Hampton Inn Nashville/Brentwood-I-65S

Excellent facility and rooms

The site was being renovated so breakfast lobby was closed, but the check in lobby had muffins,coffee danish and grain bar. First room we had the ac did not work so got moved to another room. The ac worked but tv channels were off air and were told that room did that sometimes. We were told someone would come to fix it but no one did. Finally on the third day we were refunded $50.00 off the total bill. That was nice but we spent 4 days and three nights with no tv. Wendy's was next door.

No hot water for shower and staff could care less about it.

They are under renovations which was not noted anywhere and even at check in it was not advised that there would be NO breakfast options in the morning. I booked this hotel due to the full breakfast available. :(
