An excellent motel, but the breakfast area needs to be larger. The selection was quite limited and most people needed take their food back to their rooms, as there were not enough tables.

This annex is across a busy boulevard from the main hotel and is so far from the office or breakfast that one must drive just to eat. Very unacceptable and no landscaping or pool by annex. It might have as well have been in the next town down the freeway. Won’t stay there again. And the owner is too cheap to reprint the correct password on the car pouch. Totally cheap

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. When the people above us checked in late night, we could hear lots of clunking around. It also sounded like kids were continually running across the floor. It did quiet down after they went to sleep. The laundry was a nice feature…washers and dryers next door to the hotel for guests only. The continental breakfast was good, typical for a continental.

The property is not worth $95 per night. It was terrible. It was no less than a motel. It’s also very old. Rooms had no toilet door. The wash basin and toilet were pretty much common with one sliding door. Fridge was in the washroom. Pretty terrible experience. The photo on Expedia is misleading. The breakfast area was also very small. It was in the same area where we check in and pretty much a small area where every guest need to sit and eat. Never going back again. Very unhappy with Expedia for recommending this hotel and made me pay almost 2 nights charge for one night.

The room was clean. The bathroom had a sliding door not a hinge door and the door closed the mini fridge in with the toilet area… also 2 floors NO ELEVATOR! So if you have problems with stairs or have heavy suitcase be aware!

We asked for a room close to the lobby, but were placed across the street when our original room (close to the lobby) could not be accessed with the key. The front desk person tried it as well. Kudos to the front desk person though, it’s a busy place and she was by herself.

The room was filthy. Hair in the shower. Hand soap all over the counter. Cup rings on the side tables. The sheets had hair in them as well. And many more things. I can look past uncomfortable bed, old furniture and beat up walls if a hotel is clean. But to have old beat up furniture and a nasty dirty room is a rip off.

We have to vacate our room at 1:00 in the morning as one of our party got bit on the back and the arm by bed bugs we lifted up the bed skirt and found a large infestation in the bed skirt we opted to sleep in the car for the rest of the night turn the key in at 1:00 and let the desk work know that it was badly infected with bed bugs

I have come to expect a certain level of cleanliness from Wyndham properties. This is the first time we have been disappointed. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds. The room looked all around dusty and not properly house kept. The front desk receptionist was friendly and provided us new linens. The tub had cracked areas where the lining has failed and the inside material was exposed. Not a deal breaker but still a bad look. All around I'd say for the price I paid I would have expected at least clean bedsheets. I wouldn't recommend this property.

This is an older converted motel property. That in itself wouldn't be too damning but there were a few other negatives as well. First, checkin took forever because they only had one person on staff and she was away dealing with a broken television when we tried to check in, forcing us to wait for about fifteen minutes for her to show up. Second, the floor in this room is cheap venial faux wood flooring and it is so filthy that our feet/socks were black from just walking on it. The rest of the room seemed clean enough and the floor had clearly been swept but I doubt it has been mopped in a very long time. Also, there is no hand soap and the no truly cold water from the taps. Finally, as is so common these days, there was no provision for us to plug our computer into the television so I had to resort to unplugging their crappy entertainment box's HDMI cable to plug in my own. That almost always works as a last resort in most hotel rooms but not this time. The TV is so cheap that it was unable to sync to my Mac's HDMI signal. I would recommend you spend a little more and go somewhere else. I'm glad we were only here for one night.

We had to change our room because the first one had a strong odour. The second room had somebody in it who apparently hadn’t checked out. The staff were very helpful. I don’t know why have been sent a reminder about checking out. We returned our card after breakfast. Systems could be improved.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the nicest thing is you can park right in front of your unit. That's the advantage of the older reconditioned motels vs. the newer 3 or more story hotels.

The only good thing they have going on was the receptionist. TV didn’t work, ac didn’t work, small breakfast área and near reception, stained blankets and linens. Not a hotel…..just a motel. Expensive for what it is. We will not stay here again.

People working there are awesome. Nice quite rooms, even though it was at a busy intersection and trains, couldn't hear them. What a blessing. Couldn't figure out how to get the TV working but had my PC with me so I was good. Thank you for a nice stay.

The customer service here was amazing! The girls at the front desk were so sweet and easy to talk to. The room was clean and the free breakfast was super yummy. I felt very safe as a solo traveling woman.

I had a two-day reservation for Friday and Saturday 27th and 28th of September I got there Friday the 27th paid for my room $254. Then on Saturday they charged my card another $127.01 for I do not know why and then Sunday while I am driving home after I checked out at 6:00 a.m. they charge me another $116 they've charged me double for my 2-day reservation I want some money back

Check in took way longer than it should have and the front desk staff member ignored my presence for a full 5-6 minutes and simply stated that they have a new system that she doesn't know how to work. There are LOTS of sketchy guests and the ones above our room did not sleep all night and kept fighting and moving the furniture around. I could feel EVERY bed spring in my bed. Did I mention the construction (renovating rooms) that started promptly at 7:00 AM? I couldn't check out fast enough!

The staff was friendly and professional - I felt welcome and they ARE pet friendly. This property was located near a grocery store and coffee spot (Human Bean). It was also close to I-40 which, although convenient, I could hear from my room. I am satisfied with my stay.

Exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Clean, cool, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, & waffles. We would stay there again.

Check-in was amazing. Breakfast service and morning crew was sub par. Breakfast started at 7. 7:10 and they were still getting things ready. No napkins. No trash can. Asked for some napkins and they just asked "did you make a mess?"

The staff was very helpful in checking me n and out of the hotel. The only real reason for an overall 4 was it was in the back of the property an I felt isolated away from the main building.

Room was overpriced. It appeared to be recently painted. The furniture was sparse & the bed was hard. There was no desk, table, couch, pictures, mirrors or anything, so it made the room echo. The only chair was a cheap desk chair, even though there was plenty of room for a loveseat/couch. Breakfast items weren't refilled & there was no milk for cereal. Breakfast area was extremely small with only 3 tables for the entire motel.

Room was last King available . Front door would not close properly, bugs, light and noise keep getting into the room all night. Went to take a shower in the morning, no water pressure at all. Was going to complain to Management, but they know they can get $180 a night, because all the decent hotels were booked up. Last time staying at Wyndham.
