We always stay in this area for the convenience. We hadn't stayed in this Hilton for a while and the only thing we weren't aware of that we want to just share with others in case they missed it on the website is there is a parking fee of $8.00. If you are a rewards member though, it is only $3.00. This isn't a game changer I just want to let others know so they have a heads up.

Rooms were not ready until late and the pool was extremely cold. Staff didn’t seem concerned about any of this and were not accommodating.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. My only complaint is the pool was ice cold and unusable. I havent been to a hotel with an indoor pool that wasnt heated. Besides that it was great. Would stay again!

Booked to be able to use the pool, and pool was closed. No offer of a reduced room rate. Doors in room were damaged, had holes in the wood, mattress pads were stained, floor was uneven / bumpy, and people in neighboring rooms were very loud.

Property charges for parking per day. Signs saying they will not protect your cars, don't take down plates, no additional protection of vehicle for cost to park. Added over 30 bucks onto bill for that. Lots of added taxes on bill. Look at details before you book. Will book elsewhere in the future. Pass.

the man behind the service desk was very nice and helpful. I did not know rooms were not guaranteed through hotels.com. As far as the room goes it was nice my only comment on the room is the bed is extremely hard not very comfortable. Overall it was an ok stay. I was very disappointed in the pool area. The pool itself was freezing not enjoyable at all and no restroom in the area without having to go back to your room or out to the lobby which is not very convenient if in the pool.

We stayed here last year for the Dublin Irish Fest. I feel like the hotel was more run down. Huge stains on the ceiling of our room. The carpet was dingy. The pool water was cloudy. We stayed here for the convenience to the shuttle and would like to come back, but please put some work into the hotel.

No breakfast available as advertised. The pool was also closed for 3 of our 4 day stay. Hotel rooms are very outdated even though the lobby looks nice. Couch/pull out bed in room was very dirty.

They were doing renovations, almost a whole floor but still put people in rooms on that floor. Whole lobby area without air conditioning. Room was fine. Charges for everything but walking in the door. Staff was not impolite but was very aloof

I would not stay here again. There were candy wrappers under the bed and black hairs in the tub. We were given no bath towels and after getting back to the hotel after a day at the zoo and entertainment center, we were told there was no housekeeping and they could provide hand towels only. After complaining for 15 minutes, the front desk clerk finally went into a room that was unoccupied and provided a family of four with three bath towels leaving our youngest to use hand towels. I have never left a review before but I would be remiss if I didn't warn others of this property. Furthermore, breakfast is $12.50 a piece...just FYI.

The room was old and worn. In the bathroom there was a spot on the ceiling that was poorly patched. The bedroom ceiling had water stains. Most all of the furniture had multiple scratches, dings, and hand marks/oil that would not rub off. The room smelled slightly moldy.

I was very dissappointed we were not told there was no breakfast availiable at hotel. Hotel in need of renovations. Sheets and pillowcases were stained. Drapes in bad shape Refridgerator had huge ice block in it. My grandson did enjoy the pool. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not touched at all. Trash still in cans, beds not made, etc.

The room was in horrible shape! The ceilings were falling apart, the bathtub wouldn’t drain, the blankets and sheet had stains! The staff when we first arrived was really rude! They didn’t have a bartender that could make a drink she charged us for something she didn’t even make

This place is dirty . We checked in the first room they gave us the door was wide open and there were no sheets on the bed . The second room they gave us they was a dark stain or something on the sheets when you pulled the bed spread down . The lady at the desk asked me if I would like some sheets to change the bed myself . I will be call corporate on Monday

Coffee pot broken, room never vacuumed, vent in bathroom caked on dust, furniture holding microwave sticky, refrigerator froze all our food, room never cleaned in three nights , finally stripped beds morning of departure and discovered dried blood stain in the location my face and head absolutely disused, doors walls beds all beat up , loud baseball teams in hotel , hardly any pool towels, coffee in lobby absolutely undrinkable , phone ringing off the hook in lobby no one answering, not a true Hilton property, very sad experience with my kids

Upon arrival the first of the 2 rooms i rented had a ac that didn't work so the changed my room then after 3 different times of trying a new key at other room they finally fave me another room once i got in there was no soap shampoo or conditioner and it smelled like pond water then there were kids running up and down the hall screaming all night the sheets were staind and finger prints on headboards and tables and mirrors the hotel definitely needs some much needed attention!

The lobby is nice, and everything was clean, but the rooms feel run down. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable at all. The drawer in the dresser wasn’t balanced, so it opens partially constantly, and it was easy to walk into, especially when getting up in the middle of the night. The curtains don’t close all the way, so we had to use the clips on the hangers to keep them closed when sunlight was shining in our face at 6am. And the rooms were so loud. You can hear EVERYTHING. We got no sleep here.

We had ants in our room, and the microwave and TV did not work. It was close to the Columbus zoo, but definitely not worth the money that we paid and the kitchen was totally down so there was no food at all at the hotel no coffee in the room Would not recommend this to anybody

The room is freezing, it was 61 degrees when we checked in. It’s taking forever to warm up. It’s 39 degrees outside. Sink drain stuck shut. Had to figure out how to pull it up myself. The room should have been warm and ready to go, especially since we arrived at 11:

Could definitely use some upgrades. Missed my turn several times there were barely any outdoor lights and the main sign was covered by a tree. Room was showing its age.

The property was beautiful, very nice and clean. Check-in went smooth but was never told my room was amended from what I reserved. I was gave two double beds instead of a king. Went back down to see if they made a mistake and they said they didn't have any beds like I paid for. Next morning, while in shower, water goes off. Had to get one of the bottles waters in the room to rinse with. Asked the front desk worker why the water was off. He said shower busted and they had to shut water off. Said would be fixed in an hour if I'd like to stick around and shower. This was at 10:30 and check out was 11. I informed him of me using the bottle of water to rinse off the soap. He said, "we won't charge you." Upon leaving hotel, I watched a crew working on what appeared to be a water line. I was charged for the water and a parking fee. To be clear not a bad hotel, just a bad experience and no customer service offering any solutions to make it right.

He said, "we won't charge you." Upon leaving hotel, I watched a crew working on what appeared to be a water line. I was charged for the water and a parking fee. To be clear not a bad hotel, just a bad experience and no customer service offering any solutions to make it right.

Was placed in the wrong room upon arrival. Tried to call down to front desk hotel telephone did not work. Went down and while standing in line waiting to speak with desk associate, heard him issue the exact room he had just checked me into to another guest. I interrupted and told him, he gave me that room. He looked at my keys and gave an apology. But instead of removing me from the room he went on and continued to check the other guest into the room. And there was no breakfast...

The room was in horrible shape! The ceilings were falling apart, the bathtub wouldn’t drain, the blankets and sheet had stains! The staff when we first arrived was really rude! They didn’t have a bartender that could make a drink she charged us for something she didn’t even make

This place is dirty . We checked in the first room they gave us the door was wide open and there were no sheets on the bed . The second room they gave us they was a dark stain or something on the sheets when you pulled the bed spread down . The lady at the desk asked me if I would like some sheets to change the bed myself . I will be call corporate on Monday

Jason is the manager, (at least I think that's his title)and he's wonderful. He was so professional, helpful, patient and kind. He definitely deserves a promotion. The rest of the staff is good also. The location is lovely and close to Krogers, (strip mall), restaurants etc. The only downside was the breakfast.

The staff were indifferent to the level of disruption going on in the building. Kids broke both elevators. I am disabled and had to take stairs. Barely received an apology and absolutely to effort to try and make things right. Terrible experience.

We always stay in this area for the convenience. We hadn't stayed in this Hilton for a while and the only thing we weren't aware of that we want to just share with others in case they missed it on the website is there is a parking fee of $8.00. If you are a rewards member though, it is only $3.00. This isn't a game changer I just want to let others know so they have a heads up.

It was beautiful and clean. Everything was in walking distance and i felt safe doing so. There was a bar area and a beautiful area outside to sit and enjoy. The shower pressure was also amazing.

Could definitely use some upgrades. Missed my turn several times there were barely any outdoor lights and the main sign was covered by a tree. Room was showing its age.

Great area. Great property. I used my digital key and was not aware that the breakfast was not included. There are no written signs or verbal instructions given at the time of breakfast. Had I checked in at the desk, I was told, the cost was advised. I checked so many properties online, I did not remember that it is stated on the website. Lesson learned!

We booked without knowing the kitchen was being renovated and was completely closed. So no breakfast or food of any kind. Yet, still the same full price. Not happy!

I reserved a room with 2 queens; was given a room with 1 king. Too tired to try to change, Room was chilled to 61 degrees. Only one regular coffee pod in the room; desk clerk unable to get another one. No food service at the hotel “due to staffing shortage “ . This was not disclosed when making reservation.

The room was clean. The bed was ok, not the most comfortable. The shower head was not spraying correctly. I was not aware that it was pay for parking. Continental breakfast was 12.95/person which was crazy- we choose to eat elsewhere. Staff was friendly.

Everything good: Check-in, hotel staff, room cleanliness, shower. The bad stuff: Hotel charges for breakfast. This was a simple breakfast buffet that most all other hotel chains (including Hilton Garden Inn) includes at no charge. Same eggs, same sausage links, same fruit medley, same bread choices, same orange juice, same oatmeal. $27 for two people! UNREAL! They also charge for parking. I have paid for parking before at hotels, but they usually are in the city and the only parking is a parking deck. This parking was for a regular hotel parking lot that you see at all hotels. They did not ask if I had a car or any license plate. I wonder if they would have charged me if I had taken an Uber to the hotel. Or maybe I could have parked for free at the neighboring hotel. I have never stayed at any Hilton Garden Inn and paid for breakfast or parking. I probably won’t be back.

Room they gave us had an open door and unmade beds. New room had no Wi-Fi access. Jiggly toilet and faucet was on backwards. Run down needs a good Reno. Also no breakfast because restaurant was closed. Very dissatisfied. Past reviews did not accurately describe our stay.

I stay at Hiltons because I expect to get exactly the same quality each time. When it has said that breakfast is included I don’t expect to get there and find out the kitchen has been remodeling for quite a bit of time so they knew there would be no breakfast. There was nothing done to make up for it.

There was a daily charge for parking which I've never had for a suburban property with surface parking. Kind of absurd, really. There was never any maid service provided even though I stayed for 3 nights. The exercise facility was closed throughout my entire stay due to construction. If I would have known I would have stayed at another property. On balance, it was a disappointing experience.

The hotel overall was not cleaned well. Bedside table dirty, bathroom just ok but I tried not to look real hard. Ice machine broke on our floor. TV went out and reloading every 5-10 secs unless you were on local channels like 3 or 5. Friends of ours had the same experience as above. On the second night key card wouldn’t work. Had to go back down to have it re-scanned. In the lobby there was a dead fly on the couch. If you didn’t look too close, it was OK. I would not stay there again.

Since Hilton’s computer system went down the staff was amazing at adapting and still providing excellent customer service. The room was clean. The TV didn’t work too well. Constantly losing signal. Overall an excellent experience.

The hotel was nice for what we were there for. We had 2 king size rooms that were clean. The maintenance team needs to run some drano through the bathtubs and the window had water damage from a broken window seal.
