Nothing to report with exception of upon entry of the side door on my way to the room there was a room door just hanging on the hinges. It was apparently broken into . Other than that no worries or concerns.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful! Our room was fairly clean. We had a 3 day stay at the property. On the 3rd day I would have thought they would have cleaned the room. I guess not. Thanks to Colorado legalizing cannabis we had to smell it throughout the entire stay inside the building. Was definitely not a pleasurable experience. They have signs in the parking lot that say guest parking only any others have to pay. When we checked in they told us we had to pay $10 a night just to park our vehicle in the parking lot. I would not recommend staying at this facility.

Never will stay there again. Never had staff at front desk. Same breakfast every morning and not good. Appeared to be drug deals going on in parking lot. Many homeless people loitering around property and came in for free breakfast every morning. Not a very safe environment. Obvious staff did not care about property or guests

The person that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was so dirty. The floor had trash on it, the bathroom floor had footprints, the bathtub had dirt and stuff on the outside of it and the inside of the tub was dirty and had hair in it , and it smelled bad.
