Normally don't review or complain. However, it would be nice to be provided updates or notices whenever scheduled or unscheduled maintenance is supposed to take place. I realize things can go wrong or not as expected, at times, but 30 hours without water should warrant a notice. Couldn't use the restaurant, bar area, coffee shop, toilets, sinks, or showers. No word from anyone unless you came down and asked at the front desk. Even then, we weren't offered much. Did want to recognize the gentlemen who fixed my safe, after I asked for it to be looked at that morning. It wasn't addressed all day, for some reason, until I returned late in the evening and asked again. He was very fast and professional.

The water was turned off Monday from noon-10p. It was originally supposed to be until 5p. No one was notified that they'll be turning the water off. The water comes back on and by 6am it was off again. Don't know when it came back on

It will be fine when it’s all updated but we were on an old floor and it felt dark and had a broken door, low shower head height and a toilet that didn’t flush. It’s tired.

I was surprised at how the desk staff handled check in. There was an employee standing on the customer side flirting with the person at the desk. They stopped after seeing me standing for a bit and not getting helped by the second person staring at the computer. Then, I was given no information at check in (elevator location, parking, fitness center, etc). The person who checked me in was in a t-shirt and appeared generally annoyed. Sorry I bothered your courting session. Rooms are being renovated and I’ll give some grace for the beds and overall room cleanliness however, there’s no reason the staff can’t be more professional. Check out was also pretty unfriendly.
