Wonderful having a hotel chain that doesn't charge extra for pets! The property was great for walking and the hotel was kept clean. I mentioned a loose light fixture in our room and they responded promptly. I wish there was some kind of breakfast option.

Very clean room. Exterior is well lit and I was able to park near the room. My only complaint is that the cleaning crew went overboard with disinfectant. I ran the exhaust fan while I went for a drive hoping to eliminate some of the smell of disinfectant. That helped, so overall the room was acceptable. I prefer too much emphasis on cleanliness versus the opposite.

The staff were very friendly and no extra charge for our puppy. The mattress i slept on was very worn on one side, i had a backache within 30 min. The middle of the mattress still had some support. My autistic son came out of the bathroom saying "grasshopper", so i dont know what type of insect had been there. Very dated, but also very budget minded at less than $80.

Park right outside your door. Clean, well supplied room, including ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. But they did not supply shampoo and it was difficult to get body wash out of the sink and shower dispensers - seemed they were almost empty. The entire complex was supposed to be smoke-free and signs notified visitors they would be fined if smoking on the premises. However, when we walked in our room, though there was no visible evidence of anyone having smoked in the room, the lingering smell of cigarette smoke was evident. We didn’t notice it after a while and didn’t complain to anyone. I’m sure they would have given us a different room, but it was late and we just wanted to get to bed. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

The AC didnt work good. The floors/carpets were filthy. After my DIL gave my grandson a bath and brought him to our room, he ended up filthy from being on our floor and she had to re bath him. The toilet didn't flush good

Staff were great and very friendly. The room was cleanish. there was stubble in the sink, which i had to clean, had to clean around the toilet. It is also pet friendly, which is fine for people with pets. However there is "pet" smell in the room. should have rooms available that have not had pets in them for guests travelling with no pets. I got a few flea bites while there.

Bed frame was basically broken. If my husband or l even moved it felt like we were going to roll right off the bed because the mattress was only supported straight down the very middle. Directly upon arriving the room smelled musty and gross. Cleanliness was extremely lacking. Surfaces, especially the sink and surrounding, didn't even look wiped down. I'd say you get what you pay for, but $221 is extremely steep for what we received. We stayed here a few years ago and didn't feel this way at all. I would NOT consider this a “Deluxe” room.

Walking the parking lot at night with my dog and I felt safe. However, despite the decent reviews here about cleanliness, I was really disappointed. The rugs had not been vacuumed, the shower either had not been cleaned or was severely stained (time to replace), and the furniture was starting to droop from the walls and looked water damaged on the bottom (again, time to replace). But, the clincher for me was the bed. Not only was it not in the best shape (the box spring/base may have been broken), I am not sure I was the first to sleep on the bedding. When pulling back the bedcovers, there were multiple hairs - not pet hair. Needless to say, it was not a quality night of rest. I did like this location and will look for another establishment in the area for a future stop. There is a nice walking trail (Indian Falls) nearby for those traveling with dogs.

hotel is generally a long-stay place for people working in the area away from home. our room was fine, it was clean and everything worked. The bed looked comfortable, but in reality dipped in the middle. our room wasn't serviced for several days.

Stayed only 1 night and won’t come back, machine noise very loud since we got there midnight until check out time. Can hear neighbors chatting and in out their room, cars everything. Cheap price but if you’re light sleeper like me who can easily woken up with noise, this isn’t worth it.

The best thing about this property was the price and its proximity to where we needed to be the next day for a procedure. We're experienced travelers, we only needed a place to sleep because we had to be up very early, so we didn't need fancy. The young man at the front desk was polite, friendly, & efficient, so good start. That unfortunately was where the good ended. The room, while clean, was a disappointment. The mattress was so old we were rolling toward the edges, the TV didn't work, the handle of the fridge came off in my husband's hand because it had been broken and then set back in place without being repaired, the thermostat was impossible to regulate, the shower water pressure left something to be desired...the list goes on. Did we save a few dollars staying there? Yes. Was it worth it? I don't know. Certainly not for more than one night.

Bed are meh. Dont bother with upgrading to the premium rooms though. Same room but with a water, small juice and some peanuts. The old overnight lady at the front desk is rude af and lacks any sort of personality or customer service skills. Go work in something away from the public if you hate your job that much.

Rude receptionist. The floor in the room was slippery: janitors poured a lot of wax ( mastic) on the floor, and left it as is. I feel lucky not to fall. The stench of marijuana is nasty. It is the last time I ever stay here.

This was one of the best Red Roofs we have ever stayed in. It was clean, and what we needed for the weekend. The service was seriously the best we have had, even compared to higher end hotels.

I checked in late on Feb 24th, 2025 and the lady who was working 2nd shift was super awesome!! I felt comfortable immediately as I checked in. I can't remember her name, but I remember her daughter brings her to work and she works 2nd. Her energy was so positive that it changed the rest of my day!! She made me feel very welcome and the check in process was smooth and easy. I LOVE staying at this hotel. If I need a break away from everything, Red Roof on Post Road in Dublin Ohio is ALWAYS my #1 choice. The rooms are always clean and everything works. The staff is over the top with their customer service. I just wanted to let everyone know that the amazing lady who works 2nd shift is one of the easiest people I have ever dealt with. She will make you feel welcomed!! Thanks chic for all you do

My trip started off a little rocky due to my mistake but they were able to accommodate me to make my trip better. They seen I was very overwhelmed and jump into action to help me with whatever i needed, my family and I really appreciated that. I wish I would’ve gotten there name but both ladies were excellent

The Front counter lady,her name is supposedly Becky. She was rude, rude. Rude AF. I will not stay at this location again. I felt very unsafe during my stay and when i called to explain this all she could do us talk over me andsay "SO" during the entire time i was trying to explain how i felt. Corporate asked what i wanted out of this i told them she needs to be fired because i didn't want other guests going through this. They gave me a refund instead, which i didn't ask for.

My wife and I absolutely love the location of this property!! A short drive to the campus of Ohio State, which has lettuce to stay at this Red Roof two different times.... once for an Ohio State football game in the fall of 2024 & more recently, in the spring of 2025 for a conference event at the Schottenstein Center.

Nice place. Perfect location from which to attend the Dublin Irish Festival! Beds were comfy. Easy to get into and out off. Close to highway & main streets but far enough way that you don’t hear all that traffic.

I reserved room through Expedia and paid in full 6/25. Upon arrival, the desk clerk showed I owed more. He called Expedia for a long conversation, then called his manager for another long conversation. It was over 30 minutes from me arriving until I got my room key. Thankfully I have not been charged extra. The clerk was courteous however. The room was clean and the bed was excellent. Coffee maker did not work and desk was taken up by coffee making and lamp so no work space. Desk chair was dirty.

The property is older however the room was very clean. The staff were friendly. The price was equal to the stay. There were several dining establishments within driving distance.

Clean but signs of deterioration. Coffee available in morning - not much else. Checked in after midnight - clerk was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I clarified which direction I needed to go to find my room. (No map shown/offered/available). $80ish for a few hours of sleep. Would choose a different hotel in the future.

The bed was clean but the shower was dirty and someone had punched it and it was cracked. Advertised that they had breakfast but it was just coffee. There were two people working when we checked in, but one didn’t greet us or talk to us and waited for someone else to come greet us. The only good thing was the proximity to the Zoo which was the purpose of our visit.
