We come back to Clayton ever couple of years or as we can because our Granddad was raised in the area. We've rented multiple houses and this one was one of the top! Had everything we needed and it is clean and just what the listing says it is. It is convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. And we loved how quiet the neighborhood is. Front porch sitting at its best! :-) Thanks and we'll be back!

Tucked away property but close enough to the main road to get to whatever you want. Grocery store, and food places right there and a brewery 1 mile away with good beers.Bedrooms more than accommodating for our needs and good night sleeps. Front porch served as a nice spot to sip 1st cup of coffee in the morning.

Great house close to town. Plenty of room, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, reclining sofa/love seat in living room to rest up after a day of hiking. Hosts were quick with communication. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean and well taken care of! We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed something close to town. We enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend!….Only complaint is, I wish there was a metal spatula for the grill to flip burgers with.

It was very close to stores and restaurants, also places to see and ride motorcycles to , street was rideable by motorcycle and driveway was cement very important to me, home was very nicely laid out and clean and roomy , although it didn’t have a back deck front porch sitting was great , I will be going back with family next year

This property was so adorable and super clean. The home was inviting and the beds were comfy. Located within 5 minutes of downtown Clayton, 12-15 from Dillard and 45ish from Helen. So close to a ton of things with cute shops and towns nearby. Definitely highly recommend.

Lovely home, everything was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Great location: we went to Foxfire Museum, Old School Knife Works, Becky Falls, Toccoa Falls, Ritz Theater, and several great restaurants. Communication was clear, thorough, and prompt. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We fell in love with this home the minute we drove up! This home is decorated so beautifully. It is extremely clean. The master bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the house. Doug sent us detailed directions on how to get to the house. We found the house with no problems. We will definitely stay here again! We highly recommend checking it out if ever in Clayton!

The house was immaculate. Had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay or a long-term stay. Beds were comfortable. Right in the heart of the town, close to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet. Check in was a breeze and check out was also very easy. We will definitely rent again for the next competition if it's available.

This is a very nice home to stay close to town but still tucked away in a nice little neighborhood. The owners are very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Went snow tubing while we were there in Highlands. The home was clean, and the beds were comfy. Had everything we needed and had a few essentials for us before we were able to get to store after a long 8 hour drive to get to Clayton. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This house is simply furnished and has everything needed for a nice vacation stay. Except for a step up onto the porch, it’s all on one level which was nice for my octogenarian father. The location can’t be beat—-it’s just a couple of minutes to stores and restaurants, yet the neighborhood and street are very quiet. Doug was an amazing host and went above and beyond helping us when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay for another night. Would definitely recommend this property!

This place is nice, spacious, well decorated, with cozy atmosphere! The owner answered quickly all of our questions. There was very good instructions, advice on places to eat, things to do etc! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly! Communication was A+, nice , quiet place and my sisters and I really enjoyed it!

Everything went so well. Doug reached out to us early in our adventure to inform us we had electricity and the road to their place was open. I was confident that if the situation changed, we would be able to count on him to help secure flashlights and keep us safe.

Very happy with our stay at Doug’s house. We had came down for 4th of July weekend for my little sisters house warming party she had. He had accommodated us plus aloud my 2 year old that counted as an extra person. He communicated in a timely manner. We would book again going back.

Four friends used this quiet home as a base to explore the Clayton area. It is centrally located for day trips to Highlands, Hiawasee, Dillard area, and Tallulah Gorge. The home fit our group perfectly.

The neighborhood was very quiet. Check in was a breeze and check out was also very easy. We will definitely rent again for the next competition if it's available.
The house was immaculate. Had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay or a long-term stay. Beds were comfortable. Right in the heart of the town, close to everything. It was very close to stores and restaurants, also places to see and ride motorcycles to , street was rideable by motorcycle and driveway was cement very important to me, home was very nicely laid out and clean and roomy , although it didn’t have a back deck front porch sitting was great , I will be going back with family next year

This property was an excellent value. We chose it as our stay for a wedding at Chota Falls. We didn’t need a cute tourist property because we weren’t spending a lot of time in the house so we wanted a comfortable, convenient and clean property for a good price. This property was all of those. It was exceptionally clean and it helped that the carpet, paint and linens all seemed new. The decor was minimal and well thought out. Recommend a 2nd bedside lamp in king bedroom.

Perfect place to stay in Clayton. Clean, modern, quiet area, groceries and restaurants nearby. Host was responsive and easy to reach. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
