The pool wasn’t functioning at the time which sucked but the room was super clean, the bed was the most comfortable out of all the hotels on my trip and the service was wonderful.

It was a nice hotel, but had some remodeling and their pool was closed so if your trip is in July of 2024 and wanting a pool please avoid.

We took our 9 year great-nephew, as we were visiting and hoped to swim as before on our visits. As we always enjoyed the pool. And with no notice on the advertisement that pool was closed and still great photos of the pool. We never knew til we arrived. 😲😳😔😞

Hotel was under renovation. Unfortunately Hotels.com does not mention that when reserving a room. My family was disappointed that the swimming pool was not available. Also why was the new carpet in the hallways so dirty ?

Very disappointed! The pool was closed for renovations. No elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. The tub/shower had hair in it and it had rust stains coming down from metal overflow , plus the tub floor was chipped. The sink had several cracks in the bowl. The tv would not work at first so my husband had to go to the front desk because the phones are not working to call down to the front desk. The lady at the front desk agreed to come look at the tv and was able to reconnect the cable tv and get it working. There was a another guy checking in at the front desk and was upset because he called ahead and was told how beautiful the pool was and he saw the condition of the renovation. He was lied to!! Then when I pulled the coverlet down the sheets had several stains on them . I took pictures of it all. Never stayed in such a place before. I should call corporate! How can they continue to rent a room like that?

There was no elevator to get upstairs. The beds were nice but the room wasn't very clean. Also we had no chair for the desk and there were a couple live bugs in the bathroom. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed. Overall, experience was just ok.

Rooms are dated, faulty toilet (had to open lid fix running) Bathroom wasn\'t completely cleaned - Soap was left in shower from previous guest. ** Just didn\'t feel clean ** I would not stay here again unless no other choice. However the Desk Clerk was "very nice" and pleasant.

The check in out staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms were not super clean. Tub had soap scum in it . Sheets had stains on them ( we slept ontop of covers) room smelled musty. Breakfast was terrible. 2 juice options 2 cereal options and a waffle mix maker. We will never stay here again.

We checked in late just for an overnight stay on our way home from OKC. The lady that checked us in was very nice but not very conversational. She didn’t tell us about the morning breakfast or anything. Which ended up being ok because there was no coffee and the only thing they offered was waffles and cereal. It was also a little arm in the breakfast area. The room was fine but the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The drain in the tub was nasty. It looked like someone poured grease down the drain. There was hair on the sink counter. Will not stay there again.

I had an unexpectedly great experience stopping here on a cross-country road trip. The hotel seems to be partway through a renovation and there are parts that are blocked off, but it looks like many of the rooms are already done, and mine could not have been cuter, cleaner, or cozier. I loved the art, color, and design. The bed was really comfortable and I liked all the places to store things. The only hot item at breakfast was waffles, but there's a Waffle House just a couple blocks away where I grabbed a great, inexpensive breakfast. This hotel has easy access off and on the interstate and is close to multiple gas stations and convenience stores. The coffee at the OneStop nearby is great. Would definitely stay here again if needing a place to stop in the area.

The room had no chair for the 2nd person. Ground floor room and the room upstairs was running and stomping so loudly we couldn’t hear the tv. Called the desk and nothing was done. Would never stay again.

Staff is great. Room 203 needs to be remodeled. I have stayed in this room multiple times now and there has been a stacked piece of soap sitting on the top of the shower (back wall) since before Thanksgiving. Water is brown when first started in tub and shower leaks and sprays the floor. PTAC unit makes bad sound during night.

The property is being renovated. Our room was clean and mostly redone. The check in attendant was friendly. It is good if you need a no frills quick in and out place to lay your head for the night like we did. We could hear a lot of hallway noise and noise from other rooms but once it died down about midnight it was fine.

Nice and comfortable king size bed, nice and fluffy pillows and nice bathroom! The TV channels were okay. The pool looked nice but i didn't have time to use it. Nice waffles for breakfast, but the selection was limited! Overall a good night stay!

There was no one at the desk when I checked in at 5 pm. Even after ringing the bell, it was a good 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The bathtub in the room was old and the grab bar was missing and there was no stopper for the drain and there was a used towel hanging behind the door

Older place, but in good shape. Very affordable traveling with a pet. Stayed 2 nights with no problems. We left a cell phone behind and they are kind enough to mail it to us, Thanks again folks.

The room had a strong urine odor and had a few small ant-like dead bugs that we discovered in the bed. They were not bed bugs, probably came from the poorly sealed window. We were going to discuss the condition of the room with the desk clerk in the morning, but she couldn’t bother herself to end her personal phone call to talk with us when we were leaving. We couldn’t have gotten away from that hotel fast enough.

What a nice place. The front desk Oman was so friendly and accommodating . She is reason alone to stay there. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We checked in late just for an overnight stay on our way home from OKC. The lady that checked us in was very nice but not very conversational. She didn’t tell us about the morning breakfast or anything. Which ended up being ok because there was no coffee and the only thing they offered was waffles and cereal. It was also a little arm in the breakfast area. The room was fine but the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The drain in the tub was nasty. It looked like someone poured grease down the drain. There was hair on the sink counter. Will not stay there again.

I had an unexpectedly great experience stopping here on a cross-country road trip. The hotel seems to be partway through a renovation and there are parts that are blocked off, but it looks like many of the rooms are already done, and mine could not have been cuter, cleaner, or cozier. I loved the art, color, and design. The bed was really comfortable and I liked all the places to store things. The only hot item at breakfast was waffles, but there's a Waffle House just a couple blocks away where I grabbed a great, inexpensive breakfast. This hotel has easy access off and on the interstate and is close to multiple gas stations and convenience stores. The coffee at the OneStop nearby is great. Would definitely stay here again if needing a place to stop in the area.

Hotel was relatively inexpensive and right off of the highway. The room was clean and looked recently renovated. They are renovating other portions of the hotel as well. The AC was preset to a comfortably cool setting considering how hot and humid it was outside. The pool was not usable when we were there. The breakfast was sparse.

The check in out staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms were not super clean. Tub had soap scum in it . Sheets had stains on them ( we slept ontop of covers) room smelled musty. Breakfast was terrible. 2 juice options 2 cereal options and a waffle mix maker. We will never stay here again.

Our check in went fine - no problems there. Room was clean. There was no sink area in the bathroom - only in the coffee area. The pillows were small and VERY lumpy. A loveseat beside the bed looked and felt fairly worn and the reclining button on one side was broken. I asked the receptionist the night before what time breakfast was served and she stated 6:00 and that it was a continental breakfast (none of the good stuff, like eggs, she said). The next morning we began loading our car just before 6:00 and there was no one in the breakfast area putting food out and the light was not turned on. We came to check out at 6:00 and it was still the same - no one putting food out and the light still turned off. I asked the receptionist and she said, "Oh, the light is behind the door". We went in and turned the light on to find a very small amount of food available, with absolutely no indication of how long it had been sitting there (it was definitely not fresh that morning). There were a few muffins and some slices of white bread, a couple of types of cereal in dispensers and three apples that did not look fresh in a bowl. There were no bagels with cream cheese (verified this with the receptionist). The food looked so old and stale that we didn't dare try it - we went down the street to McDonald's. The morning receptionist acted like she was not interested in folks coming and going. We will certainly avoid staying at this hotel in the future and do not recommend it.

Nice and comfortable king size bed, nice and fluffy pillows and nice bathroom! The TV channels were okay. The pool looked nice but i didn't have time to use it. Nice waffles for breakfast, but the selection was limited! Overall a good night stay!

The front desk associate during check in was very friendly. My room had a weird smell to it and the bathroom was not cleaned the best but it was a quiet stay. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The waffle iron was too hot and overcooked the waffle. The waffle had a sour taste to it so I only ate a few bites. The milk didn’t taste sour but it was off as well. I ended up getting breakfast elsewhere.

There were bugs all over in the room. The bedspread had a stain on it. The windows weren't shut and locked. I pushed it to shut, so I could lock and the metal frame crumbled under my hand. The walls were peeling and had pieces broken off. The breakfast area was really bare. Very little to choose from. I payed less for another place on my trip and had more available. Needless to say, I was not impressed at all.

This hotel looked pretty good on the outside, was less desirable inside! Lights in room, had cobwebs all over them! Turned Down the sheets, only to find them disgusting was never changed! Still hair on the sheets, and I do believe there was seamen on the sheets! We only had one towel! Had to ask for that! Noticed the chair that was by the light was never vacuumed out, obvious dirt, in the corners! Then the complimentary breakfast had one apple, 3 slices of white bread, 3 slices of possibly wheat! Very poor selection of hot food! Staff was not friendly! We have stayed in a lot of hotels! So we know the difference between dirty and clean! As far as the pool, it look very dingy and dirty! Was not impressed with this hotel at all! You wanted my review! NOT IMPRESSED! Probaly will see our money back on this one!
