The room they put me in was the most terrible Place I have ever stayed. I been visiting this Hotel 15 years on my travels through this area. It had a bed, a desk, a tv. No Sofa or chairs. Asked to be away from the elevator. I was the closest you can get to it without being inside. The carpets where dirty and full of stains. When I went to ask for another room, I had to go on a hunt for an employee. They where outside in the sitting area having a good time. The answer I got was rude and no we are fully booked. I checked in early and there where only a few cars. So they where just to lazy to get up from their seats to assign me a new room. I will never stay at this place again.

I reserved 2 rooms, staff was horribly to deal with regarding an early check in for my son’s wedding. When finally got into the room we found rancid moldy food in the refrigerator. They didn’t move us to another room but just removed the food. The smell remained. That was extremely poor customer service. I won’t be back.

We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites while visiting family in Jackson. The staff was friendly and professional, and the property, parking lot, room, common areas, and pool were clean and safe. The only things that would have made this stay a little better were lounge chairs in the pool area and a stronger bathroom fan. There was no place to lie by the pool, and the bathroom fan does not clear the steam from the shower very well. Otherwise, another nice stay!

Daytime staff were great, hotel generally clean and good, we liked the breakfast in particular. The night shift when we checked in was a bit unhelpful with getting us set up with a crib and we had to improvise a bit.
