Very clean, nice location with friendly employees

Spacious rooms with well stocked kitchens and helpful staff.

Place has a strong smell and room is in need of renovation.

I and my wife have a great time staying in the Vail Run resort.Room is clean,staff is friendly.Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vail run. When I come back to Vail I will most certainly be staying here. I found the unit to be home like and cozy with all the creature comfort efforts one might want. More closets and drawers than you need! I thought the push button fireplace with a timer was great. I appreciated the well appointed kitchen as well as the scheduled ride to the supermarket. Juan, who drove the shuttle was fantastic and I appreciated the frequent trips to lionshead base for pick up. When he was working, one did not have to wait for a very long time for a shuttle to show up. In a world of impersonal corporate accommodations that all look the same, Vail Run was refreshing in maintaining an authentic traveler experience. Great Job!
