The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff, particularly Dami (?), was very kind and helpful. The breakfast offerings were unbelievable--definitely take advantage of that. Also, make sure to take a bike to the castle. It's a lovely bike ride and easier to manage. Just really pay attention to the warnings to get there 1.5-2 hours in advance. The grounds were well kept and had a lovely view of the castle. The only thing that was a bit hard to figure out were the spa facilities and how to use them. An orientation could be helpful.

Spa was great, lots of diffetent areas to try. Amazing views of the mountains and castle from the outdoor pool. Staff were very friendly, helpful and chatty. Nice welcome drink on arrival, food was lovely in the restaurant. Great selection of teas and local produce at breakfast. Room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom.

O Hotel é simplesmente espetacular, tudo nele é perfeito e tem uma vista incrível para os Castelos Neuschwanstein e Hohenschwangau. A estrutura do hotel (com Spa, hidromassagem, piscinas e saunas), é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é muito saboroso e bem diverso. Os funcionários são atenciosos, a decoração do hotel e da nossa acomodação (Quarto luxo casal) é encantadora e tudo é muito limpo. Percebe-se facilmente a preocupação com os pequenos detalhes para proporcionar o máximo de conforto para os hóspedes. Relaxar em uma banheira de hidromassagem na área externa do hotel admirando os Alpes e os belíssimos Castelos é uma experiência indescritível que recomendo que façam pelo menos uma vez na vida! Só tenho um sugestão a fazer que seria conveniente informarem sobre o fato de que alguns hóspedes fazem sauna nus, sendo esta uma cultura, principalmente, dos alemães.

ジュニアスイートルームに2泊しました。遠くにですが、お部屋からはノイシュバンシュタイン城とホーエンシュヴァンガウ城の両方が見えるのはとても貴重だと思います。レストランからもお城は見えてドイツの田舎の景色も良いです。 お部屋もゆったりしていて素敵です。お部屋にはバスタブが無いのは残念でしたが、5月なので大丈夫でした。観光に時間を使い、スパを利用する時間が無くとても残念でした。スパも良さそうでした。 次回は是非スパを利用したいです。 朝食はとても料理が美味しかったし、朝からスパークリングワインも飲めて良かったです。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。道路閉鎖の関係でタクシーを呼ぶのが困難だったのですが、帰りにフッセン駅まで送ってくださいました。お値段はお高いですが、素敵なホテルなので、また数年後帰ってきたいです。
