Refrigerator poor condition. Toilet tank too slow to fill No TV excess poor connection. Called front desk for assistant but did not solve issue. Not great Check in was good.

I am shocked at Hotels.com for promoting this filthy hotel!…I have photos which show how disgusting this place was. We could not even brush our teeth, as the sink did not drain!…the TV did not work, the towels were dirty, the ceiling had black mold,,,THE CONDITIONER from the soap dispenser on the wall had black bugs in it! OMG….and we could not complain as we checked in very late at night. We were visiting a family member in the nearby hospital, and just needed a room to shower and sleep before checking out again early the next morning! DO NOT Book this PLACE….IT WAS GROSS…….. we changed to a hotel down the street the next night for $40 more and it was WONDERFUL I WANT MY MONEY BACK

This isn't the first time I've stayed with you, and I always come with my partner, each in our own car; however, this is the first time I've been told that you don't accept responsibility for a second vehicle—only one license plate gets registered. That response—that you wouldn't cover damages to the second car—did not put me at ease.

STAY AWAY! We were given a room with used and dirty bed sheets. There was a bunch of hair on the bedsheets and it looked like they didn’t bother changing them from the previous person who stayed there. They refused to provide a clean comforter. The chair was also stained and the phone didn’t work. The manager was extremely rude and said I was disturbing his sleep, when I asked for new comforter that night. I was told I would get a refund but they won’t answer any of my calls. Expedia will also not help you as the property refuses to answer any calls from Expedia. Shame on Expedia for keeping this property listed when consumers are being scammed. The area is also not the best, had a bunch of drunk and high men hanging around.
