Ours was a one-night stay in between long driving days on a cross country trip. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway. We appreciated the in-room refrigerator, food options to purchase at the front desk (microwaveable or frozen desserts), the open bistro for light meals at night, and the juice and cappuccino machines running during the day (not just at breakfast).

Beautiful room and the amenities are great. A wonderful surprise was a 'Bistro' in the Breakfast area from 5-10 so I did not have to go outside the hotel for dinner, Had a very tasty Panini sandwich with a couple of cold beers, and a nice conversation with the server. My only suggestion is tp put signs with arrows on the entrance doors to show where the lobby door is.

Super clean room, workout room open 24 hours, conveniently located, friendly staff. Breakfast was good (the bacon was average, too thin, broke apart too easily, everything else was top notch)...I will definitely be staying here again.

First time at the property and the entrance to check in very narrow. The access to the parking was crazy. After checking in you find out that you have to go into a small parking area that has bad access to the hotel go back out onto the highway turn and go down the highway 50 ft turn into a larger parking area. it looks like the property designed if the entrance was on the other side of the building. I blame the architect for a bad design and bad planning. Everything else was just fine.

The property was clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was good. Their parking is split between the front and the back of their buildings. The room as clean and quiet. The pool was nice, clean, but there is no hot tub. Thy took it out. We stayed 3 nights.

Freeway noise is high. The signage wasn't lit when we tried to find this place. Had to u-turn and finally saw it. The parking and front door is really wonky, even the front desk girl said so. Property is well kept and decent price for a comfortable sleep.

Very convenient for on and off freeway for traveling. Great for travel, but wouldn't go there just to hang out. Clean and nice amenities. Pool small, but nice. No hot tub. Would stay again. Good value.

We were just passing through and needed a room for one night. The room was comfortable and met our needs. Our original room had a smoky smell (the hotel is nonsmoking) and the front desk clerk was very accommodating and let us switch rooms. The second room smelled much better! The hotel is located right off the highway and close to services (restaurants, gas, etc)

Stayed here for a night, while passing through the area. Appreciated the super friendly staff service (super personable and quick at check-in!). The hotel seems a little older, but our room was decently clean. The hotel space itself was fairly quiet. My only complaint would be that our room's bathroom drains (handwashing sink and bath tub) didn't seem to work properly, quickly clogging with water. We still felt as though this was a nice stay, especially for the value!

The staff was very friendly, but I can’t look past the clear cleanliness issues this hotel had. There were still other people’s hair in the shower and chips of drywall were peeling off in the shower. I chose this hotel because it had an 8.8 rating and I feel I’ve been led astray by this because it didn’t live up to that rating.

I liked the indoor pool. I didn't like the beds we had 2 queen beds. I had a hard time sleeping maybe they need new mattress. The bathrub was yellow. Neds a bleach cleaning. Breakfast was really good. They kept it clean. The other thing was the carpet in the room very very dirty. It needed a carpet clean for sure.

The facility is kinda old. The AC was not cold enough. It was kinda noisy. I guess it was because the windows are old. Someone next to our room also smoked marijuana inside the room, we could smell it in the hallway. However, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I did not like that the bathroom light had to be turned on inside the bathroom. Also, the fan turned on with that same light switch. The room was very dark at night and I wanted to leave on the bathroom light to safely get to the bathroom. But the bathroom door was self-closing so you couldn't leave it open for the light. If you prompted open the bathroom door the fan was so noisy you could not sleep. Every poor designed.

Hotel was clean with easy saw access off of the 40. A dated facility with old round commodes and soft beds. On the upside, they had a great breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon. Facility was clean and quiet. Rooms were dated and the bathrooms definitely needed a new upgrade with new toilets and showers.

A lot of noise from the road, lots of trucks, speeders, motorcycles and sirens. And could not run the AC in the room due to loud compressor noise every time it kicked off. Fan would not run in continuous mode so had to leave it off. Otherwise, private, not bothered, clean room.

Condition of the room was in need of maintenance. Paint was clipping there was very little counter space. The bathroom light was in a very odd spot outside the bathroom and on the other side of door. Hard to gey hot water at sink. No maid service in between days stayed.Very little space for eating breakfast, second mornings every seat was filled and little room to get some food.

It states in the hotel information "daily housekeeping. " its misleading, our room was not cleaned when we returned our second day. The hotel did nothing to resolve the situation. So we had to leave. These are very dishonest people, who falsely advertise service not provided.

The check in set the tone of the trip. Unfortunately we didn’t know her name but when we entered the lobby we were welcomed immediately while she finished the previous customer. She was efficient, welcoming and took time to provide us with detailed information. We had an additional question and called again exceptional service. When our Uber arrived to pick us up for dinner he pulled into a second driveway and she ran out to confirm it was him and we were there. Thank you for being great!

The hotel was clean, the staff were totally awesome, and everything was as advertised or better. By the way, the free breakfast was better than breakfasts I have paid for. Definitely a five star recommendation for the money.

Cons: The property is in a sketchy area, and I was concerned about parking my car. The person at the front desk assured me that they have staff monitoring the property 24/7. My room was on the 1st floor, and I could hear every step made on the 2nd floor, plus the floorboards were creaking. My room also smelled. I think it was a smoking room at one point, which is something that requires a deep cleaning of the carpet and curtains. I think it was a smoking room at one point, which is something that requires a deep cleaning of the carpet and curtains. Too close to the freeway and not enough sound proofing. We could hear the cars all night on the street and freeway. I even turned the tv on to drown out the sound and it didn’t help. I have stayed at several hotels by the freeway, and not had this issue before. Being next to a tire shop probably didn’t help. Not a nice view. Wasn’t for us. We left bright and early!

First time at the property and the entrance to check in very narrow. The access to the parking was crazy. After checking in you find out that you have to go into a small parking area that has bad access to the hotel go back out onto the highway turn and go down the highway 50 ft turn into a larger parking area. it looks like the property designed if the entrance was on the other side of the building. I blame the architect for a bad design and bad planning. Everything else was just fine.

Freeway noise is high. The signage wasn't lit when we tried to find this place. Had to u-turn and finally saw it. The parking and front door is really wonky, even the front desk girl said so. Property is well kept and decent price for a comfortable sleep.

Beautiful room and the amenities are great. A wonderful surprise was a 'Bistro' in the Breakfast area from 5-10 so I did not have to go outside the hotel for dinner, Had a very tasty Panini sandwich with a couple of cold beers, and a nice conversation with the server. My only suggestion is tp put signs with arrows on the entrance doors to show where the lobby door is.

This is a great place to stay when you’re en route and just need a nice bed and a clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and pillows too. The area doesn’t seem to have much charm and the building itself is in iffy condition. Still it doesn’t seem unsafe and it’s convenient. Perhaps they’re renovating it? Breakfast was surprisingly good with excellent coffee and biscuits and gravy. Bacon and eggs too! The staff are super nice and helpful. We didn’t use the pool, but it looks very clean and well tended. The breakfast room is small. Also, it was very quiet, maybe because we were there on a Monday night.

This hotel was The Best!! It had started to sprinkle as we was taking our things to our room after a very nice check in. By the time we was ready to go out to get something to eat it was pouring. Lucky Us!! The Hotel offered a Happy Hour. The prices of the good was very very affordable. So we didn't have to leave the hotel at all. Went to the dining room ordered our food and when it was finished it was brought to us. Breakfast the next morning had anything you would like to eat from dry cereal to biscuits & sausage gravy , eggs , sausage links, potatoes and mini waffles. Yummy!!

Almost drove by the Clarion as it's a very narrow property! Great value, clean, nice location and plenty of parking. Probably the best breakfast of any property I've visited post Covid.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Clarion hotel. The rooms were spotless. They smelled wonderful, very clean and tidy, and I felt right at home in my room. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful and kept the place very clean and organized and stocked. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Kingman who wants a clean, friendly hotel with wonderful amenities and very friendly, helpful staff. Note: I spoke to one of the cleaning ladies regarding how clean the rooms were and she thanked me and said that the hotel treated them very well. It is wonderful. The Hill staff speak so highly of the company that takes care of them. Five stars!

Our sofa bed had springs that were not attached to the frame, so our son couldn’t sleep on it and ended up sleeping on the floor. It also had a pillow case that had crusty funk on it. The a/c took foooorever to cool the room down. The photos look better than in real life.
