The house is in a great location if you are not staying right in town. Nice roomy bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of puzzles and games in case you want to stay in and relax. Would recommend!!!

Our stay at the house was above and beyond what we expected! The house is clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed for a lovely visit to this beautiful area. The house is situated on a beautiful piece of property, and we were gifted with a herd of deer grazing in the back yard during our stay. Everything is within a short drive or walk to get to shops, restaurants, and the amazing trail that runs along the river. The trail was the best surprise, as we are avid outdoor enthusiasts, and it is truly one of the best trails we have walked, and we have walked many! The game room is awesome, and the back deck is the perfect place for morning coffee, as it is situated overlooking the back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The downtown area is filled with locally owned businesses l, and a beautiful courtyard for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The public parking is also a bonus when you are downtown. We would highly recommend staying here - the communication with the property managers was on point and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One additional amenity that was awesome are the heated bathroom floors!

Very convenient and in a very nice little neighborhood. The next door neighbor, Mr. Simmons, was such a sweet man, and he even brought us a bag of his homegrown tomatoes. The house had everything we needed, and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great spot! It has something for everyone all in a very short drive. The updates made are very tasteful while maintaining a touch of nostalgia (but not too much). Would gladly return, I love this part of NC and this home was a perfect spot. Highly recommend it to anyone, the fact we could bring our pup … and she had treats waiting for her, was amazing The owners were extremely accessible and accommodating.

My family of 4 plus our pup visited Mt Airy for a 5k race so rented this VRBO. It was perfect! Very convenient to downtown and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The kitchen was well equipped for family meals. The rooms were mostly comfortable. The queen bed needs either a mattress pad or replacement. The bonus room was nice for spreading out. The heated floors in the bathrooms were so great!

The location was perfect as it is close to Main Street and all the “Mayberry” things we wanted to experience. We especially enjoyed watching the Andy Griffith series that was available. It was nice to be able to do our laundry while we were there.

This was one of the best homes we have stayed in. The beds had memory foam and soft on our backs. Tvs in each bedroom. The game room was a great place to hang out. House was clean and updated. The owner was just a email away. Would differently recommend.

We visited family from out of town and chose this beautiful home. The house was in great condition, very clean, and had all we needed to be able to cook our own meals which was a plus with food allergies! The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was located in a good neighborhood. The only thing we saw wrong was there were ants in and around the sink in the kitchen and the mattresses need replaced. All in all, would stay again

After years of going to Mt Airy, it was time for us to find a new rental, we found it with this place. The owners thought of everything including accommodations for our fur baby. The house was spotless, beautiful residential and conveniently located to restaurants and downtown. Thank you for having us. Looking forward to a return trip in the fall.

Great trip house was everything it said online and more best sleep ive had in sometime very clean onwner were good with communication the beds are so comfortable love the quiet neighborhood and the neighbors next store were very sweet your close to downtown Mayberry it rained most the week but we still had an amazing time will be returning to this property next year youll love it so make sure you give it a chance.

My family and I stayed here for three nights while we visited Mt Airy. It was in a perfect location, close to downtown and lots of shops and restaurants!!! We had lots of room for everyone to sit and yard was perfect for dogs to run and play. I would recommend this house to anyone who is wanting to visit the area. Very clean and cozy !!!!

We were in Mount Airy to visit family and enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of space and Rebecca and her husband were very accommodating and helpful. We had a few questions and communication with them was a breeze! They were also quick to resolve a small problem that arose on Thursday morning (Thanksgiving) while we were there. Our family highly recommends this home, we enjoyed our time there very much, and look forward to staying again when we come for another visit!

We went to Mt. Airy as a family weekend trip. I had never been before, but other family members had. The host had a binder of all of the things to do and visit, and they were spot on with all of it-excellent recommendations. The house was perfect for us- I totally missed that one room had a full sized bed instead of a queen sized bed, and I also missed that the bonus room had an air mattress (I thought one of the couches was a pull out sofa bed). I honestly doubt many have to use the air mattress, but we had to use it for our 2 kids. We did have some issues with housekeeping - BUT - the hosts were incredibly responsive and handled the issues very quickly. I have never stayed at a property like this before, but these hosts were amazing, and we will definitely be back!

This stay was perfect for our needs. It was close to downtown but in a nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed and were comfortable the whole time. We would definitely stay here on a return trip!

I love Mt Airy and I love staying at this property. It is close to everything. Main St. is only 5 minutes away. I stay here a couple of times a year and it never disappoints. Very Comfortable!

Beautiful home with lots of outdoor spaces. Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown "Mayberry." The hosts were fantastic and communicated very well. I highly recommend this property.

My family of 4 plus our pup visited Mt Airy for a 5k race so rented this VRBO. It was perfect! Very convenient to downtown and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We came into town for a wedding at the Round Peak Vineyards, and we were happy to find that we were close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and anything else we needed over the weekend. There was enough space for the five of us, and we all had a fine time hanging out between wedding stuff. Thanks for the stay!

This property is close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our stop over on the way to the Outer banks. Everything was clean and well kept. We loved walking the neighborhood with our dog. Thanks for a great stay - we would definitely book again!

The location was perfect as it is close to Main Street and all the “Mayberry” things we wanted to experience. We especially enjoyed watching the Andy Griffith series that was available. It was nice to be able to do our laundry while we were there.

Property was great! My family met my oldest son and wife for a long weekend. It was meant to be low key, relax and just visit. It was exactly that!! The furniture in the bonus room was wonderful and the kids enjoyed pinball and the card table where we all stayed up late playing cards. The back porch fire pit was the best!! For late May it was kinda cool at night so it was amazing! Downtown was neat, didn’t take long to see it all. However, we were visiting Memorial Day weekend and several businesses are already closed on Sundays but many remained closed on that Monday due to holiday. But not a problem for us. Best restaurant, hands done, was 13 Bones!!! Get the ribs!!!! We did find a small arcade & a bowling alley that was a good raining day adventure. I appreciate the host who always responded asap.
