We had a great experience at this unique accommodation. Our separate unit had a full kitchen and was like home away from home. The pool was long enough to do some laps and everything was awesome. There are also some trails early and downtown was an easy 2km walk.

The tiny house was really cute but every time you moved you can feel it moving too just like an RV. Despite that, our 2 day stay was great. Everything is walking distance to Walmart, Restaurant and Casino, a lot of taco trucks, downtown. You’ll enjoy a little more than a mile trail in the property along side a river. Added bonus, they have activity center who has a swimming pool,billiard table, corn hole etc.

Great property! Loved having a separate living area and small kitchen. The workout facility is very, very small and I understand why they required you to reserve it after seeing it. However, this was not communicated in the resort information and that would have been helpful. Overall a great place to stay and convenient for our needs!

The location and site is amazing. My suster and i went back for a relaxing getaway. We loved the property previously. We were excited for lounging in the pool if warm enough or lounging in the hot tub if cold. Unfortunately, it was chilly and both hot tubs were closed. Thats my only complaint. Otherwise its a great place to stay. Cute, quiet, walking trail, deer frequently come on site. Great place!

This is a very cool and different experience in lodging. You will feel like you are in a cabin in a quiet tucked away place yet close to downtown Napa, Wal-mart, restaurants, etc. The property has grills for personal grilling and each unit is equipped with all you need in the kitchen to feel like home. The property has a small fitness center and dry sauna, as well as a pool that is not crowed. This is a very quiet and friendly place to stay while in Napa. The front desk personnel made checking in so easy. They were exceptionally professional and accommodating. The checkin process was efficient and quick. There is plenty of parking as well.

Had an issue with hot water heater upon checkin but it was quickly repaired. Nice quiet resort with a big pool area. Right on the Napa River so going for a hike is easy. Security is active and roaming in a golf cart. The little cabin was adorable and fully outfitted with the exception of extra pillows for the sofa bed. Free parking, laundry and coffee on site, along with special gatherings for ice cream and margaritas. Full size bathroom, mini kitchen, comfy king sized bed with nice linens. I happily stayed for the week.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Napa. It's close to downtown and right next to a nice walking path along the river. It has all of the amenities of a hotel and the kitchen is a big plus. The furnishings are a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

The external property is gorgeous, very nice scenery, close to downtown Napa. But the AC was broken and our room got up to 80 degrees even with the fan on and the AC turned on to 63. The hot water wasn’t working, and our pillows were dirty. Looked like they hadn’t changed those pillows in years, because it had brownish yellow spots on it.

Great location. Most things are a 5 min drive. Walmart down the block. Very quiet. You have your own space. There is no housekeeping unless you request it but if you understand that going in then it is fine. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove with a sink and full living room space. Two tvs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

It’s in a great location, BUT it is very noisy, because of thin walls and bad windows.. No housekeeping for 6 days. It’s a trailer, so you feel it rock as someone walks.

I was here on a work trip. Overall was fine and met my needs. My own complaint was that my floor was pretty dirty but everything else seemed pretty clean. The front desk said they would check in with me but never did. I like that it was very quiet here and I had my own kitchen.

Would stay again. We had a half unit, which was small but great for us, a couple on a short visit. Beautiful, quiet site close to downtown Napa. Only complaint is one window was broken (would not stay open) and we ran out of hot water one morning.

The cabin interiors were a little dated. We rented two cabins - for one, the pull out sofabed was a little uncomfortable, while the other was better. The cabins were clean and the area was quiet. We would stay there again.

The house is overall charming but has several issues that need attention: - There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. - The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, as the tub had black hair. - The thermostat was challenging to figure out, and it was cold inside. - Equipment noises could be heard coming from the attic. - There were no power outlets near the nightstands in the bedroom to charge phones. - The TVs were outdated, making it impossible to watch YouTube. - There was no lighting above the sink in the kitchen. On the positive side: -The kitchen was well-equipped. -The furniture was nice. If these issues are resolved, the house will be much more enjoyable.

Such a cute place to stay. You own individual cottage with full kitchen. It’s a little tight when you bring suitcases but minor issue. Staff was so nice and helpful. Would be fun to come with more people and get your places next to each other. Small shared patio on some. Great place.

Not really walkable as it is several blocks away form the heart of Napa shopping, but everything is only a few minutes, or rideshare away. The amenities are great, though you need to reserve time for some things like the private hot tub, though there is a hot tub in the main pool area you can access anytime. The facility and surrounding area is super quiet. With all of the features of home we were able to cook our own meals, or eat out if we chose to. The service, and communication was excellent! There was an internet outage in the area our first day, and we were given updates via text regarding service restoration until it was restored. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a cute property right next to Napa River, with 100 separate trailers with good size bedroom, kitchen/living room with sleeper sofa, and separated by a bathroom with tubs and closet. This was a great place to stay while visiting Napa. It's close to downtown and right next to a nice walking path along the river. It has all of the amenities of a hotel and the kitchen is a big plus. The furnishings are a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Most things are a 5 min drive. Walmart down the block. Very quiet. You have your own space. There is no housekeeping unless you request it but if you understand that going in then it is fine. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove with a sink and full living room space. Two tvs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Fantastic place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and safe place to stay. The little tiny homes are so cute with parking in front of each of them. Very close to Walmart so we were able to purchase groceries and cook on the provided BBQ's. Will stay there again.

I really liked the location and the river walk at the back of the property. The only thing I didn't like was that the kitchen did not have an oven. It had a stove and microwave, but no oven.

Not really walkable as it is several blocks away form the heart of Napa shopping, but everything is only a few minutes, or rideshare away. The amenities are great, though you need to reserve time for some things like the private hot tub, though there is a hot tub in the main pool area you can access anytime. The facility and surrounding area is super quiet. With all of the features of home we were able to cook our own meals, or eat out if we chose to. The service, and communication was excellent! There was an internet outage in the area our first day, and we were given updates via text regarding service restoration until it was restored. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay close to downtown Napa. Staff were very friendly. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove top, living room, privacy, private driveway, plus a (shared) deck! Free laundry was a bonus! We didn’t get the chance to use the pool or jacuzzi, but the property grounds were well kept. Would highly recommend.

Had an issue with hot water heater upon checkin but it was quickly repaired. Nice quiet resort with a big pool area. Right on the Napa River so going for a hike is easy. Security is active and roaming in a golf cart. The little cabin was adorable and fully outfitted with the exception of extra pillows for the sofa bed. Free parking, laundry and coffee on site, along with special gatherings for ice cream and margaritas. Full size bathroom, mini kitchen, comfy king sized bed with nice linens. I happily stayed for the week.

1. We send email twice and never get reply 2. Someone has key to our cabin and managed to open the door (thank God got the chain). We put complaint but never heard back. It is very disturbing 3. The room is very small, no place to put suitcases and impossible to walk inside and not bumping into other 4. The amenities is great and the staff is very friendly 5. Our Williams were not ready until well after the check-in time. We were told upfront that there wasn’t going to be daily made service. I scheduled what I thought was someone to come in and clean the room which I thought included picking up and cleaning the kitchen area bathroom and providing another set of towels. I was very disappointed when all I got was the bedsheets changed. Our travel companion received an additional hundred dollar charge from the hotel after we checked out and I’m not sure if that was for overall disappointed in the staff and Services
