Radisson Hotel Casa Grande

Breakfast was okay, definitely a homemade feel. Eggs, beans, sausage, and pork with green salsa. The lady working there wanted us to pay for another adult for my 16yo kid. The pool was nice Our room had a hard time cooling down

A lot needs to be updated i mean for 160.00 a night I expected more. Bed mattress. You can hear all the noise outside rooms, doors slamming. Bathrooms need to be better cleaned and also needs an update. But food from bar was excellent! Breakfast was good too. And pool was nice. I would stay agian if they do updates and clean better . But staff was great. Thank you

The check in staff made mistakes charging my credit card. Double charged the pet fee and are not able to correct the problem

Buffet breakfast was ok, I didn't like being Questioned about taking our breakfast to the room for my disabled wife. Bar food was not very good and it was very expensive for what you got.

Check in was at 3 and I finished my appointments early so I was hot and tired and decided to go there early, around 1. They said that my room was cleaned and ready but it would cost me $20 for early check in. I explained that I was going to check out early and if they could wave the fee. They said no so I paid it but it left a bad taste. I will never stay at another Radisson again. I hope clipping for an extra $20 was worth it.
