Comfy room, friendly staff with great service, and a terrific location for going pretty much anywhere in Rome. Be aware that there's no elevator and the streets around it are cobbled - I lost a wheel on my suitcase since I couldn't get a taxi out of there. Of course, neither of those things are the hotel's fault, but it's a heads-up for anyone who's bringing a big suitcase/heavy luggage.

The location is good. There isn’t staff 24 hours a day. There is no elevator even though it states that there is an elevator. We stayed in a room near the courtyard. Many people smoked cigarettes and marijuana in the courtyard. The window did not close properly, so the smoke came into our room. Our stuff smelled like smoke. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned everyday

I picked a great location-Piazza Navona, Patheon, Trevi fountain, Vatican and others are all within walking distance. Lots of sidewalk cafe, Gelato places around as well. The hotel has no elevator, which we already know and it’s not a problem for us. We also know about the staff time at the desk is from 9-5. My only complaint would be, getting multiple messages about our arrival time and such. We’ll reply with an approximate time frame, but still receive messages asking about arrival time. Also had to email our passport over, we try to accommodate as much as possible, but when you’re traveling, these can become annoyances. They do have an after-hour procedure. I feel if they just make that clear and easy, then everything should be fine.

Close to the attractions we were looking far. Restaurants in the area were great. The room and furniture was very worn and should be replaced. Tiles in bathroom all cracked, bed being held up by a stack of magazines.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit nur einem kleinen Fenster zum winzigen stinkenden Innenhof hin, in den kein Licht fiel. Das Zimmer war klein und spärlich ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und die Dusche war voll mit schwarzem Schimmel. Einfach unzumutbar. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Einzig die Lage war super. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

Terrible! Multiple reasons I would highly not recommend. Pro: the location is good Cons: Our room had clearly had someone smoking in it right before we checked in. There was an ashtray in the room! The staff “solution” was huge vats of overwhelming air fresheners. Cheesy cheap decor and room shabby, needs updating. Shower walls moldy (a lot of mildew up walls) Red stains on pillow cases, sheets Bed old and uncomfortable - was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with springs covered with a sheet. Room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time - grime dirt built up in all corners. If we hadn’t made the mistake of prepaying would have ran. It was dreadful. Hard to not let it ruin our days in Rome.

When we arrived there were no pillowcases on any of the pillows, no towels for showering, and the room appeared to be in the middle of cleaning, so we did not know what was clean and what was not. There were lots of ants everywhere as well and when we addressed our complaints with the front desk there was not even an apology.

This hotel is in a great location! Walkable to all major sightseeing in Rome. The hotel had a broken shower head holder so you had to hold it in one hand. There was chewed gum stuck to the top of one of the bedside tables. There is construction outside right in front of the hotel which is noisy in the morning.

If you want to hear everything your neighbors say and do, you should book this hotel. The bed was hard as a rock, not very clean and extremely loud noise from the surrounding rooms. All night someone was moving furniture witch created the most annoying sound in the world. So if you like to sleep at night, don’t book this hotel. The staff was only there from 9-4. The positives are that it’s close to everything you want in Rome.

Estuvimos alojados en 2019 y nos gustó, ha bajado muchísimo desde entonces. Los enchufes no funcionan al 100%, si no estás pendiente dejas el móvil toda la noche para que cargue y cuándo lo coges al dia siguiente está sin cargar, el wifi y la cobertura móvil, pésimas. Simply not a 3-star hotel; definitely a 2-star. Double room was only a bed (no couch etc) and terrible lighting. Most disappointing was the Juliette balcony opened onto an interior draft chute that provided little ventilation but lots of smoke from smokers on other floors. Tiny bathroom. We are seasoned travellers and this property description was quite misleading.

The location is wonderful. The staff are fine. The room needs some basic maintenance. The most important thing would be to replace some worn out electrical plugs. A bit of carpentry and a touch of paint would also make a big difference.

Jeg fik tilbudt at vælge mellem 2 af hotellets dårligste værelser. Jeg valgt det, hvor jeg vist at jeg måske ville komme ud hvis det brændte. Madressen var hård som sten og belysningen indian-like med de koldeste lysstofstofsrør placeret på væggen. Værelset var iøvrigt meget mørk. Ikke et værelse vi opholdt i særlige længe af gangen. Ikke pengene værd.

The good? Amazing location!! 10/10 for walkable to Vatican. We also walked to the Coliseum but it's a long walk. Great side alley location with lots of food options and shopping. The bad? Toilet ran had to giggle the flusher, shower head broken and would fall, ac was loud, and the bed was so hard sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. Otherwise very safe area

This property is so perfectly situated in the center of Rome that literally all the major attractions are within reasonable walking distance. The area is safe and has just about anything one might need near by. Shopping, dining, and of course gelato… The property itself is aged but very well maintained. Everything inside my room worked properly, and the staff was beyond helpful. I stayed alone for 6 nights in a single room and was completely comfortable the entire time I was there. My only complaint is that the shower stall was very small. Even for a relatively small person like myself.

Property needs to be revamped desperately. Location was good as far as restaurants and attractions. But everything was older. Pictures online have to have been years old. Sewer smell in bathroom. Told front desk and they did nothing. No breakfast was provided as it had said online. Instant coffee in room but no way to get hot water.

The check in was easy (I arrived midday), the two staff members were very nice and everything downtown was within walking distance. The room does stay loud until about 3 am, though, so bring ear plugs.

Small hotel in a great location in historic Rome. Our 3rd floor room was noisy until early morning hours, from the restaurants on the street below. We wore earplugs to sleep. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and transit to historic sites.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce charmant établissement. La chambre est très spacieuse pour Rome et la propreté est très convenable. La literie est excellente. Le personnel est attentif et nous a changé de chambre sans aucune difficulté suite à un petit problème de douche. Nous avons également apprécié que la chambre soit disponible dès notre arrivée en fin de matinée. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a un bar tout à côté qui est très bien et pas cher. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui permet en 15/30 minutes de marche de rejoindre tous les principaux monuments de la ville. Le quartier est super agréable avec une multitude d’excellents restaurants. Le rapport qualité prix enfin est juste exceptionnel. Alors certes l’établissement n’est pas rutilant, mais franchement les avantages sont tels que nous avons passé un super séjour!

Property needs to be revamped desperately. Location was good as far as restaurants and attractions. But everything was older. Pictures online have to have been years old. Sewer smell in bathroom. Told front desk and they did nothing. No breakfast was provided as it had said online. Instant coffee in room but no way to get hot water.

Great location right in the center of Rome. So many monuments and places nearby such as Piazza Navona, Castel San Angelo, San Peter’s square and Basilica, Pantheon, etc. Gelateria al Teatro, next door is delicious. Good size apartment but beds were uncomfortable.
