OUT! The only reason we booked this place is because this is what it advertised. When I called the concierges to ask about this they said "I’m sorry but I feel like our website does reflect that information. Expedia can falsely advertise however they want". On top of that the rooms are dingy and gross. The carpets are dirty and stained, the bed sheets are not white, the towels are dingy and worn and yellowish, one robe had holes all over it, and the pillows were yellow and in actual pieces. I have pictures to prove these things, but I can\'t add them in this review. I will add them to the hotel website google reviews

Staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful when we got into a pinch, actually a few. Our family of 4 (10 and 9 year olds) slept comfortably and coming off the slopes was hugely convenient with the propert right off the Gondala trial. Both days we enjoyed a dip in the hottub, which was very clean and ready to go. Parking was onsite, and perfect. As a family on a budget we ate in both nights and then played board games in the common room and eating area. Solid family fun without anny devices. We will not hesitate to book again.

This was SUPER convenient for getting to the ski hill by a short bus ride almost outside the door (return by ski)and easily walkable to town for dinner and shopping. The room was toasty warm and comfortable, with big overstuffed furniture, and even a walk in closet, robes for the hot tub, and plenty of plugs for charging devices (my pet peeve in most chain hotels). The building was interesting with multiple cozy common areas for lounging. The breakfast is nil, unless you like instant oatmeal in a microwave, so I would plan on bringing provisions or eating out before hitting the slopes. Given how outrageously expensive most of the lodging is in this area, this was an incredible value, and a truly nice place, so if there is ever a vacancy here I would grab it!

Very nice and well run hotel. Clean rooms with a decent shower. Also had a nice hot tub. Great skiing links as well and skiing down to the gondola in the morning actually quite nice! Thanks to Jake who was very helpful and responsive to a couple of queries and made my stay stress free :) One thing that would be good is some food option in the morning. Although there is a hot water urn and some tea/coffee available (either in the room or in the lounge) a simple breakfast spread would definitely be welcome.

I stayed for one night on valentines 2024. This place is so insanely cute! There’s common areas where you can find a gym (completely brand new peloton machines available), couches, coffee/water, glasses for the beverages, and the best part….a corkscrew and bottle opener! The room itself was a king room and it had a very comfortable couch also. There was a large “mini” refrigerator that held our champagne easily in the door. This was super nice to have when we brought back leftovers from lunch! There’s also a microwave, smart LG tv mounted on the wall that swivels, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra makeup mirror, and robes! The room was super clean and the carpet was in very good condition. We also had a private balcony where we could see people skiing behind us over a bridge, which was kind of cool. There are curtains on the balcony door so privacy was totally find when we closed them. Overall, I was very happy with the value for the money and we will definitely look into this location for future stays as well! Also, we received a beer each at check-in from a tap in the office. Super cool owners and employees!

Boutique - yes, hotel - no, just what we were looking for! Charming, cozy rooms, surrounded by breathtaking views. This felt more like a B&B, without the breakfast. :-) Although, within walking distance to Main St. where the options are endless. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, unique stay.

Wonderful property. The original Breckenridge boutique hotel. Small number (9-10?) of rooms/suites distributed across upper 2 floors of 3 story building. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable. Great bed, cable TV & streaming, Common area & kitchen with free 24 hr tea, hot chocolate, water, instant oatmeal. Locally-roasted coffee is in each room. Hot tub, workout room, ski/snowboard storage room on site. 20 ft outside the back door is an elevated trail that you can use to ski to town. Free ride shuttle stop that takes you to peaks 7 & 8 is 50 yards away from the front door. No onsite restaurant, but there are many within a 10 min walk. Staff were friendly, unobtrusive, and attentive. Quiet hrs from 10 pm - 6 am were respected. For Breckenridge, peak season, the price was right. Great stay!

Great location and impeccable hospitality on the part of the owners. Nice change of pace from the resorts. Excellent for skiing off the mountain and straight to the hot tub. Hotel owners even poured beer in the common area for guests. Genuine experience. Will definitely consider another stay.

Place has a lot of character, unusual place. It’s old so there is a charm but it’s not as nice as something new. Third party reservations don’t come through correctly - guy who checked me in was great. Poured me a beer right away. Parking was easy, location is great. Just an older place so if you’re expecting something super fancy this isn’t it.

It's an easy walk to Main Street or to the Peak 8 gondola.

Great location. The rooms were comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony. The staff gave us great restaurant recommendations as well. There is a nice sitting area on the 2nd level. It is important to note that there is no elevator from the 2nd to the 3rd floor (which was not a problem for us). Also, there is no AC (which I was not aware of when I booked it). However it was not a problem due to a nice fan and an opened (screened window). It was actually quite pleasant on an August evening. I’d stay there again.
