Staff was amazing. The amenities were lacking and too many things were broken and/or out of order. For the nightly cost I would excpect things like the coffee maker in the room and the shades to work, both were broken in my room. The coffee in the lobby was also out of order. A continental breakfast would have been nice and is normally common. Rooms have no lotion or hair conditioner, just 1 very small shampoo.

Relativ neues Hotel im Suiten-Stil, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, Laundry vorhanden. Die nette Dame an der Reception hat uns sehr gute Tipps für das Abendessen gegeben. Nicht im Zentrum aber nahe zur Autobahn. Restauranttipp fürs Dinner: The Albany, Frühstück Epic Egg. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

I stayed here for 9 days. In my entire stay they never once had housekeeping in the room to empty the trash or replace the linens or towels. It's nice its brand new, but that's where it ends.

Got awakened at 6:00 a.m. by what sounded like a herd of buffalo above me. Bathroom had hair in the shower and there was a little bit if dirt/debris on the floor of the bathroom and entry way. The bathroom sink had old toothpaste in it that could only be seen at a certain angle.

They were very booked when we were there & it took a bit of time to get into our room. It was actually after 3 before we were able to check in. I also think the cleaning crew was rushing to get rooms ready as our tub was very dingy & there was a MT Dew sitting on the counter.

Sometimes a hotel forgets it's primary purpose, which is to provide a place to sleep. Two things make it impossible to sleep in my room. One, the shade on the window is very thin and the hotel has bright lights over a patio area that shine through the shade. With the shade closed one could read a newspaper. Two, there is an asinine motion switch on the bathroom light that cannot be disabled, and every time one gets up to use the bathroom a bright light shines in your face. It is impossible to sleep because of the "amenities".

Visit was ‘Meh”. Bed comfortable and the shower was good size. Kitchen was adequate but difficult finding the detergent. Did not care for tile flooring - was cold. Walls are thin - plenty of train noise, stomping from people above and from the next door. Other door shut so loudly and we were 3 doors away from it. Water in the shower rotated from hot to Luke warm/Tepid every minute. Water pressure was a little too low. The biggest complaint was that our reader on the door for the door key refused to read the cards after 1-2 successful reads so we had to get 6 extra cards made to get us through our 3 day stay. I have to say, the front staff was apologetic and very professional. Would I stay here again? No. For the price, there are better/more refined options.

We stayed here once in March and the lights kept coming on during the night but we were assured that this isn’t typical so for some crazy reason we decided To try it again and guess what - it’s evidently an issue in EVERY ROOM! The front desk said it happens all the time so if you want to be woke up by EVERY LIGHT in the room automatically coning on several times while you TRY to sleep - stay here!!

Very new hotel, so it’s very nice still. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There isn’t much in the area except other hotels - you can hear the trains but otherwise it’s pretty quiet.

I arrived to check in very late after I was delayed from a storm driving over the mountains. The receptionist called to make sure I was still planning to check in and reassured me the room would be ready for when I arrived and to drive safe. Showed up at 2:45am abs was very grateful she gave me a later check out time. Everything was new and very clean. Decent selection of snacks too. Would definitely come back.

Very new hotel, so it’s very nice still. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There isn’t much in the area except other hotels - you can hear the trains but otherwise it’s pretty quiet.

Staff was amazing. The amenities were lacking and too many things were broken and/or out of order. For the nightly cost I would excpect things like the coffee maker in the room and the shades to work, both were broken in my room. The coffee in the lobby was also out of order. A continental breakfast would have been nice and is normally common. Rooms have no lotion or hair conditioner, just 1 very small shampoo.

No morning coffee etc. supplies in paid shopping area were enormous so not appropriate for quick meal or short stay. WiFi spotty at best. I would not recommend with do many other choices nearby

New and nice! Comfy beds, quiet and clean. Nice kitchenette, with dishes. As a consequence, there's no breakfast. The grab n go options to microwave yourself are expensive and mediocre. My room didn't have a luggage rack yet, but I suspect those are on order. Very friendly and efficient staff!

Relativ neues Hotel im Suiten-Stil, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, Laundry vorhanden. Good/bad. First and foremost the staff at the front desk were excellent! Very kind and caring. The hotel is new and it is beautiful! The bed was comfortable. The AC worked properly. The shower had hot water but no water pressure, it was just a slight trickle of water. Took a long time to get wet and wash up. (Odd because the sinks had good pressure) Now the bad, we checked in and went to our room. It was filthy. Lots and lots of dog hair on the couch, the bed didn’t look like it had been changed just pulled up and it was all wrinkled with a spider on the pillow. There was another health hazard that caused us to leave that room ask for a new room. We got a new room and it was better but the shower was filthy, had body hair all through it. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned or rinsed. Also, no towels . So, nice new hotel but needs a better housekeeping person

Overall it was ok. The lobby was clean, the staff was rude with check in, But that's ok it was an off night for her maybe. The room was clean, but the silverware had dry food on it. I would stay there agian.

this is a new one year old hotel so everything was in good working order, everything was clean, desk clerk was helpful, bed comfortable. We did pay $147 for the night and a pool and breakfast would be a nice addition. Close by food was a Diner .5 mile away. It was okay, basic diner food, not outstanding. Parking was very easy, right off the highway. I would recommend them.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. However, our experience declined from there. The elevator smelled of food, there were sacks of trash piled next to the elevator on our floor, the hallway smelled of all sorts of food cooking, and our neighbor’s cooking odors were seeping under the adjoining room door. We tried opening our window to freshen the air. When we got back from dinner, we had to close it because now we were smelling the weed someone was smoking downstairs while using the grill. Extended stay hotels are apparently not where overnight stay customers should stay.
