First off, booking through hotels.com saved me $40 compared to the price available at the front desk. The hotel was really nice for the price. Right off the highway so it was perfect for a good nights sleep. The beds were really comfy and it was clean. Staff was very present. Breakfast was good. Pool looked a little gross. But overall it was a great stay!

Lady at the front deck was very friendly great customer service. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good had lots to choose from. Only bad thing was we had absolutely no hot water so we couldn't take shower, when we used microwave lamp would flicker, bathroom room didn't have a lock and side entrance door didn't work so we had to walk to main entrance to get to my room.

The staff was nice and very sweet, gave me a call to see if everything was okay in my room. The downside was that the gym was being renovated but that’s okay !! I really enjoyed my stay here.

The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew were all professional and friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast had hot food & the rooms were nice and quiet and the pool was warm and relaxing. Wonderful stay!

The place was clean but needed some maintenance. Several ice machines and vending machines were out of order. Rooms were clean but mattresses were too firm for my liking. Enjoyed continental breakfast though breakfast area was a bit small and crowded. Had two quiet nights there. Easy to find and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.

Comfortable stay for a budget hotel. Older building but rooms had newer furniture. Rooms were clean, plenty of hot water, breakfast was replenished well even on the busiest day. Gym was closed but I found a long sidewalk route to a park to run nearby.

There was no hot water in the shower or sink. There was a new(?) hot water tank sitting outside the building. If they knew there were issues they should have let us know. Several people at breakfast were talking about the lack of hot water

Had a bad experience with what appeared to be black mold a week prior at the same motel location in the Brentwood TN area. This time I discovered my room was infersted with ants. Set a plate of food down to take a phone call and when I returned about 5 minutes later, discovered my food was covered in ants. Notified the front desk to see if they had any insect spray which they didn't. The attendant asked if I wanted to move rooms and I declined since I'd had to move rooms the week prior due to what appeared to be black mold. Moving is a pain especially when you're tired and have 2 tired children traveling along. The attendant did come and wipe down the the tables and counter with a disinfectant and vacuumed the room and edged the base boards. I should have moved so I'll take that responsibility, but after 2 less than favorable experiences at the same location a week apart I probably wont book there again, even though the front desk staff was great.

Property was clean on the outside and inside. The room stinks! Smell like animals and feet! My allergies were really messed up bad while I stayed there! Towels were smelling and had pubic hair on them. Shower was mildewed! Room was not touched up by housekeeping. No new towels, bed not made up and trash not taken out.

Staff was so kind and friendly Bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. Bedroom had parts of the ceiling we were nervous about falling down. Burn marks in the carpet. Musty wet smell in the room.

Cool springs is our halfway point from Indiana to Florida. We have been through Brentwood before, so I choose it as the place to stop for the night. The Sleep Inn is in a good location convenient to 65 and restaurants. The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. We choose to stay here on our way home as well. Only thing the room needs is a couple hooks by the sink area to hang a towel or your toiletries.

Checked in after a long day and got settled in before I noticed what appeared to be black mold by the doorway wall. Not wanting to be charged for marking up the wall I reported it to the front desk. She asked that I move rooms, which I did reluctantly; hey I was tired and traveling with two children. I see how any weary ravlers could initially miss the mold/markings on the wall but housekeeping and regular staff should have been aware of the condition. It was a pain to have to go through re-packing and moving. The front desk staff was great and I don't feel they hold any responsibility in this particular circumstance. House keeping/Maintenance on the other hand should have been aware of this issue in my opinion.

This property was at a good rate for use as home base while at a conference in Brentwood. While a bit worn around the edges (carpet), the rooms were comfortable (even if smaller) and were had good furnishings. This would be a good location for a reasonably priced getaway to get some work done (in room comfortable desk seating, large workspace) .

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. The pool was decent. The property is serviceable, especially for the price. The room was dated and beat up but clean. Very thin walls and a very loud ac unit so our family didn’t sleep well. But, overall, it was a fine place to stay for one night.

This was our first stay in a Sleep Inn. We were very pleased! The room was a good size, it was very clean and the hotel was fairly quiet. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud!! We had to turn down the fan and keep the temp quite warm in order to sleep! My husband said that it was the compressor making all of the noise. The room next door also had a loud air conditioner. We could hear it through the wall. I might recommend that the company go through and check the air conditoners to be sure that they run quietly. Even with that, we would stay at a Sleep Inn again!

When we checked in and got to our room I noticed it was a two double bed room instead of the queen room I paid for. I went back to the desk and the receptionist kept saying she couldn't do anything because all they had were double rooms. We then get a call while coming back to the hotel and said they tried to reach us and stop by the desk but didn't tell me why. When we got there, she apologized and said that she has checked us in wrong because of two guests with the same last name. We moved to the queen room and thanked her. However, more problems came once in the room. Our door did not seem secure, there was a very large gap at the bottom of the door where lots of light was coming in and the door could easily be pushed when closed. The TV would never get off the join WiFi screen saying it was trying to join. You could hear the show on the television but only saw an Internet error page overlaying it. The air conditioner....one it seemed to never come on. We had it set to 65° and we were constantly sweating and having to sleep outside the covers. Two, when it did come on, it sounded like a tornado and siren was coming through and woke us up and only stayed on for a few minutes before it was off again for over an hour. The cheaply attached to the wall headboard squeaked all night like it was trying to come off the wall and kept me awake for the majority of the night. I truly never write a negative review about a hotel because there is usually more good than bad but not here.

Our first night, the AC was not working properly and the staff promptly moved us to another room the next day. Then the staff saw in the camera that our two keys quit working and had two new keys ready as soon as I walked up to the desk! We didn’t require room cleaning. but the ladies offered to bring us extra towels and trash bags and even offered to get us ice from another floor when they saw us carrying cooler to the machine that wasn’t working in our floor. Now that is attentive staff, nothing went unnoticed and quickly resolved any issues.

The lady at the front desk was SO nice! She recommended local restaurants and coffee shops without hesitation when asked, when we had issues with our initial room, she quickly switched us to a different room and made sure everything was up to par for us.

We had a great stay. The location is great and was very quiet and safe. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great. Only a quick drive to downtown Nashville. We would definitely stay again!

While the hotel is nice and clean. The area around the hotel is quiet. It’s the staff that makes the stay a good one. The staff of the hotel are friendly and attentive. The breakfast served every morning has a nice selection of foods to choose from and served hot and fresh. Any issue or question I had was answered or taken care of immediately and efficiently. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again. The staff is great. I can’t say enough about how hard they work to make your stay a good and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Convenient location with outstanding and personable staff. Breakfast was very good. Landscape rs were working hard to make the outside look great. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Had some issues with expedia and there nooki g process. Tyler at the fron tdesk of this hotel went way above and beyind to help get me i to the room and the third party mistake handled. I will rebooked the rol. For the whole week the next morning and will staynhere any singlr time i am in the area. As well as all my fellow employes that travel. Thanks to sleep inn for Being amazing

We had a great stay. The location is great and was very quiet and safe. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great. Only a quick drive to downtown Nashville. We would definitely stay again!

Nice option for a budget conscious person. The location was safe and near shopping and food. The rooms are a little dated, but they were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Yhe air condiyioner in the room looked somewhat old and loud but it cooled the room as needed. Breakfast was good and well stocked - waffles, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, etc. I would stay here again.

Cool springs is our halfway point from Indiana to Florida. We have been through Brentwood before, so I choose it as the place to stop for the night. The Sleep Inn is in a good location convenient to 65 and restaurants. The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. We choose to stay here on our way home as well. Only thing the room needs is a couple hooks by the sink area to hang a towel or your toiletries.

The breakfast was nice, with hot food and plenty of fruit. The coffee was good too. Chose this place for the modest price, but the room was clean and the staff people were all nice and available, and we feel they did more than we expected forcthe price.

This hotel was far nicer than we expected for the price. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is quite robust. The handicapped accessible room was not quite as accessible as we expected or hoped. It had a standard toilet rather than a raised one and a tub with a bench rather than a walk in shower with a bench. If you are looking for an accessible room, be sure to ask questions about what you need before you book. If accessibility is not an issue, this is an affordable and comfortable place to stay.

Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was impressive with a variety of hot and cold food available and a coffee/hot tea bar. It was well stocked until time to close it. Our first room had a broken toilet and clerk made the switch easy. She even tried to figure out how to make the tv work without the remote.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast had nice variety. I was glad they accommodated my pet. My room was clean but the lampshades were dented and discolored by hot lightbulbs. The shower door did not keep water inside the shower. The room’s sink faucet didn’t produce hot water. I didn’t report anything to anyone because I only reserved one night.

Overall not a bad stay for the price, but I can’t say I would necessarily choose to stay here again. My biggest complaint is I was placed in a connecting room, and my door to the room next door was not locked when I arrived. As a solo female traveler that was scary to discover, and I’m so glad I checked soon after getting into the room. I didn’t check to see whether the other room’s connected door was unlocked also. It was comfortable and clean for the most part, though I did notice what looked like maybe a mascara stain on a towel and a tiny rip in the bedsheets. It is an older property, and the appearance reflects that. However, I also think the price reflects that, and it’s not bad for the price. I chose to book it because it is pet friendly and located very close to the pet hospital where my cat had an appointment. My cat ended up not staying the night, so I can’t speak to what the pet friendly rooms are like. Front desk staff was kind and helpful despite having some logistical difficulties with my check in. They very kindly allowed a late checkout. I was informed that the WiFi was down, but that was a minor inconvenience. Property was quiet and felt safe (other than the connecting door being left unlocked). I did not use any amenities or eat breakfast. Overall it was perfectly fine for one night but would benefit from more stringent standards for room security and cleanliness of linens.

Great breakfast! Sausage, eggs, potatoes, Biscuits and gravy every day for 3 straight days we were there. Very clean. Very nice and reasonably priced. Coffee all day available to customers too. Only bad thing was TV was terrible. Single Definition pic. Thought I was watching basketball on TV in 1994
