Travel Inn Kingman Route 66

The property is well kept. New management is doing better. Our Room was clean and bed was comfortable, Toilet and bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was good and water was hot as we needed. The hotel is very closed to the grocery store, taco bell, and other eating options. It has a big parking lot and there were lots of parking available late at night even though they were full house. Front desk couple was welcoming.I

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and BIG parking for commercial trucks Best for workers who want to stay for long period because the price is best in town and service is excellent. Surrounded by all the things that you need such as grocery store, gas station ,fast food and restaurants. Front desk or the manager is very welcoming and knowledgeable person. I will definitely cone again.

Relaxing environment. CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Location was perfect. We were our way to las vegas and we checked in Travelodge in Kingman. We had great time in Travelodge with our family. TV has lots of channels and wifi was strong. Towels were clean. Parking was big and they have special parking for trucks so it was easy for us to park. Pool was clean. Lobby was spotless. Front desk couple were very friendly and helpful. IT WAS PERFECT AND PEACEFUL. NEW MANAGEMENT IS DOING AWESOME JOB. THANK YOU TRAVELODGE.

Big parking and special parking for RV and TRUCKS. Room was veey clean and specious. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The room was awful. No washcloths, no cups, ice bucket or coffee maker, filthy tub and mini fridge.

Bathtub not as clean as it could be, deterred me from taking a shower.

This place should not be open until they renovate. Nothing worked and its dirty! We slept with our clothes on and did not use the sheets or blanket afraid of bedbugs!!! Mold in the bathtub broken AC. Choose another motel instead!!

Room wasn’t in good condition or clean …. Had to clean the bathroom and room ourselves… but bed was big that was a plus …

The room itself was clean but one of the beds looked like they reused the bedspread or its permanently stained. It had stains and one even looked like blood. We arrived late evening so I didn’t report it plus we checked out very early. It was disgusting to see that.

This was the most disgusting place ever, one bath towel and half a bath mat. Mold above the shower and wires hanging from the ceiling where a smoke detector should be

Room was very dirty with stains on the walls & ceiling (I can send pics). Hair in crumpled bed sheets. Looked like they simply made the bed after previous client. Space for light in bathroom was filled with a towel. Dirt & grime everywhere. My father & i were exhausted after long drive so stayed but slept on tip of bed & used luggage for pillows. Extremly suspect of cleanliness of sheets due to stains.

The blankets were so disgusting. There was mouse poop on the bed. The manager gave me another room but the same problem. The second room also did not have a lock. The furniture were dusty and it looked like it has not been rested out for a while. It was so disappointing I just left. I didn’t not get a refund.

Cheapest option at less than 50 bucks but remember you get what you pay for…. Room lacked any modernization looking like a bad 80’s sitcom. Beds were comfy but the nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and the lamp light kept flickering even after tightening. Bathrooms were key tubs but old. Staff was marginally helpful but slow.

It was clean and comforatble. Our bed was very clean , bathroom was spotless, internet was very fast.

The exterior door handle was broken, the bathroom light didn’t work, if you need to work remotely bring your own internet since the wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. The beds are awful and the staff are rude and very judgmental. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

This place was a dump. Curtains that didn't close, door that wouldn't close with the deadbolt, TV didn't work, tub drained SLOWLY, one hanger, no tissues, sink faucet leaked and drain stopper wasn't put together, toilet leaked, washcloths and towels were worn and grey, no extra roll of toilet paper, lights had to be turned on by plugging in, and the room was freezing when we got there. Heater was inadequate. We used blankets from the car until it finally got warm in the middle of the night. This place was terrible. But the beds were OK.

The room given to me was not what i reserved. The rooms paint was chipping. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The sink would clog and drain super slowly. The staff was ok. Their kids would be running around slamming into doors and just being super noisy. This was not my memorable experience. I was super disappointed and not planning on ever using this hotel again.

Broken AC, broken fan that was very scary room was very dirty. I literally left and paid for another room next door. I didn’t want to stay there. Oddly the next room I rented was way cheaper and extremely clean. I chose based on ratings. My mistake.

When I got there I had to ring the bell for service because no one was the desk the lady came out kind of upset with chewing her food and ask me when call for a question from my room they never answer call like 3 times.

After driving all day with 6 kids in the car, it was about 2 am when we pulled into the Travelodge where we had 2 rooms reserved. On hotels.com their check in instructions say check in anytime. Upon arrival, we entered the front office and nobody was there. I rang their bell, no body came to check us in. I called the hotel, I got no answer on the phone. I hollered hello as loud as I could and still got no reply. I called hotels.com customer care line. They tried calling and got no answer as well. After about an hour of trying to reach someone to check in I ended up going to the motel 6 3 hotels down the road and having to pay for 2 more rooms. Customer care was putting a report in and informed me it was up to the travel Lodge to decide if they were going to charge me for the room or not since it was after midnight. Haven't looked to see if I was charged or not yet, and have not received any follow up call from hotel.coms customer care . Very disappointed!! Will not ever book a room there again. And would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We reserved two king bed rooms. When we arrived at the site there were three guests checking on ahead of us. There was one lady at sitting at a computer with her back to the counter. She did not acknowledge that anyone else had entered the lobby. It wasn’t like she didn’t know, because they have a bell that rings incessantly when someone enters. It got on my last nerve, as I had to stand there for a good hour 20 minutes waiting for her to finish with the guests in front of us. Several people came and went during this time and each time this annoying bell! The lobby was dark and dingy. I was hoping I had the wrong Travel Lodge and finally interrupted her and asked if this was the address on my confirmation. She responded “yes” without looking up. Finally got to me…told me that she had one room with 2 queens and one room with 1 queen, even though I had reserved 2 king rooms. ?? We went ahead and took them and were sorely disappointed. One room had a badly stained sofa and the rooms overall were dark and dingy. TV in one room did not work. The pictures on the internet showed a breakfast room, but alas…no type of breakfast just coffee. There was a broken down travel trailer parked in the back part of the parking lot…overall not a good experience. Not what I would expect from a Wyndham property. We definitely will not stay here again

I had a terrible experience at this hotel because online it says you can have pets there for $15 when I got there they told me I couldn’t have my cat there and then they said I could have my cat there but they was gonna charge me $30 so then I told him I didn’t want to stay there if they were gonna lie about their prices and then they said I would get a refund and I never did. After that when me and my sister were walking out, my sister hit her head on the door and the worker at the front desk, laughed at her and was very rude and disrespectful. Very sassy as well. Terrible customer service terrible attitude was such a shame because we was really ready to just relax. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Price was great, room was fine well worth it. Great customer service when i arrived and checked in everything was good.

The guy at the desk was extremely rude and racially profiled me and my significant other. He threatened to call the cops on us for no reason the room wasn’t the best. It was dirty still and it wasn’t. I won’t be going back here.

Very good property if you wanna stay for long time or short time. Rooms are clean and service is very good. Location is the best as its on the main place where you can get everything.

I stayed at the Travelodge in Kingman and had a great experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked just the way it should. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Convenient location right off the highway made it perfect for a stopover. Solid value for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Friendly Staff, Comfortable. Our stay at travelodge was perfect. Location was very close to the gas station, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay again. New management is doing best.
