Plenty of space for the cost of each suite. Clean and great parking availability. Check in at 7pm was very easy and the gentleman was nice and helpful. There were no extra sheets for the pull out couch just 2 comforters. Glad to see the pool was open, but the water was freezing. We went to breakfast about 8:30. It was a mess. Ran out of ice, forks, spoons, milk, and juices were not very tasty. Waffles were very good though.

other than the elevator not working when we arrived, my room being on the 4th floor, and having to climb stairs, then barely climbling back down the next morning because of back problems, the rest of the week's stay was great. staff called as promised when the elevator was fixed. quiet.friendly. comfortable

The front desk person was “interrupted” by my family checking in as he was translating to a housekeeper on his personal device. Our rooms kitchen floor was dirty, bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, you can hear EVERYTHING that the room next door is doing. The pool bathrooms were horrible. Looked like feces thrown all the wall and bottles of alcohol in trash (2 days in a row it was still there). The best experience was breakfast & that breakfast staff, so kind!

Pieces of the wall were falling off in our room. Our bathroom had a lot of black mold. The entire room was cleaned poorly. The washing machine broke and so did one of the workout machines in the gym. The elevator was also not working during our entire stay. We were on the third floor and my elderly mother had to use her inhaler every time she had to climb the stairs.

Our room was spectacular!!! We were all able to stay together and we had a blast!! Loved the room, beds, pool, firepit, location and especially the breakfast. What a doll the breakfast lady is

Very nice accommodations but the pool was very cold, I expected warmer for an indoor pool. Some things needed repaired/fixed in our room like the ability to use the main tv, and none of the closet bifold doors functioned correctly and stayed in the upper track.

Everyone was super friendly. Very nice hotel with a lot to offer including a fire pit and grills to cook on. The breakfast buffet was amazing. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back for the cleanliness and friendly staff. Our rooms have always been clean, the hotel is quiet, and the breakfast is good with several options. And the Dove shampoo and body wash are a plus! I will stay here anytime I’m in Columbus.

Room was clean and bedding was clean but on first day a ladybug appeared on the nightstand and on further investigation there were dozens of live and dead ones in the bedroom. The following morning there was an army of ants in and around a cup of juice. Mind you, I was on the third floor. I consider these types of insects as fairly formless so I collected the live lady bugs and released them outside

Room was not very clean and there were holes in the door and shower. Seem to be newly renovated but just not kept up. The hotel didn’t have hot water so out one night layover turned into a nightmare. The rooms all share one elevator. Just wasn’t pleasant. The staff were rude and had zero cares to give about our situation. Hope their bad attitudes don’t take the already sliding down hill business into a full land slide.

The room wasn’t very clean, the toaster oven was never cleaned, there was all kinds of dust on top of the fridge and the window in the livingroom was covered in it looked like white silly string.

We were disappointed by issues with ants in our room and toilets didn’t work properly. Staff were helpful though. We requested to be moved. Ended up being exactly one floor below the old room. Saw a few ants there too but not as many. The toilet in this room didn’t work either. Carpets in the halls were dirty. Pool wasn’t that clean. Won’t stay there again. Short stay so we stayed only because we didn’t want to pack up everything again.

The location was great for our trip. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was dirty. There are stains on the carpet and the sofa in the room we stayed in. A hole in the bedroom door. Clearly it has not been vacuumed in corners or under tables. The hallways were no different. The carpet in the hallway is sticky in spots. There is a large amount of fruit flies in the buffet area. The woman who served breakfast was super nice and I cant say enough about how pleasant she was but her shirt was filthy. And it was the same shirt all 5 days we were there, so I watched it get filthier each day. Her apron is even dirtier. The reason I didn't want to make a big deal about it during our stay is actually because the staff was great. I guess i should have said something directly to the management though to ensure that my observations are meant to be constructive. My family has had great experiences at Staybidges so that is why it was suprising how dirty this one is.

The hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom was in rough condition and had a strong, moldy odour which air freshners did not fix. Stains on furniture. Slow elevator. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Phone in the room didnt work and had to use cell phone to call hotel number to get front desk, closet door was busted, hole in the bedroom door, had to call down for a plunger due to poor water pressure, shower head in the shower was so low that i had to crouch to rinse my hair (im 5'6") and my husband about broke his back trying to rise his hair (he is 6'3") along with the floor of the shower being SO slippery that i had to hold on or practically fell due to no grip on the bottom of the tub, only had 3 small trash cans in the room for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, alarm was randomly going off as we were coming back from a late dinner (9pm) and we dont know how long it was going off, and pool was only open until 10pm.

This was average hotel. Rooms were decent but very outdated and needed work in bathrooms as exhaust fan wasn’t working on the shower fixtures holding up the shampoo and soap was falling apart. Could use some painting and updating. Location was good and easy to access.

The room was very nice. The only two things that struck us a bit odd were that there were no ice machines. Later we discovered that there was an icemaker in the freezer in the room that had been stopped from making ice. So we had no way of getting ice until it made 5 ice cubes at a time. Also, we had a king suite with a pullout double bed. The only way to get to the bathroom was through the master bedroom. It was ok for us since it was just our teen daughter sleeping on the pullout but she was suspossed to bring her friend with her (but ended up not being able to come last minute) which would have been a bit awkward for her to go through our room when we were sleeping to use the bathrrom during the night if needed. Both of these things need to be info listed on the hotel listing and i think it would be helpful to have a note on the fridge as well, notifying of the ice maker in the fridge. It looks like your typical fridge with no dispenser on the outside so yoy would have no idea it was there unless you open the freezer.

Just needed a place for one night on short notice. Booked a 1-queen suite for the night. VERY impressive for such an affordable site. Kitchenette well-stocked with everything you’d need to be comfortable for a few days. Facilities were clean, building shiny & new, staff efficient & friendly. All around no complaints.

The layout of the room was really nice, but the cleanliness was definitely subpar. There were brown marks on the wall of the bathroom that I cleaned off myself (under the toilet paper holder), the cabinets had food/something splattered on them, and the couch and comforter had stains. The bathroom also showed some age as the running water would pool and not go down the drain in the shower and sink and the paint in the bathroom had marks and was chipping in places. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was nice, and the free parking was great.

Staff are wonderful - caring, knowledgeable, and kind. Breakfast is full of choices and good food - fantastic. Free washers and dryers for clothing. Big rooms. Allowed our 2 cats, but they cost $150 for 2 weeks.

I had to wait 2 hours after check in to get the keys to my room. Nobody at the front desk ever. I was staying in Columbus for my daughters birthday and it just put us behind on everything we were supposed to do.

The staff were working incredibly hard and were kind. That was evident. However, this hotel is sorely understaffed and it shows. They need more help. Breakfast service was good, but you could tell the one person woeking breakfast was so overwhelmed Other staff would pitch in and help, but it still wasn't enough. Some of the linens were permanently stained and need to be thrown out. Some towels were torn. The carpets are stained down the hallways and staircases. More staff need to be hired to keep the place up. Corporate should be ashamed to charge $175 a night in the condition it is in, and they should be ashamed of how overworked their employees are even within the traditional 9-5 model.

Checked in at 4:30pm and still had to wait for a room. The room I was finally given was an "upgrade" but it smelled like cigarette smoke, there was a big stain on the couch and the bathroom had no shower curtain. Housekeeping knocked well before 8am. It was a little disappointing.

I loved that they had miso soup and rice as a part of their breakfast option. Joy at the front desk during check-in was so pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and clean with wonderful amenities. Shopping and restaurants were nearby.

The on duty manager was extremely rude to our family at check in. He attempted to bill me for another guest stay and was argumentative without out even asking my name or seeing my ID. The elevator at the property is out and was unable to accommodate our need for handicap accessibly (4th floor). Refused to provide a refund receipt and told me to take it up with credit card company. Appalled at the lack of basic kindness or management skills. Would not recommend this property.

Weekend breakfast was not ready on time, forcing us to change our plans on Sunday morning. Room overall was nice, there was a McDonald’s cup and wrapper with food in it behind the one bed. The beds were clean and comfortable though. Location was awesome, very easy to get on and off the freeway and there was a Walmart right across the street.

The staff at check in was amazing. Super clean. Quiet. Felt safe. We stayed for the Memorial Tournament and it was a great location to get to Muirfield.

This was average hotel. Rooms were decent but very outdated and needed work in bathrooms as exhaust fan wasn’t working on the shower fixtures holding up the shampoo and soap was falling apart. Could use some painting and updating. Location was good and easy to access.

It was a great overall stay; clean, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, ideal location for us. Did not like the traffic noise from the expressway on Sat but no significant noise on Sun night.

Just needed a place for one night on short notice. Booked a 1-queen suite for the night. VERY impressive for such an affordable site. Kitchenette well-stocked with everything you’d need to be comfortable for a few days. Facilities were clean, building shiny & new, staff efficient & friendly. All around no complaints.

The stay was great, perfect location for the Zoo and Lego Museum. My only issue was ants in the room. They were all in the bathroom and kitchen area.

We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back for the cleanliness and friendly staff. Our rooms have always been clean, the hotel is quiet, and the breakfast is good with several options. And the Dove shampoo and body wash are a plus! I will stay here anytime I’m in Columbus.

Good to excellent overall. The decor was a little odd with a mirror in the corner behind an end table that was barely accessible, while there was an empty wall where it could have made sense. Pictures in bedroom were bunched in one area while other walls had virtually nothing. The breakfast was very nice and better than expected.

The hotel itself was clean but our room felt well used. The couch cushions had stains on them. The ottoman looked to have a burn hole in it and the closet door in the bathroom was broke. Probably the worst thing was the lack of breakfast. We were there for an Ohio State game and wanted to grab something and go. We were told the breakfast person didn’t show up for work so there was very limited options. Very disappointing because when you plan on the hotel having breakfast and build that into your schedule it makes it hard to change plans last minute. Also an additional cost to get breakfast somewhere else. Positives were it’s in a nice area and the common areas were nice. Probably not enough to stay there again though.

Our room was spectacular!!! We were all able to stay together and we had a blast!! Loved the room, beds, pool, firepit, location and especially the breakfast. What a doll the breakfast lady is

Was impressed with breakfast options , plenty of hot, cold, and unique options like scones , fresh blueberries, biscuits and gravy, rice, really good eggs and sausage and the standards , waffles, cereal etc. Coffee was really good. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows were perfect. There were areas of wear in room but that happens…it was really clean which is all I care about .

The staff was friendly and the room was clean but the phone didn't work in my room and nobody came to fix it. I think it sould have been a top thing to fix thank God there wasn't anything that happened so I didn't need to call or someone needed to contact me. Breakfast was very good. I went swimming and it was very clean

The room we were initially given had what looked like dried poop in the closet smushed into the floor and on a laundry basket. We found that very disgusting and were told there was no weekend housekeeping. Our room was quickly moved though a discount of some sort (1 of our nights free or service charges/tax removed) would have been appreciated for the inconvenience. The side doors never seemed to work with our keys into the building so we constantly had to walk the long way around to our room with our toddlers. The front desk staff just seemed to be on their phones/listening to something with headphones when we came and went without a greeting (wasn’t very welcoming). The room was fine and nice we could share one room with our other travel companion - convenient there was breakfast and.
