Clean room. Breakfast was just okay!

Check-in was smooth and everything seemed fine at first, but once we got to our room, it was pretty disappointing. The room was much smaller than the pictures made it look, and there weren’t enough amenities or towels for our family. The bed was also really uncomfortable, so none of us slept well. We called the front desk for housekeeping and were told someone would come, but after being gone for about 6 hours, nothing had been done. When we went down to ask about it, the front desk staff was rude and annoyed about us, and told us service was only for longer stays—which wasn’t what we were told earlier. And would’ve been helpful if they told us that from the beginning then just straight up lying to us over the phone. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work and the room phone couldn’t make local calls. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience. And will surely not be coming back here again.

Our stay was Sun-Wed. The only time a housekeeper tried cleaning our room was on Tuesday, but we were still in the room. We had run out of toilet paper on our third day, and had to ask for towels multiple times. The pool was also closed for "renovation." But this was not stated anywhere on Hotels.com site or the hotel's site. We traveled with three young kids, so were pretty disappointed. We had to walk next door (which was outside and across the parking lot) to another hotel which we could swim at.

The room was excellent.
