The hotel is not yet fully set up. Unlike advertised, they do not have a working spa, steam room or snack bar. They do have a place where you can get special coffees if the reception knows how to make them. They charged quite a bit for cokes, soda waters, and chips. Upon check in there were several spider webs hanging from our room ceiling but they did take care of this quickly. Otherwise quite clean and comfortable. We ran out of tissues and the front desk did not have any to resupply and informed us housekeeping was out until the next day. The night reception appeared to be new and alone. Still learning. Otherwise we had a great stay. Be prepared, it is about a 14-30 euro taxi ride each way to most of the tourist parts of Rome. But I heard public transportation is not too far away. Davinci airport is about 55 euro taxi away. The hotel shuttle is more expensive. It is beautiful and for us nice to get away from the business of Rome.

Hotel was top notch. Very clean and staff were superb. Room was superb. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant was closed as we were told, they were having problems. Would have been nice to have been informed via email but then there was a party of people there on the Friday night but only open to them.

This property was beautifully redone and had a nice modern feel which we loved. Its a little away from downtown but it provides a very quiet , relaxed feel rather than the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome. The area is beautiful and steps away from the Road of fire. Amazing day trip if you just rent a couple bikes down the road. Reason for lower than 5 stars is that the hotel amenaties are not operational yet, there was supposed to be a spa but it wasnt opened yet and no fitness facilities. On arrival our air conditioning was not working and sink drain was plugged. The staff at front desk were not friendly at all we were quite disappointed with the ignorant treatment we got when we first arrived. That being said if it werent for one guy , ratings would be much lower " Leandro" came along and made our stay very enjoyable. If you get the pleasure of meeting this man youll know what im talking about, hes a one man army that does everything around the hotel . He went out of his way and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, along with some laughs. I cant say enough good things about his work ethic or general character, if the owners read this review , please give this guy a raise! He single handedly turned our stay from a nightmare into an enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff were very attentive to our requests. There is a chapel on site that is a must see as well as catacombs just a few steps away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

We had to get our own taxi and no air conditioning. Paid for hot tub and it was broken no repair person showed up. Coffee machine was not good cord would not stay in outlet.. we were told that we did not paid for breakfast so we could not get it. The breakfast was to be part of room price. The restaurant was closed and nothing when we arrived. We got there around noon. Told dinner would be open at 7pm. Since we were so far from city center we got taxi and came back after 8pm. This whole experience was not good! Would not recommend.

This property made our vacation AWESOME! The Hottub on the balcony was definitely a highlight. Only suggestion I have, is to add outdoor furniture. Such a large balcony patio should be used in it’s entirety

Vi ankom pænt trætte, men fik en fantastisk god behandling af receptionen. Vi fik et forkert værelse, men det blev hurtigt rettet. Dagen efter ville vi tage et bad i boblebadet på værelsets terrasse, men dette var ikke gjort rent + der stod ca. 10 cm. beskidt vand i bunden. Vi kunne ikke tømme det ud. Ved henvendelse til receptionen blev resultatet at manageren, som kom fra Syd Tyrol, selv kom op. Husker desværre ikke hans navn, men han var vældig flink. Han fik gang i pumpen og medens den kørte snakkede vi sammen på tysk. Han var også en smule imponeret over vores tyskkundskaber. Vi fortalte ham at vi boede i Sønderjylland og praktisk talt begge har fået lært, og talt, tysk siden barndommen. Det endte med at han fortalte historien bag hotellet, samt lidt omkring lokalområdet og Rom. Herefter gjorde han boblebadet rent så vi kunne bruge det. Værelset fint, rent og rummeligt. Morgenmaden var noget skuffende, set med en nordeuropæers øjne. Der var ingen rundstykker eller bare flutes, kun toastbrød, som også virkede noget tørt. Kaffen var god. Pålægget var også godt, men osten smagte ikke af så meget. Juicen var god. 3 forskellige slags. Til gengæld var det hele stillet rigtig pænt op. En undring : Italienerne serverer kage til morgenmad. Ikke bare en slags, men temmelig mange. Restauranten serverede god mad og god vin. Kan anbfales.

Ein schönes, sehr sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück hat mir auch gutgefallen, es gab alles was für mich ein gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Eigentlich gar nicht vom Zentrum entfernt, würden die Busse pünktlich fahren.

Well equipped and spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, good air-conditioning, very comfortable beds. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Despite being out of the city centre, it's only a short walk to major bus routes. Big supermarket and wonderful café nearby. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome with cakes, tarts and various patisserie products. The location is not so close to city center and only be done by bus and taxi but I like athmosphere and decoratiın.

This is quite a gem in Rome, I don’t know what the reviews are but for sure 5 star service. If you are looking for a boutique hotel just outside of the Vatican, this is the one for you! AC is very strong and at the perfect temp all the time. Highly highly recommended!!! Great job Adorro
This is quite a gem in Rome, I don’t know what the reviews are but for sure 5 star service. If you are looking for a boutique hotel just outside of the Vatican, this is the one for you! AC is very strong and at the perfect temp all the time. Highly highly recommended!!! Great job Adorro

Pros: 1. Very quiet location, and the price is reasonable. 2. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent! 3. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. 4. The employees are friendly Cons: 1. It takes 15–20 minutes by cab to reach the downtown area, and about 30 minutes by bus. 2. Although the staff were friendly, there was a mix-up with our check-out date. 3. The room had a smart TV, but it didn’t support Apple screen sharing. Well equipped and spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, good air-conditioning, very comfortable beds. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Despite being out of the city centre, it's only a short walk to major bus routes. Big supermarket and wonderful café nearby. Would definitely stay again

This property made our vacation AWESOME! The Hottub on the balcony was definitely a highlight. Only suggestion I have, is to add outdoor furniture. Such a large balcony patio should be used in it’s entirety

The hotel is not yet fully set up. Unlike advertised, they do not have a working spa, steam room or snack bar. They do have a place where you can get special coffees if the reception knows how to make them. They charged quite a bit for cokes, soda waters, and chips. Upon check in there were several spider webs hanging from our room ceiling but they did take care of this quickly. Otherwise quite clean and comfortable. We ran out of tissues and the front desk did not have any to resupply and informed us housekeeping was out until the next day. The night reception appeared to be new and alone. Still learning. Otherwise we had a great stay. Be prepared, it is about a 14-30 euro taxi ride each way to most of the tourist parts of Rome. But I heard public transportation is not too far away. Davinci airport is about 55 euro taxi away. The hotel shuttle is more expensive. It is beautiful and for us nice to get away from the business of Rome.

I loved the property. Staff was amazing and friendly, room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was about 15/20 minutes away from Trevi fountain so for us it was a perfect distance, we wanted a quiet area, but not to far from the heart of Rome. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. Excellent and friendly service. Breakfast is good based mainly on a sweet breakfast. The only problem with the hotel is it's location. To get to the centre you need to take a 30mins bus. Bus stop is close by. However, getting a hotel in central Rome is expensive and at times not to the standards provided by this hotel.

nice hotel on Appian way perfect for touring catacombs. Location is outside the walls and far for doing all the other typical Rome sights which are better accessed by staying inside the walls. The hotel itself is new and clean with a good restaurant

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and spotless. Shower lovely. Staff lovely. Need to make sure there is milk for tea and coffee in rooms. There isn't much in the area and it is a long way out of the centre. There are some buses but they take about 30mins.

Hotel was top notch. Very clean and staff were superb. Room was superb. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant was closed as we were told, they were having problems. Would have been nice to have been informed via email but then there was a party of people there on the Friday night but only open to them.

It’s a beautiful hotel, super clean, modern and it has a very nice restaurant. Our interaction with the service staff was great, everyone was very positive and friendly, and they were able to accommodate our lack of speaking Italian quite well. It’s a little outside the city, but in the end, it was well worth it. The breakfast options were excellent, I read some reviews that criticized the breakfast options, but I found them to be very good with plenty of protein options, excellent beverage options, and again great service.

At the Restaurant, Andrea and Lorenzo were impeccable; excellent service, and great food! Ps: the pizza has a lot of cheese The brunch team was very efficient as well, given the sheer amount of people (there were 2 travel groups during my stay - it was packed, yet the team moved swiftly). I am definitely returning with my partner.

Vi ankom pænt trætte, men fik en fantastisk god behandling af receptionen. Vi fik et forkert værelse, men det blev hurtigt rettet. Dagen efter ville vi tage et bad i boblebadet på værelsets terrasse, men dette var ikke gjort rent + der stod ca. 10 cm. beskidt vand i bunden. Vi kunne ikke tømme det ud. Ved henvendelse til receptionen blev resultatet at manageren, som kom fra Syd Tyrol, selv kom op. Husker desværre ikke hans navn, men han var vældig flink. Han fik gang i pumpen og medens den kørte snakkede vi sammen på tysk. Han var også en smule imponeret over vores tyskkundskaber. Vi fortalte ham at vi boede i Sønderjylland og praktisk talt begge har fået lært, og talt, tysk siden barndommen. Det endte med at han fortalte historien bag hotellet, samt lidt omkring lokalområdet og Rom. Herefter gjorde han boblebadet rent så vi kunne bruge det. Værelset fint, rent og rummeligt. Morgenmaden var noget skuffende, set med en nordeuropæers øjne. Der var ingen rundstykker eller bare flutes, kun toastbrød, som også virkede noget tørt. Kaffen var god. Pålægget var også godt, men osten smagte ikke af så meget. Juicen var god. 3 forskellige slags. Til gengæld var det hele stillet rigtig pænt op. En undring : Italienerne serverer kage til morgenmad. Ikke bare en slags, men temmelig mange. Restauranten serverede god mad og god vin. Kan anbfales.

When I booked it, they said breakfast was included in the booking. Then when I got there, they told me breakfast wasn’t included and I couldn’t have breakfast so I wouldn’t know, and I thought the man that said it to me was quite rude.
