They need to have automatic door openings. Very old and scary elevator

My room was nice and clean. The staff was great. The only downfall for me was the parking lot and lobby. There was no room for parking at the lobby and I had to haul my belongings a long way.

This place was absolutely filthy. We didn’t even want to walk on the floor in the room with our bare feet. The cabinets and dresser had chunks missing out of it. The hallways smelled horrible. Also, even thought it is a suit and advertised to have a kitchen you have to ask the front desk for any utensils, plates and etc. There was even a guy sleeping in his truck the entire night and was still there at 11 a.m. We would have absolutely went somewhere else but the availability of other locations were extremely limited. For 180.00 this was an absolute rip off.

I was happy the coffee and muffins was out a little before 6am, since I had to get up at 5am. The hotel was clean. Since my stay was only for 2 nights, they do not come and clean up or replenish towels unless you ask, but i the room had more than enough for 3 days. The area is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again

A bug crawled across my husband’s pillow and two other pillow cases were dirty. One with makeup and a long hair, the other was yellow. Seems to be a place for construction workers and their paid dates. Nasty!

Front desk lady was nice, and it was thoughtful to have snacks in the room, but there were nail clippings on the floor when i got to the room and included breakfast was coffee and nutrigrain bars.

The room was clean and quiet. I got a good night’s sleep. Very affordable compared to other local options. Will stay there again.

The room was relatively comfortable. But the cupboard doors were broken and it cost to get any dishes, pots, pans and such. The microwave is the smallest I have ever seen. Breakfast is next to nothing. The facilities are very dated.

We had to change rooms because of the smell. The a/c leaked and the carpet was wet and smelly in the room we had to keep. They called 4 or 5 days after we checked out at the front desk and turned in our keys to the clerk. And asked if we were still there. I'm checking to see what they charged me for.

So here’s the thing. You get what you pay for. This is probably the lowest cost hotel in this area. So if you need a cheap place to stay for a night it’s fine. It is clean but definitely worn. Cabinets in kitchenette were rough, bathtub spigot half falling off, cleaning rag left in the fridge- you get the idea . The “breakfast” was some instant oatmeal packs and nutrigrain bars. Coffee was out and I waited for more and it never came. Seems like the hotel caters to long-stay people as I saw a lot of alcohol and groceries being brought in and a ton of people in pajama pants always outside the doors smoking. But again it’s a beautiful and convenient location and you’re gonna pay a lot less than hotels literally next door and behind you.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I had the worst night sleep in my life because the bed was rock hard. In the morning, I called the front desk to share my concerns and we discovered my mattress was upside down! They were surprised and apologetic. Happy they were nice about it. But this is unacceptable!

Everything was nice my stay was short but my refrigerator didn’t work and i needed it for medications it was cold outside so I could have left in vehicle overnight the breakfast was plenty but there was nothing cold to drink like juice water or milk the staffss was extremely nice and accommodating and personable

Very clean, inexpensive, included a full kitchen. Only downside is that none of the dishes or kitchenware are in the room. You have to pick them up at the front desk.

Room was okay. Floor was sticky, toilet seat broken, no hot water in bathroom. Receptionist very unfriendly, acted like I was bothering her. Would not stay here again

It would be better to have all kitchen amenities ready in room at arrival.

The TV in my room didn't work. Desk tried helping but I couldn't get any programming on the TV. I was not offered another room to go to and when checking out I told the desk clerk about the TV. No offer of partial reimbursement for the room charge.

Got to hotel lobby and no one behind front desk. Saw a sign turned sideways saying they were helping another guest and back soon. After 10 minutes I called the number on the sign and the phone rang behind the front desk. No one came. A few minutes later I called it again and then saw a door open in the hallway and saw several people just sitting in there. An unfriendly woman came out and when I expressed inpatience after traveling all day and the standing their waiting she said,”we were having a meeting”. I saw people just sitting there snacking on some food. They knew I was there and ignored m before finally coming out. Completely unacceptable. It was supposed to be an “extended stay” room with pots, pans , dishes , glasses etc. Nothing. Two little flimsy plastic glasses was all there was in the room. The bed looked like a roll away. The place is a “dump” and would NEVER stay here again. Had reservations to come here next week and cancelled them.

Horrible Experience – Pregnant Guest Treated Terribly and Overcharged I booked 8 nights at Extended Stay America (450 Metro Place North, Dublin, OH) through Hotels.com and had the money ready for the full stay. When I arrived, they charged me less than the total and told me I “must’ve gotten a discount.” Then out of nowhere, they tried to charge my card again for an extra $74, claiming I only paid for 7 nights. When I called the front desk, the woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even Hotels.com was on the phone trying to help, and the woman hung up on both of us. Later, the hotel tried to bill me for 8 nights after forcing me to leave on the 7th day. I had to leave work to get there, and when I explained that my bus wouldn’t arrive until 11 (which is checkout time), the woman at the desk told me, “It’s after 11, I don’t care, you still have to pay.” I’m two months pregnant and had to clean and carry all of my belongings out by myself because my boyfriend was at work. The manager and staff showed no compassion or understanding of my situation. I also complained several times about the noise from the guests upstairs, and nothing was done about it. The room itself was clean, but the door barely worked—it took several tries just to open it. Corporate only decided to remove the extra charge after I called and complained, which says a lot. This location is unprofessional, careless, and completely lacks empathy. Never again.

Good area but needs some work. Door would not latch or lock and key cards did not work. Went to front desk 5 minutes after checking in and found no one. Went back two more times and no one.

A convenient location if you seek to view the Dublin area and it is quiet enough to where you can sleep well!

ESA is close to groceries and walking distance to some delis and parks. It was quiet in the room.

It was convenient and accessible to the freeways.

Beds were comfortable, staff was nice. I forgot my jacket in the room and they calmed. The frig was large. The grab ‘ n go breakfast was granola bars, oatmeal & coffee. This was fine for us, but in case other people needed more.

Free breakfast is basically COFFEE, just FYI so as to manage your expectations.

As of the day we arrived this motel no longer had any amenities. No coffee in the rooms or in the lobby, no breakfast. just a well used room. The young man at the desk checking us in was very nice but the manager was rather surly when we decided we did not want to stay.

Free breakfast included is inaccurate. The little stand of power bars to go is inappropriate to call free breakfast and Extended Stay should not false advertise. And no coffee until noon is also just poor. It is about to easy soft costs that bring folks back. Thanks for asking, Gary W.

Hotel was decent and clean. Staff weren't rude but they weren't exactly friendly either. Phone didn't work in the room and our room type wasn't available upon check in. We changed room types it's was just unfortunate. Overall an ok place to lay your head for a budget friendly price point. We did not utilize there breakfast but I was told it was just a basic continental with granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee.

Asked for extra pillows with pillow cases and there was dried blood on them. Did not change them out. The bathroom was very dirty as well. Was supposed to be a queen bed and was given a full bed to sleep on. No extra rooms available to be transferred to. Breakfast included choices from one muffin and one nutrigrain bar to choose from, and I was there early. Never re-stocked.

I arrived shortly before midnight for my scheduled solo stay and when I arrived the clerk couldn’t make me a key and I ended up not having a key all night therefore couldn’t leave my room even if I wanted to. The bedding left me feeling off that night but could have easily been the type of detergent used as I was fine come morning. In the morning the new morning clerk made me a key so that was good. Breakfast was a small 5ft by 2ft counter by the entry doorway that had a decaf/ regular coffee machine, hot water machine, tea pouches, oatmeal packets, and a small two tier basket for fruit n grain bars on top and mini muffins on bottom. Again this was all on a small ledge/ counter only feet from the doorway. I found this hotel to be an okay ones to crash quick for the price though I will most likely will not be a return guest as I have hand just more pleasant experiences for only a little more money.
